We were warmly welcomed and shown around the property very informatively. The place was superbly equipped and beds and lounge were very comfortable. Kitchen was great and the welcom breakfast Ingredients plus a bottle of fizz were amazing. We will return when next in Barossa Valley . Jim and Jeanette coild not have been more charming and helpful.

Thank you for letting us stay. The cottage is wonderfully appointed with an attention to detail. Great breakfast provisions were provided. We were kept warm even though the nights went down to Zero with a plentiful supply of fire wood.and reverse cycle air conditioning Very much appreciated.

It is like stepping back to stay in a Great Aunt's residence - beautiful furniture but with modern amenities and comfortable beds.
The rear courtyard shaded by a huge vineyard and hydrangeas was perfect to enjoy a wine (provided) and cheese platter.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Bluebird Cottage! Cute and comfortable cottage. Jim and Jeanette were very helpful and attentive and we really appreciated Jim driving us around for most of Saturday on a personalised wine tour of the Barossa! Their recommendations for eating out were spot on. Would definitely stay here again.

Jim and Jeanette are perfect hosts and their B&B is delightful and very comfortable. Thoroughly recommended. We were 2 couples and stayed 4 nights. Had all breakfast ingredients supplied. Jim took us around to many wineries for a day as part of the service. 6 stars really!!
Although on main street in Angaston, traffic noise was really minimal.

Jim and Jeanette's property is amazing- it is a beautiful old sandstone cottage with lots of space, fireplace and is perfectly equipped for a relaxing weekend. We (2 couples) stayed for 2 nights to explore the wineries of Barossa and Jim was very helpful with recommendations, maps and tips. We also had breakfast supplies, wine and everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Amazing place and great hospitality!

My partner and I stayed just a couple of nights, and regret not staying longer! The owner was very helpful with places to visit and things to do, as well as being an excellent host! The entire place was clean and welcoming, bedrooms spacious and lovely, and bathroom updated. The outdoor area is beautiful, with a BBQ that we took advantage of. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Fantastic place to stay. Spacious rooms would be good for long or short stay. Has laundry dining and outdoor areas. Quality produce. Close to local restaurants and tourist drives. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Bluebird Cottage. The location was excellent with just a short walk to great restaurants, cafes and hotels. It has a great outdoor area and BBQ but unfortunately too cold to be outdoors during our stay. We loved the wood fire. The house was very clean with comfortable double beds in each room. The complimentary wine, fresh bread and breakfast goodies were greatly appreciated.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bluebird Cottage. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgable about the area and the history.
The cottage had everything we wanted and we certainly relaxed and enjoyed the amenities provided.
We would highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a relaxing few days in a wonderful setting.

This is a surprisingly spacious property. The living areas are all large and comfortably furnished with period items. Bathroom and kitchen have been updated but don't appear out of place, provisions in both are generous and I particularly appreciated the soap-free toiletries. The split system aircon unit worked very effectively and was switched on before we arrived, so the house was cosily warm on a chilly spring afternoon - much appreciated. Hosts Jim and Jeanette were friendly and very helpful . All areas of the property were sparklingly clean, and we look forward to a return visit when it's warm enough to enjoy the beautiful courtyard.
