The accommodation maintains impeccable cleanliness, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay for guests. Although a bit removed from the town center, Escapo Verde's location boasts tranquility and natural beauty. The surrounding area is picturesque, offering a peaceful escape from the urban hustle. The food, especially the breakfast, is delicious. The owner and staff epitomize hospitality, going above and beyond to cater to guests' needs.
Overall:
Escapo Verde is the ideal choice for those seeking a tranquil retreat away from the town center. The highlight of the stay is the charming bamboo pathway leading to the complex, reminiscent of a journey through a lush mangrove forest. If you crave a peaceful getaway with attentive service and delicious cuisine, Escapo Verde is the place to be in Moalboal.

Le lieu, les aménagements, la propreté, le personnel..
Un peu excentré de Cebu, sinon rien à dire

This place is truly beautiful. We stayed 3 nights and loved the concept: the huts fit well into the green, the trees provide plenty of cool so there really is no need for an AC, the view from the restaurant over the bay and mangroves is amazing, and the food was delicious. Alain and Simon and the rest of the staff are very accommodating and super attentive. We booked a canyoneering tour and scooter with their partners, everything smooth and easy. Will definitely stay again when we return to Badiyan (Moalboal is a 10 min scooter ride away)!
it’s not located in Moalboal and you have to cross a bamboo bridge through the mangroves to get there. Not a bad thing, the walk is actually beautiful, just keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage!

We spent most of our time at the restaurant, enjoying not only the meals (with lots of vegetarian options) but the beautiful surrounding scenery! When not eating, we enjoyed the lovely stories from Simon and Alain, who together with staff and other guests created a chill and friendly vibe. Truly grateful for the experience - much recommended to all looking to escape the busy Moalboal / Grace & Mats from Sweden.
Honestly nothing.

Peaceful and secluded place amidst nature, amazing food, great staff
May feel too secluded at times. Lots of insects/reptiles croaking. But if that's what you prefer, this is your go to destination.

Owners and staff are very kind and accomodating! Thank you Simon, Alain, Mildred and Pidong!
The beds in the dorms are clean, distanced, well-designed and well maintained. The common bathroom was also very clean and had great water pressure. Soap was also available inside the bathroom and wash area. Restaurant has a beautiful view and a variety of food to choose from! Watersports is also available and we were lucky the water was high enough for paddle boarding. Kuya Pidong guided us around the mangroves and the shipwreck, and we had a lot of fun. Wish we took photos while paddleboarding because it was definitely scenic!
While booking a place to stay, I kept in mind that we were still in a pandemic and was careful to book a place that looked clean and had great ventilation. I booked for 2 and we had separate bunks with a window on each bed. The place was very "hayahay" or peaceful/refreshing.
We enjoyed the welcome break this vacation and this place was definitely a great place to stay if you need to get away from it all. With all that happened in 2020, Eskapo was the perfect stay to end the year with some peace. Thank you Eskapo Verde! Truly a wonderful escape. Will definitely come back!
