Das Frühstück ist der Hammer! 20 verschiedene Cerealien, Früchte, Flakes für das perfekte Müsli. Dazu eine sehr große Brotauswahl. Der ideale Einstieg in den Tag.

Close to city, lake and spa. Bus stop is just near. It is very clean.
Good Wi-Fi. I recomend this hostel, if you look for cheaper accommodation.
No lift. Expensive breakfast.

A room with 5 people was provided. breakfast was awesome.
The check in happens in sonne and then you need to walk to the hosten.
The room was on the third floor with no lift.
No kitchen, no utensils, no microwave oven. Just the room and the shared bathroom.

Very clean room and very helpfull cleaning people
Arrogant receptionist.
Very bad smell of painting so we had to have both window and terrasse door open 24/7.
A kitchen were available but without kitchen equipment!
Not a very satisfying experience.

It was a private-bedroom / shared bathroom set-up. Very relaxing after a few weeks of shared bedrooms for me. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
The Hostel is quite far from the train station (but there is a busstop in front of the Hostel with frequent connections) and quite expensive (but it's Switserland... so the hostel was not as expensive as the other options).
Only real complaint for me were the cleaners who barged into the room without knocking.

Hotel offered free use of Swiss Power adapter overnight.
Balcony good.
The power adapter supplied by the hotdl nearly blew up. Luckily, I caught it in time and prevented the hotel from burning down.
Lighting did not work.

such a good value for money. our 4 person room was massive and perfect for a ski weekend considering you are barely in the room. shared bathroom was completely fine and I would definitely stay again. affiliated with a hotel and we got a 2 for 1 deal on skiing which was an incredible value.
nothing, property met all expectations. it’s not luxurious but don’t expect that!

I tried to cancel with no success. with bathroom in a common area it’s a rip off.

I would strongly suggest you choose the breakfast while booking. The breakfast has variety choices.
Balcony included. Perhaps it is too cold to stay outside and enjoy during the winter.
Wifi speed is good.
Beware there are stairs and you may have a hard time with heavy luggage.
It is about 100m away from hotel Sonne(the reception). I found it a little bit hard to find the entrance of the hostel.
Facilities are hostel level so don't expect too much
It is no sound isolation so it is very noisy when people moving around.

I'm nearly 70yo. There was no mat in the bath and it was fairly slippery. The were no handles around the bath to keep me steady whilst taking a shower or to help get up and out of the bath.
Anytime anybody flushed the toilet it woke me!

Room was fair.
Bathrooms a joke. No light and miserable water pressure.

It was spacious and clean.
I got it on third floor and it has no lift. Also check in is not so comfortable as I had to find front desk which would provide keys but it was in some other branch of hotel building.

Excellent buffet breakfast included was a real winner.
Not particularly attractive from outside, but that didn't matter.

Very good level breakfast, but quite expensive.

Solid place, a lot more a hotel than a hostel (as they modestly position the property). Conveniently located, good parking.
