Alojamiento muy céntrico en calle tranquila

Hotel muy bien situado en el centro de Madrid. Cerca de la Gran Vía(Callao) y en una zona muy tranquila

HOSPEDIUM HOTEL LOS CONDES , palier pequeño , no entregan botella de agua de cortesía , Los de Recepción ( excepto la señora de la mañana) gente OSCA , muy Cortante , poco preparada para el turista CERO en amabilidad y predisposición - HOTEL BIEN UBICADO

El palier de ingreso hay que bajar escaleras , es limitante para quien no se puede mover en forma Autonómica

Good location bad ac units too hot

Location and staff great!!!

This is the second time that I stay in this property first time they told me there was something wrong with the ac units and I waive the inconvenience because the temperature in the city was a little bit cold. But this time again they give me the same excuse, sleeping there was dificul since was too hot. They set the ac unit to 22° and is impossible to change the thermostat. Staff and location is great.

מלון נחמד שהופך אותו למעולה רק בזכות המיקום שלו על הגראן ויה

מיקום מעולה!!! ברחוב פנימי שקט דקה וחצי הליכה מהגראן ויה. ארוחת בוקר סבירה.. אפשר לוותר עליה אם תרצו ולשבת באחד מבתי הקפה בשכונות מלסנה או צ'ואקה שממש סמוכות למלון. צוות אדיב, קשוב ונחמד, חדרים נקיים, נוחים אם כי מעט קטנים, במיוחד המקלחת.

בתמורה ל 996 ארו הייתי מצפה לארוחת בוקר עשירה יותר. שלמתי במלונות אחרים באירופה פחות מהסכום הזה וקיבלתי ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומפנקת. המקלחת ממש קטנה..הכל צמוד ואין ממש מרחב לתנועה.

Everything about the accommodation was amazing. Location within 15mins walking distance of the palace and 2 streets away from town centre cant get better. Staff super friendly and all bilingual which helped with my very minimal spanish.

The only reason the place didnt hit a 10/10 is water was off when i woke up and couldnt shower.

very very close to everything, few steps to gran via ( shopping street) and to public transportation (bus & metro) just few steps - clean - Wi Fi is excellent - staff are very helpful - there is mini bar and kettle in room ( refilling tea & coffee everyday)

Although location was right in town, hotel.was hidden in a inside street, not easy to.find, room was very small, no tissue box or face towels. Staff were not willingly helpful. Only helped if u asked for help.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds comfortable, bathroom clean with a walk in shower and everything you need. Breakfast was not extensive but still plenty of choice. A comfortable lounge to sit in if required. It was in a quiet street so not noisy at night but only two mins walk to the Gran Via where there were free buses and the metro if you didn't want to walk Being so central it was easy to walk to most attractions..

Street leading up to the hotel was full of graffiti and dismal at night even though there were some street lamps. The pillows were lumpy and could be better. Could have done with comfortable chairs in the room.

Great location and very clean

Great location, the room was clean ( I'm the kind of person who brings bleach anywhere I go....) 5 min walk to the main street. The price was great. Highly recommended

Good for a short stay

Location would be the best aspect. For all the rest, you have to consider it's a 3 star hotel, and in that consideration in general my stay has been very good. Prices were expensive in Madrid in general, therefore the price I paid was actually high for this kind of hotel, but understandable that they increased them.

The distribution inside the bathroom, the room is very small.
