Too short

Great location on river walk to Osaka castle, shrine, best shopping. Room stylish and comfortable, rooftop area looking over river, hotel staff very helpful.

BORY OSAKA BEST!!!!

일단 제가숙소를 정할때 제일먼저보는것이 컨디션인데요 룸으로들어가서보니 작은편이고 혼자나 또는커플이가기에 적합하다고 생각되고 그다음엔직원의 친절함.... 글쎄요 저는 만점드립니다 제가본3명의직원은 전부 내가뭘원하는지 기다려주고 응대해주고 했던부분이 최고였습니다 일본어,영어를 일체 못했지만번역기로돌려가며 대화를해도 항상 미소를 잃지 않고 응대해준것에 감사할정도였습니다

저는 우메다, 도톤보리 부근으로 여행을 했고(먹방 투어) 거리가좀있어서 항상 지하철을 타야했던것이 게으름쟁이 기준으로는 아쉬움이 남았습니다

Design hotel very well located!

The hotel is well located - in a elegant business area, not so crowded and well served by transports. The hotel has a great design and we got a big room (suite).

- The breakfast is good but very limited (JP option only/fish, rice, etc) so we even chose to skip it some days and go to a cafe nearby and pay it additionally. Would be good to have the option to have some bread, cheese, yogurt, fruits, etc. - The hotel is located very close to subway so you can hear it. It didn't disturbed me but might be a thing for some people. The hotel provides ear plugs though. - In our room there was some sort of some opaque sticker in the windows that didn't' allow us to see any view which is not ideal also considering the view is not that bad.

Perfect location between 2 metro lines and not far from umeda. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful (questions, tips, organising airport taxi)

The perfect place to stay in Osaka

Staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and clean. Location is perfect (short walk to 2 metro stations) and lot of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Pleasant stay in Osaka

The location of the hotel right on the river was beautiful, bed & pillows were comfy and the rooftop also had a great view.

Unfortunately I didn't realise that the hotel was right on top of a metro line and the sound was so noticeable, I'm a deep sleeper and I could even hear it. For this reason I wouldn't stay again. Also, the balcony was a lovely place to sit but it only had 1 chair and stool which was uncomfortable, two chairs would've been better.

A unique place to stay.

The location is excellent. While I was there, l realized that the staff in Boly Osaka are friendly. I have to mention the body wash provided, I love the fragrance.

The room is too dark for comfort. My husband and I have to use the phone’s torchlight to find our smaller items from the bags.

Great stay.

Good room overlooking the river. Sadly it rained so we were unable to enjoy the roof terrace which looked good. Friendly staff in the hotel and adjoining associated restaurant.

A bit distant from the nightlife but easily accessible by public transport.

Great property for a city stay, super location and lovely staff!

Perfect for a few days in Osaka: easy to reach from the station and the two main underground lines to the city (e.g. 3 stops to Dotonbori area) are in easy walking distance. The room is spacious with a great bathroom (we loved the shampoo ☺️), there is a bar with free coffee and drinks to buy for consumption on the small rooftop terrace with views across the neighbouring canal with its tourist boats cruising. To top it off, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. All in all a clear recommendation!

The balcony in our room had stunning views of the river There is an amazing rooftop terrace for those without a balcony. Our room was massive.

Nice Hotel, for Universal Studios and Osaka Castle.

Good Hotel! super service. Every day new towels and water were put in front of the door (because we did not want cleaning). The staff was really suuuper friendly. Always happy to stay again. Osaka Castle a few minutes away. Universal Studio easily accessible. Everything top.

Exceptional

A modern hotel, close to several subway lines. The room was spacious and clean with great views over the river and super comfy beds. There is a rooftop area and you can buy drinks downstairs at the bar if you fancy a breeze and a chill. The staff were so helpful booking airport taxi's for us and helping to return our pocket wifi (p.s. definitely get a pocket wifi for exploring so you have access to maps/subway routes etc when you're out and about - costs about 350 yen £1.75, per day online). If you don't need a room clean you will get fresh towels and water dropped by your door. Anything else you need just ask at reception. The ladies we spoke to were amazing and provided maps with restaurant recommendations and all sorts. 10/10 and thank you for our stay x Oh - and the Bluetooth shower kept my 13yr old boy much cleaner than he's ever been 🤣🤣🤣 have ordered one for our house after staying here!!!

Cool and cozy place to stay in central Osaka

Location is perfect, (standard) room was spacious and had a very nice bathroom Roof terrace is a very relaxing place Staff is very helpful, were recommending very nice restaurants (and luckily also booking a table) in line with our budget (they asked us how much we wanted to spend). Nice artsy details everywhere.

It would be nice to be able to access the hotel floors by stairs, not always by elevator. Pancake servings at breakfast could be a little larger - I was travelling with my adolescent child who was still very hungry after breakfast.

Great location and view but was smelly and loud

The location and big balcony helped make a small room feel big

The hotel smelled like a subway(there is a subway underneath) and they tried their best to cover up the smell but it was still smelly. The couches are leather which is where our teens slept. It was hard to keep the bedding on that they provided and our kids complained that it was not comfortable. I could imagine it would be even more uncomfortable for adults
