Close to the elevator, and upon entering this four-bedroom three-bathroom suite via our secure electronic lock system, one will first notice the tall ceilings and the high-end interior design the vacation home has to offer. This four-bedroom condo has been delicately crafted with high end furnishings, detailed moldings, and modern amenities. Plush couches with strategic accent pillows, a combination of single king and double-twin bedroom options, coupled with luxurious sheets along with a kitchen that’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal and all the culinary tools needed to create the finest cuisine.

Everything looked good with two exceptions
1. The bay view from the balcony is mostly blocked by a huge tree, although the tree is also blocking the sun which wasn't that bad, but unlike the picture we hardly had water view.
2. None of the rooms have closet so we didn't know how to hang our clothes!

We took a holiday trip to Key West with our adult children. There were seven of us in total, and this property worked perfectly for our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed from the pots and pans, dishes, starter coffee, dishwashing tabs, and basic spices to the bath and beach towels. We actually requested more bath towels (not realizing our son has hoarded them in his room), and they got them to us right away. The check in process was easy, and complete with a welcome gift. We rented a golf cart for the week, and it worked perfectly for our needs. We often walked the mile or so to the Duvall area rather than mess with parking. The pool was warm and all of the exterior living spaces were clean and well kept. We were very pleased with our stay!

This condo complex is very nice. Our unit was in good condition and well maintained. My only real complaint is that there is no closet space in the entire rental. The living area is on the small side but worked for us. It isn't walkable to most sights, so we rented a golf cart for the week.

Unfortunately the weather was chilly and rainy for 4 days of our stay, forcing us inside. The furniture in the living area is dirty and the area rug was filthy as well. We didn’t have enough room for 5 people to spread out because it was too cramped. The mattresses are some of the worst I have slept on in years. Everyone ages 20-60 complained about them. It would be nice to provide extra kitchen towels for guests staying 7 nights, 2 in not sufficient. We were missing some items in the kitchen but the rental agency was quick to respond. Doug was exceptional in addressing all of our needs. Adding even some hooks around the property would give places for beach towels to hang, coats, general clothing. I wish I knew are the better as our location wasn’t bad but I would have preferred something on a beach or on the ocean not the harbor. We hardly used our bikes mostly because of the weather and they were in poor condition. Doug said he wouldn’t recommend that company again. Providing something to clean the counters during our stay would have been helpful, I had to purchase. Other than those things the property was clean upon arrival and in good condition except for the things I mentioned.

Condo was beautiful, as well as view. I did not give it a high rating, because I was not informed that the elevator rarely functioned. I am elderly and my son-in-law is waiting for hip replacement. It was a struggle to get up and down stairs with suitcases, groceries, etc. I had to limit number of trips, so never got to enjoy pool. Was out of service whole week!
Had I known at time of booking, I would have chosen a first floor condo.

Family Once in a Lifetime Trip
After cancelling this trip 2 years ago due to Covid, we finally made it happen. Parents, 3 grown kids, 3 grown significant others. The place was perfect. Quiet, beautiful view, well stocked. We liked being away from crowds but only 6 or 7 minutes away from all the fun. Wish there were more washcloths and hooks for clothes or towels. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this rental - cleanliness, quality of furniture and appliances, location, off street parking - is exactly what I hope to find in rental properties. The communication, beginning on the day you reserve your stay and continuing until you check out, is amazing. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is great, the washing machine/dryer are the BEST brand and conveniently located, and the view from the deck is amazing. The elevator sucks, but we should all be taking the stairs more often anyway.
In regards to the location, it is easy to spend some time immersed in the mayhem of Duval, but then you can easily return to the quiet of this rental. I would recommend renting a golf cart for the duration of your stay because it makes getting to dinner reservations on time much easier and also because driving a golf cart every day is fun.
The only suggestion I have is to add a few towel hooks to all of the bathrooms, and also a few hooks in the bedrooms so that guests have somewhere to hang things up.

Our family of 7 with 2 little girls had a great time at this condo. There was plenty of room for all of us. The balcony was a great place to sit and to go with the girls, ages 4 years and 20 months. They liked to look at the boats coming in and out and at the planes going to and from the airport. The pool was perfect for all of us. The garbage disposal did not work, but we did not call to ask to have it repaired.

Close to everything and lots of room with a large balcony overlooking marina! The condo had all of the necessities and was super close to laundry and common areas. The small complex was great. Our only downfall was lack of storage (closets, pantry, etc) but there were plenty of drawers and cabinets to make up for that! We will definitely stay here again!

We've traveled to the Keys and specifically Key West several times through the years and ALWAYS thoroughly enjoy ourselves. (I'm now 60) Key West is so laid back, friendly, sunny, and safe! That said, this was our first stay with KWVH. Bayfront Suites was perfect for the 6 of us; (3) adult couples. Overlooking the bay seeing incredible sunrises, a nice size pool for the complex, and general lounging areas on our private deck, community shared lounge area, and around the pool, provided ample areas to relax privately or with others. The complex, and more specifically our unit were very clean. One negative would be that there weren't any cloth closets in our four bedroom unit! Nowhere to hang your shirts, slacks, dresses, etc.... WIERD to say the least.
Walking distance to a couple of places, but we rented bikes which made the island very accessible.
I miss it already! We'll be back!
