Beautifully situated in a spectacular landscape.
The only problem was that housekeeping made my pyjamas disappear and nobody seemed too bothered about getting them back.

The hotel is in a fantastic location with amazing views of the Peak District. The staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent.
The spa facilities are limited but the hot tub and sauna looked out over Losehill and the views really were spectacular.

The spa was great. Location was great. Experience was great. Staff were helpful.
The drinks at the spa were really expensive. £6.60 for 2 orange juices which were sometimes served warm. The food on offer was limited for dinner and none of it was to our taste. Squid ink was on the menu.

The breakfast was lovely, good choice, lovely location
We asked for a fan, it was left outside our room door it was absolutely filthy I had to clean it myself. I took pictures of the dirty fan and the cloth after I had cleaned it.
Dust on the shower room frames. There was traffic under our window dropping supplies off etc. One supplier had his radio on it was teach yourself french or something like that, he had it so loud it was terrible he also left his engine running the fumes were coming into our room this was about 6.30am, fortunately a member of staff was passing and she had a word with him. District smell of drains in the area of the swimming pool.

Excellent choices for breakfast. Good quality amenities and privacy of rooms. Staff very friendly and informative. Nice being able to access a pool, sauna and hot tub with magnificent views at the end of a days walking.
Bathrooms could do with a little updating.

The food was excellent, almost Michelin star quality. The location was amazing, great for walks or just chilling with a glass of wine.
The room was a little too warm at night. The steam room was closed. The phone key card didn't work very well and we ended up using a standard key card.

The hotel, staff and food are exceptional.
All perfect in every sense.

amazing location,Food was truly exceptional.Spa hotel so there was a pool on site .Hot tub outside so you can sit in the bubbles while looking over the amazing countryside.Staff could not have been more helpful and polite and offered responsive swift service.
Rooms were clean and bright and housekeeping was of a high standard.Do ask for a room with a view of the countryside and if you are tall ask for a king size bed.
Book your 1 hour slot for the pool/steam room/sauna/hot tub before your stay-Number capped at 7.
Room was a little tired decor 1980ish and although a king size room standard double bed in our room.Room was very warm but easily remedied by opening the window -this being Derbyshire usually no need for air conditioning!

Losehill house is set in a beautiful location. It's distance from the main road means you can appreciate the surroundings of the Peak District in peace and quiet. Our room was room 10 and it was amazing. Everything about the room was great and the bathroom was excellent. We used all of the spa facilities and enjoyed them all, especially the hot tub on the terrace. The dinner was excellent and my only comment would be that another vegetarian option would be welcomed. The breakfast was also brilliant. We had a great stay.
