Nice hotel, friendly staff and good spa facilities within short walking distance of Bansko centre. Would come back again

Nice hotel, very helpful staff and nice spa facilities. The breakfast was generous with a mix of traditional Bulgarian and wider European foods.

You need to request the sauna and steam room be turned on at the reception desk - it would be nice if there was a button to do this instead - but given that the reception desk is staffed at all times this is not a big issue.

Premium, simple et sans faute : génial !

Tout était vraiment excellent et d'un niveau premium : accueil, taille de la chambre, clim, confort du lit, salle de bain avec douche fermée, propreté, horaires de check-in et checkout (jusqu'à 12h), petit déjeuner super (bon café le matin (expresso, cappuccino, latte) en self service via une machine a grain automatique de marque suisse ; super buffet diversifié et réapprovisionné régulièrement avec : oeufs au plats, oeufs brouillés, oeufs durs, charcuteries, fromage, légumes, sucré, salé.... Le spa aussi est vraiment très bien : très propre (carrelé de partout), agréable (lumière naturelle et artificielle, quelques plantes en déco), complet (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, piscine, salle de "sel" (en supplément)). Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner en intérieur ou sur la terrasse dans la cour de l'hotel-restaurant. Autre bon point : le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bien également. C'est une cuisine simple, mais maison et bien faite. A titre d'exemple, les frites sont fraîches et maison, de même que la panure de poulet. Même leur simple purée de pommes de terre était délicieuse (avec probablement quelques carottes et céleri incorporés dedans, ce qui rehausse agréablement le goût). La localisation est pratique : facile de se garer dans la rue (un 20 août), à 10 min à pied de la vieille ville et 3 min en voiture de la ville moderne (pour un snack à récupérer et emporter dans votre chambre un de ces soirs, je recommande "Station Bansko"). En bref : un établissement ultraaaaa recommandé. Sans faute, premium. Pas cher et pas trop fréquenté quand nous y sommes allés en été.

Rien. Voici 2 détails d'amélioration : - Un petit panneau de porte "ne pas déranger" pour la chambre serait utile. - Pour le petit déjeuner, vous devriez réfléchir à déplacer les grilles-pain au bout du buffet. De cette façon, les gens qui patientent devant le buffet pour griller leur pain ne bloquent pas l'accès pour les autres.

Chambre familiale très pratique et petit déjeuner bon et copieux avec des spécialités locales

Hôtel adapté si vous disposez d’un véhicule car un peu éloigné du centre et des commerces.

Good stay

Good place for the price. Breakfast was good. Rooms are good in size with nice balconies. The area though is a bit far from center it is very quiet for resting. There is enough parking space available at the property.

There was too much chlorine in the poll and the sauna was not working. Also the steam room was semi working as it was impossible to turn on the lights and steam at the same time. In overall the SPA center needs a bit more maintanaces

Příjemný hotel s wellness, dobrou kuchyní a za dobrou cenu

Dobrý přístup k hotelu, v okolí jsou místa k zaparkování, dobrá lokalita nedaleko centra i lanovky. Pokoj prostorný, dobře vyřešená koupelna. Bazén, sauny, jacuzzi - velmi dobré, možnost objednat si masáž za dobrou cenu. Snídaně velmi dobrá, široký výběr, dobrá káva. Doporučuji zkusit restauraci v hotelu, byli jsme velmi spokojeni.

Parkování je trochu na náhodu, ale místo jsme nakonec našli. Okolí nic moc, ale výhled na hory a blízkost centra i lanovky to vynahradily.

It's nice hotel, by the car 4 minutes to the center and old city. The staff was nice. The pool is a clean, but a little cold for us. Breakfast was ok, but little choice. The dinner we also ate jn the restaraunt of hotel, it was very tasty and the staff also was very nice.

The hotel needs rennovation, To close the toilet door you had to use a little force. The floor of the pool fell apart, we found pieces of the floor in the water

A comfortable stay in a very well maintained hotel with great breakfast included

Well maintained room, the balcony with nice view, functional appliances, cleanliness, SPA with a sweeping pool. The included breakfast was just fantastic.

The lack of AC , which would be a great help during hot weather in August.

An old hotel, the rooms are very large and relatively spacious. We got 2 bedrooms and a living room

The whole room is carpeted from wall to wall, the smell is a bit bad, there is no air conditioner (at this time it is very difficult to get organized) in the evening after 21:00 it is pleasant and you can open a window. An area under construction around and it is not pleasant to walk in the dark. Old but nice pool

Nice stay but would not return until the hotel is renovated.

The food was of good quality. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big. The jacuzzi was constantly very warm,

The manager of the restaurant was not client oriented. The rooms need renovation. The furniture and kitchen amenities need restoring.

Breakfast was so good. Location is ok but you need to walk to the center and gondola area. Morning and evening there is free shuttlle for skiiers and it is very convenient. Hosts are so nice and helpfull. Balcony was nice to have.

The choice and variery of the breakfast was fenomenal. The rooms were very warm and spacious. The matress was comfortable. Overall 10/10 would recommend. Great value for money

Great location, nice sized room and lovely pool/spa. Breakfast was ok.

Only one pillow each, no spare toilet paper. Room was too warm even with heating off, had to keep balcony door open all night.
