This gorgeous base in Reykjavik really added to making this snowy winter break very special.

It’s both cosy and beautifully presented. We were also made to feel very welcome. The location is also great, with the main sights of Reykjavik within a comfortable distance.

Iceland is an amazing place as is Reykjavik. I would recommend the studio to couples

the location was fab, Sverrir our host was great, helpful, friendly and informative.

not much privacy, this was my mistake however, as I thought I was booking a one bedroom apartment.

The host Sverrir was very welcoming and informative. The place was clean, cozy and comfortable. The location was great, yet despite being located centrally it was on a side street and was very quiet. Good value for money as well, would definitely recommend.

We can not find a single thing to say other than our stay here was amazing!

The location in the city was excellent and allowed us to walk to all the main attractions of the city. We felt very welcome by the hosts and they connected with us throughout to make sure we had everything we needed. There was convenient parking right by the apartment for our rental car so no need to trudge with our suitcases along the streets. Our stay here allowed us to walk around the corner to one of the best fish restaurants. As we, the guests are all artists, the apartment felt like an art museum, displaying wonderful works of art and books in all the rooms, including the bathroom!

Large cozy apartment in the old center of Reykjavik

Large apartment, very cozy / artsy interior design, nice hosts, very central location, great value for money. One of our best accommodations during our 3 week stay in Iceland! Wouldn‘t recommend accommodation if you have small children under 10 due to fragile art.

Cozy, warm and artistic apartment, at the heart of beautiful Reykjavik.

A cozy little apartment in the heart of old Reykjavik. Everything you could want for a week in this beautiful city. Close to great restaurants, interesting shops, transit and important things (like the beer/wine store!). Very affable host, Sverrir, shares great ideas of things to see nearby.

While the apartment is mainly very quiet, since it’s the ground floor sometimes the footfalls from above can be noisy, especially at bedtime. Also, through no fault of the owners, there was some construction going on across the road. All manageable, but still notable.

Welcoming, ideal location with excellent hospitality.

Location was ideal for walking. The art in the place was incredible. It was a peaceful retreat right next to the heart of the city. Had every amenity and enough space our three teenagers could spread out. Sverrir met us at 2am because of our late flight and was the consummate host.

We didn’t mind but if you are a big person the small shower in the kitchen may feel tight.

The location is excellent and the host very good. He came personally to welcome us showed all the facilities. Its fully equipped apartment. He was very friendly gentleman. We wouldnt mind staying at this apartment if we ever visit there again.

Bathroom is bit smaller but its ok. Looking at overall property this can be ignored.

Fantastic and enjoyable stay with a great host!

Very nice and cosy, beautiful apartment practically few steps away from Reykjavik centrum. Close to shops, restaurants, bus stops, yet in a small and quiet street. Our host was very nice and friendly, helped with all kinds of information before and during our stay, really made our visit to Reykjavik a fantastic experience.

Very nice family staying

Hosts were super nice and full of cultural tips that made us to see Iceland from a different angle, on top of the main attractions. Wi-fi worked perfectly, beds were very comfortable, all around a cozy atmosphere and we loved the energy of the place.

Shower room is a bit uncomfortable, but that's ok. Bathrooms amenities were of very good quality.

Sverrir the host is amazing, so caring and thoughtful, made all he can to let us feel comfortable. With all the art pieces and the specious furnitures the place is unique. The flat is located in the heart of the old city, alongside the museums, coffee shops, restaurants and more. The kitchen is well equipped. We were three persons and it felt cosy and yet we had privacy.

Sverrir was a fantastic host taking time to welcome and get to know us, he provided some really great information on the local area and various things to see. This was particularly welcome as it was not our first time in Reykjavik so was good to hear a local's recommendations of things to check out rather than the usual big sights such as Hallgrimskirkja.

The location is fabulous. The apartment is super comfortable, except for the very tiny bathroom.
