Saída para 3 linhas de metrô, tem um onsen dentro, tem espaço de baixo da cama para deixar as malas, cama grande, muito bem localizado .

A cama apesar de grande estava torta, como tinha muitas pessoas no hotel o elevador demorava muito.

Very Uncomfortable Stay. The room are very small.

Nothing we like. The restaurant doesn't open for breakfast until 10:00 AM. At night the hotel restaurant closed so early we end up buying and eating at 7-Eleven. When we catch the restaurant 15 minutes before closing, they can only accommodate a to-go order for ONE PERSON. Was terrible.

We don't like the room, very, very small. Only one person with 4ft height can fit on the bed. An American couple cannot fit on the bed. The room is very small, two steps you are on the bathroom door, then when you sit on the toilet it hit your knees to the door. We have very bad experience with the room, being small and the hallways don't have heater so it stays cold all night on the hallways. I DO NOT recommend this hotel for American couple or family. Just disappointed with the room, bed and bathroom, very, very small, two people can't move inside the room.

Excelente estadia

Justo en una parada de metro, zona muy tranquila con tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes muy cercanos, el dotonbori esta a 7 minutos en metro, la habitacion pequeña pero limpia y con todo lo necesario, buena relacion calidad precio para Japon, servicio de lavanderia perfecto, hay una zona de spa que es muy buena

חוסר ההבנה לאנגלית. לקח לנו 3 שעות בקבלה לקבל את החדרים. לא כתוב בשום מקום שילד בחדר זה רק עד גיל 6 והיו לנו שני ילדים בני 10 שהיינו צריכים לקחת לכל אחד מהם חדר בנפרד. בשעות לחץ אין מספיק מעליות.

高層で見晴らしが良い寝心地が良いお風呂が気持ち良い

エレベーターが満員なのに都度扉が開くのが不満だった。リゾート感を出す為にある程度の距離感で乗れるように定員を減らしゆったり出来る専用高層エレベーターが有れば良かった。

Lamentable trato al cliente

Tenía servicios básicos cerca.

El trato fue horrible. Fuimos a la lavandería y al sacar la ropa no estaba limpia, solo mojada y tras ponerla en la secadora tampoco secó teniendo que montar un tendedero en la habitación. Fuimos a recepción en busca de una solución o que se os devolviese el dinero invertido en las máquinas y después de hacernos un cuestionario y dudar de lo que les estábamos contando (nos hicieron perder una buena parte de la tarde entre verificar máquinas, cámaras y si la ropa estaba realmente mojada) nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada... Lamentable para un hotel que se hace llamar resort.

Best hotel to stay at in Osaka. Great location, service, size of the room, amenities, and it has a convenience store in the build!!! plus the bed is soooo comfortable! Couldn’t ask for more!

Had an amazing stay due to the location and facilities at this hotel.

Location was amazing literally above Hommachi station. Station is also very well connected. Easy to get from the airport. Get Nankai line to namba. Switch over to metro going out and across the square to the lifts. Then 2 stops to Hommachi

Cheap hotel close to subway

Very convenient for subway with an elevator straight down to the station plaza. Family Mart on floor 2.

It’s very noisy. There is a catastrophic design flaw in the ventilation system that amplifies all of the outside traffic noise down a pipe and into your room. Furthermore, the main road outside the hotel is used by “boy racers” every night to show off their noisy motorbikes so you’re guaranteed a noisy stay.

気温のせいか、泊まっていた高層階の部屋の湿気が強く、布団が湿っていた。さらに布団から生乾きのような匂いがしており、湿気と匂いで寝付けなかった。

No more than one night’s stay.

Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff, and excellent location. The buffet restaurant is also very good quality and value for money.

Rooms are smaller than the average prison cell - literally. They are far too small for more than one adult, let alone a family of 4. Windows are not double glazed so the sounds of the adjacent freeway makes the room very noisy. Mattress and pillows are like a marble slab, and not at all comfortable. Air conditioning doesn’t work very effectively

A nice location. We will still consider this branch on our next travel to Osaka.

This APA branch has its own subway access right beside it with elevator access. You can also use the one on the next street across or the one around the corner. It has its own Family mart on the 2nd floor and a 7-11 a few steps away. There is a shopping street nearby with restaurants, etc. This building is huge and has an open balcony design for its hallways on every floor. Thank you for giving me a room with a spectacular view. Thank you for accommodating our last minute request for my mom and sister's room to be in a corner unit.

