サービスが充実していて、最高

飲み放題や、夜鳴きそば、花火等、無料のサービスが充実していて、最高でした！アメニティも、こんなにたくさんあるホテルは初めてでした。二段ベットには、それぞれテレビやヘッドホンまでついていて、最高でした。ゲームや卓球も出来るとこがあり、子ども達も大満足で、また泊まりに行きたいと、ずっと言っています（笑）こんどはぜひ、連泊させて頂きたいと思います。ありがとうございました！

3楼服务待提高，其他都很完美

感谢前台说中文的小姐姐，人美心善，前面旅程掉了东西在jr上，帮忙打电话还多次找我确认，非常非常感谢。酒店位置很棒，天王寺站，逛街有三个商场，而且超级好逛，吃的用的应有尽有。酒店的免费服务太棒了，洗衣机，下午茶，章鱼小丸子，各类酒水饮料还可以打包回房间。送的券我吃了两天晚餐，等于都是免费，从来没住过服务那么丰富的酒店，比五星级酒店还好，而且去机场直接haruka，真正太方便了。

一个是房间太小太小，洗澡好几次撞到。3楼晚上的服务人员一个年轻男生和一个女生完全不会英文，堪称崩溃至极。尤其那个男服务员，因为点的菜一直没上，想找他询问，他皱着眉头一脸嫌弃的表情，搞明白我的需求后转身就走了，也没有给我任何回复，我又追问了另外一个像领班的姑娘才得到回复。虽然可能因为语言问题，沟通有障碍，但是这个服务态度真的一塌糊涂，如果不是酒店其他方面很赞，我真想拍桌子骂人。早上一位年纪稍大的女士就态度特别特别好，又温柔又周到。

楽しかった。

特典サービスがマジよかったです。 1000円チケットを沢山頂きましたが使えきれず、また8月に行きます。作戦ですかねー笑でも、いろいろ楽しめたので良かったです。また行くのが楽しみです。

一階のドリンクバーに布巾がなく、ちょっと汚れてたけど、拭けないままでした。スタッフもフロントにいませんでした。

We enjoyed our stay here with all the free stuff and good location despite the small room.

Very friendly staff. Capable in English, especially at Front Desk. Lots of extras, including some meals and alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, included. Easy access to one of the main JR stations in Osaka, first stop on express train from airport, also on the Metro, so easy access to the city. Room included a soaking bath, nice after a long day of walking around, and a variety of bath salts were available for free in the lobby. 3rd Floor lounge very nice for hanging out with free drink or use hotel comp for a meal.

Down a side street away from the main attractions in the Tennoji neighborhood, only a couple blocks but don't expect a nice view. Room was very small, sufficient, but a bit cluttered because they have crammed everything in. It took a bit of rearranging to make space for our luggage. Room good for sleeping and soaking, not for hanging out.

It was one of the best hotels in the world. It is hard to beat this.

The free ramen was great and so tasty. So many free inclusions. And also the free lounge access with high tea included and all you can drink at night was perfect. And the massage chairs in the lobby were such a nice touch. Staff were exceptional and the young man explained in English enough so I could understand everything about our stay when we checked in.

Highly recommended

Hotel is located 5 minute walk from tennoji Station. I got free voucher for afternoon tea and 2500 yen worth that could be used on the restaurant, for late check out, or for the souvenirs. They also have a lounge that offers free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Shame I only stayed for a night so wasn't able to maximize all the amenities but I definitely recommend it and would stay again!

The room I got was definitely small and felt cramped.

這趟關西之旅最滿意的一家飯店，回家小孩都只記得上下鋪。飯店位置方便，鄰近天王寺車站，買完拿回飯店放之後可以繼續逛。

小孩很喜歡上下鋪，廁所配置也很好，空間更大不會很擠。備品應有盡有，飯店人員很nice

以台灣人來說，宵夜的拉麵還是有點鹹😅

満足できるホテルです。

よく利用してるホテルですフロント、室内清掃その他スタッフの対応全般良いので快適に過ごせました。食事も美味しかったです。繁華街やコンビニに近く飲食に困ることは無いです。ドラッグストアも複数あるので風邪などの急な体調不良にも対応できます。近くに日本２位の高さのHARUKASやTENSHIBA公園や動物園もあり観光にも最適です。

食事に若干の手違いがありましたスタッフが迅速に対応してくれて不満はありません。いつもよりアフタヌーンティーの品数が減っていた。ホテル提携駐車場が先月より24時間1000円から12時間1300円に値上げされていてホテルからの1000円補助特典を利用しても負担額が増えた事前に知らせて欲しかったです。

Excellent location, huge room and plenty of freebies.

This is our 3rd stay at Bali Tower and we are delightfully impressed by the condition of everything! The maintenance is well done and room is kept as new as our first visit. Size of room is huge and we have our own massage chair in the room to enjoy. Plenty of freebies they offer including free drinks every day. Location is so handy and staff are excellent. Will come back again.

Excellent value

Great location only a few minutes walk from a main station. The hotel provides so many free things you really feel that you are getting good value for money. We stayed for two nights and were given 8,000 yen worth of vouchers to spend on things in the hotel. We used them to pay for breakfast. We also got two afternoon tea vouchers which meant we could have a free afternoon tea for both of us on two days. In addition, there are unlimited free alcoholic drinks, snacks, access to a games room, laundry and an amenities station.

The room was quite small and very dark. The decor could do with being modernised. The breakfast offering was quite limited - you are given a Japanese breakfast and the option to make your own pizza.

The service staff is very friendly, the meals are very good, and the bathing supplies are all made in Japan.

Decent hotel in a convenient location.

The location is very close to Tennoji station (within 5 minutes walk) and the surrounding shopping. There are a couple of FamilyMarts around for necessities. Several eateries around complement those you can find in Tennoji station, which has so many options. The hotel also gave us 4000 yen worth of vouchers to redeem for stuff like extended check-out times and food at the cafe. We were also allowed to get drinks and a bowl of ramen at the restaurant on level 3.

The room was a little small for my liking. The floor in front of the toilet and shower was raised about 10-15cm higher than the rest of the room, which made moving large luggage a hassle.

Amazing!

Fantastic room (1305) with amazing views across Osaka, especially at night seeing all the city lights. The bath was brilliant, the jets and shoulder waterfall feature made for a nice relaxing treat in the evenings after exploring Osaka all day. The free amenities offered by the hotel were a wonderful extra for our stay.

Nothing, this was our second stay at the hotel and we would stay there again if we go back to Osaka.

Kind staff, excellent location, and wonderful hospitality make this a great place to start your vacation!

We enjoyed being able to easily get around using the nearby station and waking to the nearby park and Shinsekai area. A big surprise was all of the amenities the hotel provided. Being an American, we are skeptical of items being offered in rooms as they usually charge extra fees. Here, many items are free or included with coupons in the room price. The staff did their best to help us when needed, even with limited English speaking (we understand very minimal Japanese words and phrases- our own fault). I truly appreciated their effort!

It’s probably not the standard, but a larger bath towel would be nice.

Never fails to live up to our expectations!

Its a 2nd fantastic time for our family! Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel caring for every aspect of our stay. Will just keep recommending friends and coming back for future stays ..

A v minor point which will be an extra double bonus if there are at least 2 pillows for each guest for our family room of 4.
