Tolle Unterkunft für Familien mit Abzügen beim Frühstück

Größe der Zimmer Küchenzeile Sauberkeit der Zimmer

Das Frühstück war (unter- )durchschnittlich. Geschmack war fade und es hat immer etwas gefehlt. Gläser, Besteck, Müslischalen, Kaffeemaschine musste aufgefüllt werden. Wasserkaraffe, Besteck nicht sauber, Teller mit Bruchstellen. . Personal war freundlich. Am ersten Tag waren die Semmel alt und steinhart.

Nice and clean place to stay

The location was very good. There were many parking lots in front of the hotel, it’s not necessary to pay for the garage (12€ per day)

The main door from the hotel was not opening with the card so we needed to use the entrance door from the other hotel which was connected.

Lobbybereich super ausgestattet und groß, mit Gemeinschaftsküche, Tischkicker, TV,...

im Apartment mangelt es an der Küchenzeilenbeleuchtung. das Frühstück im Hotel ist furchtbar!

Traumhaftes Hotel für Urlaub

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, man kommt mit dem Taxi sehr billig überall hin und das Frühstück ist einwandfrei. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilft bei jeglicher Frage, somit ist für einen schönen Urlaub bestens vorgesorgt.

Basic hotel with all the things you need

Location is great, nice big underground car park and plenty of spaces outside. Room size was more than enough. Comfortable beds and our apartment room had all the things you need. Nice hotel design.

On both mornings the breakfast selection was very limited. Most of the food was already gone at around 8:45 and not being refilled. In general everything seemed a little basic.

I did stay at this property for the past three years, this year it was taken over by elaya. The rooms are still the same, small appartments with everything you need, I like the option of having a parking garage for our rental car ...

Over the past two years the breakfast buffet was great, by the adjoining hotel. It's still by the same hotel, but this year they offered almost nothing for the extra money we paid, and we didn't like the taste of the baked goods either (in the morning we saw a truck parked, delivering frozen baked goods). I have no idea what caused this dramatic decline in food quality.

New hotel, parking available.

Construction outside the bedroom. They start hacking at 7 am on Saturday! Very cofusing, since two different hotels are merged together. One lobby, but 2 different elevators. Go figure. Also, the room given was not clean. Had to go back and request a different room.

Good, especially for long stays. Requires better attention from the manager.

The size of the room is great. Easy access to public transportation (bus stop close to the hotel). Having the kitchen in the room is great for long stays. There are supermarkets just in front of the hotel. The room and the location are the best of the hotel.

The amenities don't look well maintained, since there's no control over the use of the amenities, other people had used without any care the common kitchen and the laundry. We were there for a month and the dryer did not work during the entire stay. The building looks new but will not remain that way forever, and the lack of maintenance and attention is evident.

Very comfortable place:)

Very nice hotel in the apartment style. If you wat - you can order the breakfast of prepare something in your room. Very clean - everyday personal of the hotel cleaned in our room and changed some towels. Good terras where we had a dinner many times. Many interesting games for kids. Thank you it was a good week for our family!

It's not the best location when you're travelling without a car. For travelling to the center of Augsburg we used a bolt scooter and after that a tram or go a walk to the tram. For travelling to the main train station need to use two trams.

Great value for money

Room was very tidy, clean and spacious. The kitchenette was great - pots/pans, utensils, kettle, sink, washing detergent, good sized fridge. Ensuite was very clean and great size. Very close to supermarkets. Great value for money.

There weren't any bikes to use and the one bike that was there, had burst tyres. Location not so great if you need to get into town but it is only a 15 min electric scooter ride to get there and scooters were pretty easy to find around the area.

Fantastic apartment if out of the city centre is okay for your needs

Really great apartment. Big and well equipped. great communal lounge area with extra cooking facilities and 24 hour free coffee.

Everything great except the location (for our personal needs) a 30 minute walk from Augsburg town centre.

We are a family of 4 and had two interconnected room which was really comfortable and spacious. Rooms are well equipped with a kitchenette. Breakfast was good. Location was a bit further out of Augsburg but we had a car so for us it wasn't much of a big deal.

Great rooms and nice breakfast

The entrance / lobby was tremendously messy. It looked like the living room of a student house. Food and dishes everywhere, and studentically dressed persons lying or hanging on the furniture.

Great place to stay

The hotel was very clean, quiet and in a gd location.. the shops are within walking distance.. the staff was on hand 24/7 very helpful and polite.. the apartment was amazing, it was clean and tidy, it had a comfy king-size bed, everything was working well. No complaints

The only thing that was missing in the apartment was a microwave, apart from that, everything else was there. The lighting was dull over the kitchen area if cooking in the evening, had to use side lamps

Very convenient...supermarkets, McDonalds etc all within easy walking distance. Room was very clean. Nicely furnished. Pretty hew! Breakfast is standard and perfectly adequate!

Parking :( we got a fine. Did not know that only the very few lots directly outside the hotel are allicated to the hotel and not the whole row.

Good for short stay

- The staff is very nice and helpful. - Parking is possible at the hotel with extra charges. - The room is spacious with small kitchen area. In case you need cooking, there are shared kitchen facility at 1st floor with free coffee all day.

- The hotel should state clearly that check-in is at Super 8 hotel. The entrance to Ana Living needs access card to enter into, then need to go to the Super 8 entrance for check-in.
