Hotel fica num bairro residencial chic de Roma numa construção muito bonita com estacionamento dentro do hotel que ajuda muito. Fica distante do centro.

The lady at breakfast and the gentleman on in evening during our 2 nd and third night lovely
Check in lady very brusque and unhelpful. No information about what to do, local restaurants. Bar was shut on our arrival at 9 pm.Paid extra to have room with terrace and no patio furniture ( they did provide some after asking twice ) Bath marked and dirty looking, spa function it working Only shampoo in room, no shower gel, body lotion. Whole room needed repainting and bathroom updating. Tea / coffee not refilled during our stay. Hanging rail but Only 1 shelf for unpacking

Pulizia, camera silenziosa e confortevole

The place was amazing, had the most gorgeous room with a massive balcony! Super clean and great location felt really safe as a solo traveller.
My suitcase was also Brocken and they did everything they could at the front desk to help me. I also had to leave early in the morning and they opened breakfast a little early for me

Beautiful Villa, good location if you need to be in Nomentana or if you like a less busy part of town. Very nice staff. Nice garden, interesting breakfast with a large selection of cakes (what a start of the day!).
Some rooms are very good, large and beautiful, some others have issues for those who consider that an issue, eg in the basement without daylight/window, in the garden with a window and a large terrace yet small in size. Yet those rooms are cheaper. Up to the guest!

Stayed only one night but it was great!
The hotel is a little expensive for the location.

although situated in a more suburban area it worked well for us as we were attending a wedding nearby. Good bus links into central Rome. Room was a good size and had a small balcony.
Storage space in bedroom pretty useless, one narrow cupboard, no drawers at all or hooks on doors so had to live out of suitcase. Our bathroom was small for a superior room. No indoor lounge area apart from a couple of barstools. Beautiful garden but it was closed one day for a private event so nowhere else we could sit.

The staff and the location were amazing. Easy access by the metro and bus. We had a problem with Booking.com for the reservation but the receptionist helped us to change the room the next day. Thank you so much to all the staff and for the attention for my birthday! I appreciate it a lot!
We took a shower after a long day but little problem: no hot water. Fortunately the next day the problem was resolved.
The quality of the breakfast could be better.

- The hotel is very close to the metro which is great. Also, nearby there are many cool restaurants and useful places such as 24/7 supermarket.
- The breakfast quality was good
- You get fresh bedding daily which is cool; and gennerally room service works well
- The toilet stinks
- The bar from the photos isn't the bar at all. When we asked the receptionist about possibility to buy a drink he said there is no option like this 💀
- Some of workers are nice and kind but.. the rest is not nice at all and you will unconfortable just asking about anything
- That's **** hotel that doesn't seem to have 4 stars, many things doesn't work or are not fully working
- Air conditioning doesn't work
- The card with chip once works, once not; so you are being awake with "bzzt" sound that it makes when the card suddenly stops working and changes "do not disturb" mode to the mode that if you were not in the room
- Generally all the places look a lot better on the photos than in real

Great breakfast, very nice room, good facilities, great location near Piazza Bologna, very nice and pleasant back yard, parking availability helped a lot.
Softer pillows could be great. The pillows in the room were terrible.

I liked the building itself and its location. Near the city center but not crowded at all
We got a room behind reception which had very little natural lighting, the receptionist felt a bit unwelcoming at the beginning but she started being pleasant a bit later on.
The quality of furniture was not worthy of a 4 star hotel…
During the nights, the ventilation was not working properly so we had to keep the windows open but due to garbage being near the window the smell was almost unbearable.
The breakfast was… all right but due to the hotel being short staffed, the food was not replaced in a timely manner so if you had a breakfast a bit later in the morning, your choices were limited. The pastry was far from fresh.

The hotel itself looks amazing from the outside with a very modern look. It is about 30 mins on bus into the Rome centre so not too bad location wise
We’re we’re in a very small room in standalone rooms behind the hotel. These were no where near as nice as the modern rooms shown in the pictures and lacked some facilities in the room.
Our room had a joining door to the room next door meaning we could hear the couple next door talking and even having sex. so no soundproofing for us.
There were no coffee or tea facilities and the wifi was poor if worked at all in our room.
It would be nice to have free water in the room but we were charged for everything in the mini bar.
There was no atmosphere in the bar area as no one sat there. The advertised roof terrace does not exist either so no where nice to sit in the evening.
tax charged at the end of the stay would have been nice to be in the price of our stay.
we asked to be moved rooms and this was not possible as well due to being fully booked

Lovely hotel located in a nice neighborhood. A large and comfortable room with a terrace, located in the building in the garden. Breakfasts varied with very good coffee. Especially friendly service of one gentleman who greatly raises the level of the whole hotel, who tries to make up for the inefficiency of the hotel.
Beautiful hotel but needs renovation. Choosing a four-star hotel, guests expect a better standard. I will just mention a few things. Breakfasts should be replenished on a regular basis until the end of their serving time. Hot dishes are simply inedible. In a room in a building located in the garden, it smells of damp and mold, like in an old cellar. The walls are dirty and battered and some devices don't work. The bathroom is too dark. You cannot use the terrace because the furniture is as dirty as if it had never been cleaned.

The hotel is in the Northern suburbs of Rome, a quiet neighborhood. Our room was spacious and had a private little garden. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly.
The property needs an upgrade. The deck and furniture of the private garden is seriously run down. The AC in our room had a very bad musty smell. We mentioned it to the hotel staff and they said they will attend to it. (?)

Great mattresses. Good facilities. lovely cakes at breakfast. Interesting quiet, ambassadorial / residential neighbourhood off the beaten track.