The men's onsen/ grand spa dont have proper lockers...the doors and locks were all removed so anyone can use your towel or yukata or clothes if they wish to. The only one with keys are the tiny lockers for your wallets and key card. The water pressure in the onsen showers are very weak. The only floor with a small microwave is the 12th and 30th floor. I wish they would put microwave on every floor so it will be easier especially this is a big hotel and during peak season there will be many tourist and even though they have 5 elevators, it will take some time to go up and down.. The coin laundry will cost you 500 yen per 31 min wash (unlike other APA hotels and other hotel laundry will only cost you 300 yen per 31 min wash)

We enjoyed our stay overall.

Good location & clean rooms. The hotel has a restaurant/bar which is a bonus as we can just go down to have a glass of wine in the evening.

Both our room & kids room are quite small. I would expect both rooms a bit bigger considering the price we paid for.

We had a really great time, it was our honeymoon, and the first stop in Japan!

Really clean hotel, the room was small, but compact. We really enjoed the short films about the "responsible traveller". The staff were so nice, the breakfast was magnificent! It is also nice that we could controll the ari-conditioner, because the weather was a little bit cold outside.

The room was a little bit noisy for me because it looked on a big street. The bed was a little bit too soft for me.

Ne n'ai pas testé piscine et onsen mais tout le reste était très bien pour le prix payé. Supérette et bouche de metro en pied d'immeuble. Frigo, Bouilloire, petit baignoire perso, WC, TV avec vod, machine à laver au sous-sol pour 500¥, sechoir 100¥ les 30min, mais prévoyez plus.

Rue très bruyante. J'ai dû payer 1000¥ supplémentaires parce que j'ai fait le check in 35 minutes en retard, alors que je gardais la même chambre. Seule chose qui m'a bien refroidi.

Sometimes you get a lot more than you pay for.

The APA hotel surpassed all my expectations. For the cost, which was similar to the alternative, a capsule hotel, you get far more than your monies worth. Excellent place to stay. The staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were exceptionally clean. The property well kept, and there are plenty of little touches that make it feel like a far more expensive hotel. Puts to shame some of the 4 star hotels I've stayed at.

The wifi was spotty at best, it wasn't a single issue, but it would just not have access to the internet fairly often. but they do have in-room ethernet ports. The elevators are a bit of a mess and very inefficient, leading to long wait times. They don't "rest" at common floors, and instead just go when they are called. For a 30 floor building, this is very surprising. Seeing all 6 elevators go to the 1st floor at once is a bit maddening.

また出張に利用させていただきます

駅直結で雨に関係なく移動できるところは非常に助かりました。チェックインもスムーズに短時間で処理できますしチェックアウトもカード返却ボックスに入れて終わり。レセプションカウンターでの待ちもなくまったくイライラしません。コンビニもホテル内にあるので、スリッパで風呂上りに買いにも行けますし、面倒なことがショートカットされておりよいとおもいます。お風呂もきれいでゆっくり入れます。朝食は座席数もかなりあるので、混雑しているイメージはありません。アパカレーおいしいです。最近梅田のホテル価格が上がっているので、大阪出張はまたこちらを利用したいと思います。

特にないのですが、挙げるとしたら大浴場シャワーの水圧。大勢でシャワーを使っていると突然水圧が下がります。場所を変えてみても同じでした。

Zimmer war sehr klein. Es gab keinen Safe. Frühstück würde nur als Brunch mit Mittagessen angeboten, was dann etwas teurer war. Wir wollten nur Frühstück, was nicht möglich war. Es gab keine Ablageflächen oder Schränke. Es wurde nicht sauber gemacht während 3 Tagen. Es wurde jeden Tag eine Tüte mit sauberer Wäsche vor die Tür gelegt.

Best location in Osaka

Best location is Osaka!!! It would be hard to top this location. You can access to the hotel from an elevator at exit 18 of the subway, which is a real advantage especially when it rains a lot. Family mart on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Bed was comfy. Hot shower worked well. Easy check-in and check-out. We had a pleasant stay.

The room was really small. I’m 165-cm tall and my husband is 171-cm tall and I think we both are considered as average sized. We were a bit struggling to move ourselves in the room. The luggage can only be fully opened one at a time. But I would still stay at this hotel again because everything else was perfect.

L'emplacement idéal avec la station de métro en sous sol. La gentillesse du personnel, toujours à l'écoute et près a rendre service.

Aïe .. chambre pas très propre... Il restait des cheveux dans la salle de bain. La fenêtre était sale pleine de trace de doigts et pour couronner le tout le rebord de la fenêtre sentait une odeur nauséabonde de vomi.... Sous le lit une bouteille d'eau et une vieille paire de chaussettes... Pas top ! Et pour couronner le tout, un bruit pas possible de la rue le premier soir.... Dommage.
