We had a family cabin and it was lovely and spacious.
The website advertised a particular chef with a very good profile, which we were very excited about. At our first meal, we asked a question about the chef and our waiter didn't really respond. Later we asked if the chef wasn't here and we were told he actually left the hotel last year. However, the hotel had not updated their website and he features quite prominently on it. This seemed very deceptive at worst, very lazy at best.

Schönes Pool, tolles Restaurant mit schönem Garten- und Meerblick. Es war alles sehr sauber.
Den Zimmern würde eine Renovierung gut tun.

The dinners, included in our rate, were excellent. The kayaks available for use to get to the offshore motu. The staff was very friendly, and very efficient in setting up tours, transfers, etc.

Lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Incredible food. Lovely staff.

Nice swimming pool.
Possibility to use the canoes and go to a local motu nice for snorkeling.
The food is nice, fine dinning style.
I was promised a kettle in the room during our conversations through booking and when arrived this was not possible to have. Not sure why I was told it was, I they have been honest I would have buy a travel one before.
I could not access internet in the bedroom and very slow on common areas.
The local beach in front is ok, not amazing.

Loved everything but in particular:
1) the staff went above and beyond in being helpful and always with a smile
2) the food, out of the ordinary, you would expect to eat this type of food in a Michelin star restaurant
3)the swimming pool was amazing, always clean and never too busy
Could not recommend this place enough!
there is nothing we did not like of the property, just if we have to be picky, the bed and pillows were a bit too firm.

The room was spacious and clean. The food was very good.

Minah was the best thing about the property- seeing her smiling face every day made our day. oh and the vanilla yogurt at breakfast.
Breakfast was very repetitive, the sandwiches and burgers at lunch were disappointing.
We had a room over the kitchen- it had no ceiling fan although other rooms did. If you wanted to sleep in, have a nap or go to bed early- forget it. Many large roaches in our room.

Beautifully maintained and exceptional service at the desk. Felt like what I’d hoped a Polynesian vacation would feel like. Wish I’d spent more time here and less on Bora Bora. Not only was the value better but we enjoyed ourselves more here. It was less rushed and felt less like a tourist bubble. Bought a pearl at a local farm just down the road direct from the farmer. With more time we’d have spent a day on Tahaa. Much to do…

Lovely modern hotel, no beach but free kyacks to get to the motu offshore and free use of bikes, pool area was clean and modern with plenty of sunbeds avaliable. room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was very nice. Dinner at the restaurant was wonderful and the staff were amazing (even organising a cake for my wife's birthday)
The location was a little far away from any supermarket etc (40 min bike ride) and there are absolutely no food options between 1:30 and 6pm at the resort. A small selection of snacks would have been perfect between lunch and dinner hours
4.5
we have dinner at the restaurant and the food and dessert was excellent. Breakfast was nice but not good for a person who had a dairy allergy like my wife. We ended up eating lunch in the lobby with food we bought at the food store and they were very pleasant about.
road to the lodge was like a war zone - very rough and full of holes.

I loved the dinners and haing bikes and kayaks available

Facilities were very nice and we were greeted by a most pleasant hostess. Lovely views of the sea and a nice pool. Enjoyed the Polynesian dance show.
The air conditioning was not working in our room and we had a significant ant problem. We were told lunch was included and then I was double billed for it.

The room was beautiful and I loved the extras like a welcome drink. The property looks onto the lagoon which made for some stunning sunsets. The food in the restaurant is good and there were vegetarian options too. Appreciated that it included breakfast and dinner so we didn't have to find a place to eat. Service was great before and during our stay and the lagoon tour we reserved through the hotel was outstanding.
Nothing!

Food was superb.
There was really not very good access to the lagoon even though they provided Kayaks for free.

I loved everything: the Tiffany blue colonial boutique hotel, the spacious rooms, the modern and stylish pool, the amazing restaurant and importantly, the always helpful, always smiling staff at reception, pool and restaurants! Amazing!
nothing. it was perfect

Unbeknownst to us, our daughter had emailed the hotel to let them know it was our 35th anniversary. We were given an upgraded large bedroom with balcony that was covered in beautiful flowers and a delicious fruit platter all at no additional cost to her or us! Such a thoughtful gesture was very much appreciated. Dinner and breakfast in the attached dinning area were wonderful! Pool and lounge chairs were well maintained and very clean.
Only the weather (it rained off and on most of the day we were there), but that is no fault of the hotel.

They provided a kayak to travel to the beautiful Motu out from the hotel. The food was very good, and the staff was very helpful with suggestions and making arrangements. My rate included three meals a day and a special meal on the night of the free entertainment with local dancers and drummers. All of that made it a good deal.
My room could've used some glasses for drinking and an ice container. Ice was available in small quantities at the bar only. It would also be nice to have Kleenex in the room.
4.5
Super friendly staff and very service oriented. The breakfast and dinner in the the restaurant was excellent. It's a beautiful place to stay at with surprisingly good coral reefs for snorkeling. The pool was clean and very comfortable sunbeds. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay there again. It's not far from the airport.
Everything was good.

All was good including food, room and facilities. Nice view, too.

Very pleasant staff, excellent food, location. Great opportunity to do things on the island.
Building is wood and therefore noisy. You here people talking, doors slamming, coming home at 2 am and the breakfast crew starting. Didnt sleep much. Better to stay in the bungalows if you need quiet.
