early check in

arrived very early ( around 9.15 am) , and was allowed to check in early without any charge the hotel is near the centre of kampot , near many bars and restaurants only stayed one night but found the girl on reception very friendly

found the bed a bit hard , also no safe in the room ( but hotel is very secure

It was in a nice location, and was a nice place to sleep in, but not much more.

The beds were hard, but I have survived worse. The lights in the hallway downstairs is also flickering a lot, so if you have epilepsy the be careful.

Was good would stay again.

Was a comfortable enough room and right in town so very easy to walk to everywhere. Helped us rent a bike and was good price also helped with directions and everything.

Would say it’s a bit over priced for what it is. No window but it does tell you before booking just odd having no natural light.

The place to go when you have no choice

The location is good, just next a minimart and wLking distance of many things.

When you enter the lobby, there is a smell of dirty feet, motorbikes parked inside, and no help provided to carry your luggages. When booking, it is not specified that the room they will offer has no window. I refused, and got one with a view. It seems there was no time for cleaning the room, or even the blanket: windows were covered with dust (I think they were not cleaned for 2 years at least), and you can find stains of dirt everywhere: walls, equipments, everywhere! Last but not least, the only things the receptionnist does are watching her phone, eating noodles, and laying on the bench in the lobby, wearing a kind of pyjama… So professional!

Weird location around the sex industry. Would not recommend for family. Lots of shady old dudes hanging around. Rock mattresses.

Room was nice and big location was right on low price 13.60$ a night ...kettle was in room and free coffee also cups and spoons super clean facility I saw staff even steam the rooms with a device

The window hole in bathroom giving on inside corridor can hear everyone and everything the materess are so hard difficult to sleep but no back problem for the hole day after dispenser soap/shampoo dint work

Good three night stay

The location of Maison Rivera Guest House is very good. Staff were friendly, room was clean and WiFi and television were very good.

The only problems for me the bed was very hard and there were no windows in my room. I believe the only rooms that have windows are at the front of the property.

Good value & perfect location.

The modern rooms are conveniently located near the night market and Riverside.The rooms are super clean and practical.The tv has all sports' channels a man needs on a Saturday night.The AC is new and works well.The wifi runs well.Real good value for this rate!

The rooms are comfortable and brand new with good wifi,hot shower,AC and cable TV.

The rooms are like shoe boxes.Small with no windows.
