Breakfast was beautiful, however a little taste of pacific would make it perfect. Maybe a few pieces of yam/taro/cassava and some cooked vegetables.
Wifi...not very good but still workable.

Room was clean, lovely gardens, host was accomodating
Room was lacking in amenities, very basic
No TV, no toaster, no milk, old coffee sachets, had to request hot water for shower.
Room was not as description on Bookings site
A disappointing experience

Staff was extremely friendly and kind
Very basic room for the rate (90 euro per night)
5% fee to pay by credit card is really annoying. Credit card fees (not even Included in the invoice) should not be paid by the customers.

Early check-in was a life saver with my early arrival but then late departure was so great to have the ability to shower before my flight after touring the day. The location is close enough to town but far away enough to feel in it. It's a distance from the western side beaches where the more notable resorts are however so much to see also on the south side
Warm instead of hot showers. When travelling in June/July which is cold and definitely winter when you get a hot shower is just lovely which I didn't get at this property

The place is very nice and clean. Very comfortable beds and the pool was great.
Quiet place close to the main city and very helpful staff.
Rocky Beach in front of the resort, do not expect a nice swim.
Breakfast was ok, but we expected more. The same day, the Governor was going to have breakfast at the same place and probably bacon, sausages and meat was provided to him.
Cocktails very basic.

We stayed at the Beachfront Resort for 3 nights on our honeymoon. Our initial experience was pretty poor, we arrived around 4pm after only a short delay from Vila and the reception waited for us, as they usually close at 3, which we appreciated but when we went to our room, it was small and dirty and we couldn't do anything until reception opened the following morning. When we did go to reception and explained our disappointment, Stuart received our complaint professionally and apologised for our experience and said he'd rectify it. They arranged a better room for us and moved us with in a few hours. The 2nd room was much better though still very basic and, the place overall could do with a revamp. The pool was nice and warm which was lovely and they had lots of covered huts on the deck where you could chill, read, have a drink while staying dry from the rain or taking a reprieve from the heat. The complimentary kayaks were appreciated but we didn't use as the weather wasn't great. On our last night, we were treated to champagne and a seafood feast to apologise for the inconvenience which was a kind gesture.
The rooms need a revamp big time. The mattress was filthy and there were bugs everywhere. The first room we stayed in had bugs all over the bed while we slept which felt gross. The place is not as advertised, there is no beach and I wouldn't call it a resort. It is further from town than advertised but the reception staff are very accommodating in calling a taxi for you when you need it. The restaurant ran out of many menu options on night 2 so we were restricted to a very limited menu to order from. The breakfast was pretty average; would have liked some more fresh fruit/cereal/more bread options than tasteless white bread! The pool was closed on the morning of day 3 until we left at 9am the following morning which was a shame.

Lovely setting, spacious, beach front very pretty.

It’s a quiet area and yet not so far from the town proper. A taxi which you can easily find at the corner would just cost you 300 to 400 vatu one way. If you don’t want to go out you can kayak or swim in the beach or swim in the pool.
Stewart and all the staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful

Beachfront resort was such a comfortable and warm accommodation with great beach views. The staff were so welcoming, especially Lincoln from the reception!

Very polite staff, especially the staff from the reception. My nephew had a late flight and he could stay at the bunglow the whole day without any payment. Nice pool at the outside area of the restaurant. Very good breakfast/brunch, diner and lunch.
Nothing !!!! Perfect stay !!!

Great place on the edge of Luganville. Comfortable room with air con. Lovely front verandah to sit on at anytime of the day. Great view over the channel and to Aore Island. Gentle beach area with safe swimming. Staff were helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome. Very good restaurant which is used by not just the guests. Husband had the best seafood crepe he has ever had!!! Relatively easy walk into town or easy to find a taxi or bus.

The staff was very accommodating. Always helpful and smiling. Beautiful people! I have requested a few times for dishes to suit my needs and they made it as best they can. They also delivered to our bungalow when we needed it.
Our emails were responded in a very timely manner.
Nany's service was great too. Our nanny was a girl from the laundry (her name might have been Lily). She was very very nice and looked after kids very well. We paid for her direct.
For breakfast, there was served fresh bread which was delicious, a bowl of fresh fruit was good. Hot food was ok too.
The bungalow was fairly spacious and could fit two adults and two small kids. The cot for a two-year-old was set up when we got there. The air conditioner was working very well, though most of the time we didn't need it. The bungalow was close to the beach but needed to walk through grass area. On the beach each morning we watched locals go fishing which was interesting to see. Beach is swimmable and fairly clean.
Red corner kava bar is next door and it is great for those who would like to try kava. Women and kids allowed to go too.
For a family resort, I thought that the swimming pool was way too deep. It was hard for small children to enjoy it. Also not enough pool chairs to lay down and the two chairs that are available always sit in the sun.
Restaurant prices are steep for the food quality you get. The menu is not very exciting. We are living in Port Vila currently and I know it is a challenge with the food in restaurants, so I understand difficulties they can have to produce something really good. I'm not vegetarian, but the menu lacks vegetable dishes. Veggies that locals grow are really nice and available for purchase in the markets. Also no kids menu. Staff offered to eat from snacks menu, but kids are small human beings who also need nutritious and healthy meals but in small sizes.

It is a very nice and pleasant place.
Coolidge bar is very overpriced, but as everywhere on the island. Be ready to accept this condition!
