Great value family room close but not too close to Autobahn

Excellent value for money. We reserved a family room for four, the room was exactly as advertised, the beds were extremely comfortable. The Italian restaurant that is connected to the hotel is very good and super practical after a long drive. We only spent one night and it is perfect for cutting a long journey in half. We received clear instructions for how to recuperate the key, no problem whatsoever m. Our room was super quiet no issue there. Breakfast was quite good as well.

We stayed here end of October but the room was quite hot, we opened a window but I can indeed see the rooms especially on the last floor under the roof getting quite hot in summer.

Gutes Hotel

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hübsch gestaltet. Es gab 2kostenlose Wasserflaschen und Kostenloses Duschgel und Shampoo. Unsere Suite hatte eine Dusche und eine Badewanne und war sehr geräumig, sodass sich unsere Kinder gut bewegen konnten trotz Babybett und Schlafcouch. Es wurde ein Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt. Unten im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant mit italienischer Küche. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen und wurde bis 11Uhr ständig aufgefüllt.

Man mekt, dass das Hotel kein Neubau ist. Der Boden knarrt und der Fahrstuhl schiebt bei öffnen der Tür nach. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Schnellstraße. In der Badewanne lag Staub, musste sie erst vor Benutzung reinigen. Die Rezeption war schon um 17:30Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. Die Matratze war so hart, dass ich freiwillig auf der Couch geschlafen habe, nachdem ich mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht bin. Für schwerere Menschen sicher top, für Menschen mit 60kg ungeeignet.

Decent but if you want AC, do not book

The guy at the reception was good and friendly, the corridors look and smell nice and everything was clean. Sparkling water in the room was a nice touch.

It was HOT! And there is no ventilation, AC or fan in the room. That was ridiculous as I have never seen a hotel without one. The shower was extremely tiny and the basic amenities were provided which was OK. The bed was springy and uncomfortable, also because no AC. The breakfast was very very basic which just basic amenities, no normal white / brown bread as well which was disappointing.

Good value for money

We had a room at the 3rd floor., with 3 beds. It was clean and spacious. The furniture is a little outdated, but in a very good condition. The lower floor rooms are modernized, and nicer. The breakfast was good. It is a self check-in, just introduce the code and you have your keys. So no need to wait to check-in.

We had the unpleasant surprise to have no liquid soap or any kind of soap. After I called the hotel, the gave me another key to take the soap from that room (but they had just hand soap, no shower soap). The location is nice, but nothing much to do.

Perfect over night stop off on our journey.

Situated in a nice quiet area but within short proximity to the motorway Nice restaurant attached which was very welcome after a long drive Small communication problem was kindly resolved without issue from the reception staff

Pas de climatisation (contrairement à la description) ni même un ventilateur. Trop bruyant donc impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres La télévision ne marchait pas La saleté (tiroirs de la salle de bain plein de poils et cheveux+ un vieux mouchoir, tables de nuit sales) Aucune explication pour mettre en route l'eau chaude qu'on doit régler à l'extérieur de la douche par des robinets à 1m80 de haut !) Pas de minibar ni de bouilloire

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel

Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. WLAN Und Parkplatz sind vorhanden und kostenlos.

Das Einzelzimmer mit dem Bad ist sehr beengt. Das könnte man für Alleinreisende doch gerne erwähnen. Fotos sind von diesem Zimmer leider nicht vorhanden. Ich komme gerne wieder aber dann in einem größeren Zimmer.

Ok for one night stay

Breakfast was ok.

The restaurant is poor, we waited 1.5hours for meal , which was not good and expancive. I would not reccomend. Room has windows to a street, it was not possible to sleep after 6 AM,...

Close to motorway

The owner from the hotel can quit the job because doesn’t have any skills for manager We have booked 2 rooms for the family and when I’m arrived at hotel everything was close Is provided just a number from him to give you access to rooms We stay 1 hour in front of the hotel and nobody pick up the phone Luckily was a German lady which helping us because the hotel have a neighbour with restaurant but for the manager or owner how is it called very shame Just be careful guys with this hotel and if you come late are you lost

Good size bedroom. Nice decorating, and very comfy bed.

Fan was full of dust. We couldn't use it. We opened the window but it was very noisy outside.

Good location( near highway),nice staff,clean room, comfortable bed and one more + for the art details in the room and throughout whole hotel 😍

There was no refrigerator in the room(even though it said there is one) and no so nice view from our room. Everything else was fine 😊

Nice room, cleaned and comforting. Nice and welcome people at hotel and restaurant, very good food.

No AC in the room, no mosquito net, and a quiet some noise. Our room was with the window to the street, very hot outside and inside, so we could not sleep very well.

So lovely we did not want to leave

The style , the welcoming staff. We arrived late booking just an hour before as on a long drive, Turkey to UK So kind to let us have a late evening dinner ....delicious. Beds were so comfortable some of the best I have slept in.

An undesirable upgrade you shouldn't ask for

The hotel is located very nicely not far from the city center of Augsburg. Location-wise Aystetten seems to be a good alternative. Entrance and breakfast room are newly renovated and in an appealing design.

Unfortunately, the hotel was over-booked for my stay and my room was already given to somebody else when I arrived. The alternative, the "suite" was so far from the original offer, in such a bad condition and had a musty smell (might derive from the carpet and curtains). Also, the window did not close correctly, which made it sound like it wasn't even closed. All in all, it was unacceptable for me to stay in that room and since the girl on the front desk was not able to change rooms, I had to cancel my stay on the short-term. Though the hotel seems to be renovated on the first sight, it is only the surface. Meeting room, toilets and restaurant are still very old fashioned and not what I expected from the pictures.

An excellent hotel

Location was great - near the highway and yet quiet and safe. The hotel offers secure underground parking, so if you are traveling with a lot of stuff, you don't have to bring it all to your room.

The underground parking area has very limited capacity because it is filled with piles of building materials and cars in long-term storage.

ok stay in budget hotel room that should be renovated

budget hotel. ok price for what you get.

the reception and breakfast room are new and re-decorated. however, the rooms are still old and not in good conditions (our night-bed-stand was broken, the window was in precarious conditions, the shutters were dirty and with much dust). I highly advise the management to renew the rooms and upload good pictures on booking that show the reality of what you will find. overall it was ok for our one night in between travelling to the Netherlands. the quality of the breakfast is low.
