Convenient, awesome beds and fit for purpose. Cute little cabins.

Location was just a short drive from conference and easy to get to shops and facilities. Cabins are cute and comfortable.

Road noise was consistent- my work colleague had bright street light behind her cabin and blinds didn't block it out. The cabin I was in had a caravan parked directly behind it and it felt like I could reach out the window to touch it. They were relatively quiet unlike the guest in the next door cabin cracking a Canadian Club at 8.30 in the morning and the guests who let their small children scream and make noise until around 9.30pm.

Friendly staff, clean cabin

The laundry prices were a rip of. Washing $5.75 and dryers $6.75 paid by pay-wave debit card. It was required to buy extra time by paying twice. One reason I won't return is these machines. It took four hours to do two loads having to queue up for the two dryers

Overall our stay was ok

The bunks were very uncomfortable with very hard mattress. Ok for kids maybe but we were 3 pensioners, 1 couple and 1 family member.

Disappointment for longterm customer

I been going to this park for over 50years i booked 7 nights originally and then needed to travel earlier after 6th night no way could the robot i booked through help and staff basically bad luck great long term customer service. Over $110 thats all i wanted back now i will have to stay in shaws bay with that horrible loud headbanging music half the night. Also could have done with a couch for the week

Good. Functional. Just needed a basic room for a few nights.

Location was perfect for me. Across from the pool.

There was no mention that there was no hot water in the room. Or maybe I missed it.

Fantastic for all ages. A space to unwind

Friendly staff, were able to transfer us to another park site and uograded cabin when emergency flood victims filled the other. Loved the art work and decor in the cabin. And exceedingly well appointed kitchen. Loved the kids club activities. And general spacious and friendly vibe of all whole camp ground.

Just absolutely perfect that's all I can say

Well it is in a very great location there is the river across the road also the swimming pool and waterslide its also a short stroll into town and u are then in the centre off Ballina the cabins are in excellent condition and comes with everything u need to cook with which is very convenient and handy I can say that there is not one thing within the park that I don't like it's very well maintained and the staff a very welcoming and are very polite and professional at what they have to do it a great nice and tidy little park so that just about some it all up
