De ligging van het hotel was perfect. Midden in de stad, maar wel heel rustig gelegen. Je hebt dus geen overlast van de restaurants en barretjes.
Ik had niet de mogelijkheid om thee of koffie te maken op mijn kamer.
3.5
Size of room, location.
Size of bathroom difficult to get in, no window in the room.

Beautiful hotel
Rooms were a little on the small side
4.5
The location was perfect right where we wanted to be, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was probably to do with the heat but lift broke down and we were on the 3rd floor!
4.5
The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in and the staff did everything to help/serve me.
The breakfast was nice but not the best - I think this is just a personal choice, I wouldve liked some hot food.

Beautiful building tastefully decorated. A nice friendly calm ambiance.

Everything was beautiful, breakfast lovely also
Glass doors on bedrooms because the rooms don’t have windows - there were sheer curtains and shutters inside but then it was dark without lights on - so no natural light if you wanted privacy

The amazing relationship of all the staff, starting from the administrator - Alexandera -!!! (😊professionalism and friendliness, which is beyond praise) to the staff in the kitchen, a very comfortable room with a Maltese balcony, and a very atmospheric design of the entire hotel.
very good breakfast with lovely homemade cakes and a varied selection of fresh fruit. Everything was perfect.
can only wish the slippers in the room for such a comfortable hotel

Lovely staff, beautifully restored building, comfy bed, great shower and delicious home cooked cakes and pastries for breakfast. Relaxed place to stay in a very central location.
Would have been nice to have been able to open a bedroom window.

Super location, staff, breakfast. Highly recommended:-)

Excellent location, very professional and friendly staff. Manager Alexandra speaks in several languages, including English, Italian, Spanish and Russian. You can use concierge service, such as to order transfers, tickets, dinners. Earlier breakfast is available as well.
2.5
Central location
Poor noise isolation from upstairs and neighbors
Poor design of lavatory and its amenities

The hotel is located right in the centre and is charming with a mix of rustic architecture and mod cons. The bed was very comfortable, the showers powerful and came with complementary Molton Brown toiletries. A Nespresso machine with capsules is inside the room and restocked each morning. The breakfast has a huge choice of cold meats, eggs, cakes, pastries, fruit, granola, breads, cereals, fresh juices, prosecco and tea and coffee. Each day would see different types of cakes, or omelettes or muffins and they were all fresh. It was a great breakfast buffet and the breakfast room or the courtyard make for a very appealing start to the day. I would definitely stay here again if staying in Valletta.

+ location - could not be better. Centre Valletta is where you want to be
+ the central courtyard was tastefully renovated and decorated
+ friendly and polite staff
+ breakfast - nice selection of fresh pastries and cakes made in house
- room 101 - bathroom had leaking shower and no working extractor which is needed if there is no window. After being told for the third time the issues were solved, but persisted, we let it pass
- safe box needs to be fixed to a wall

Beautiful hotel featuring old building with modern touches. Very nice views of the harbour from the roof terrace. Breakfast was excellent with also excellent service.

Excellent location only one steep street to reach Republic and the city centre. So many restaurants within easy walking distance. It was very hot during our stay and the rooftop pool and bar service saved our Irish skin and heat intolerance!
We liked everything

The staff is helpful and friendly
The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options. Most of the breakfast had ham, which is difficult to enjoy if you are vegetarian or you have other diet restrictions
4.5
great location, quiet, all facilities present, very
customer focused staff
rather small swimming pool

Edwin and George delivered really superior service. I missed my ferry and they were really kind in letting me use hotel facilities after check out to get organised
The spa facilities could be improved - the bathrooms were a bit rundown and were completely out of products
4.5
Location was perfect for centre and walking distance to all restaurants, shops etc. Breakfast for us was a bit disappointing as apart from the fresh fruit, we find it difficult to eat anything sweet in the morning and we are not keen on the continental meats.
There is hardly anything we did not like apart from a cooked breakfast would have made the stay perfect
