We feel very lucky to have been able to stay here 🙏🏻
Location, terrace, bedrooms, showers, washer and dryer, it was all great.
Having to carry our rubbish out and along the street. We didn’t know where to take it. I found it difficult to find that information online, i kept having to sign back in to the tenant area of the manual and it was a pain. Need to have that info printed, a map of where to go, or allow us to leave rubbish in a tied bag ready to be disposed of. It really gave us some stress!

AVOID: Hidden construction hell at 7AM; ghosted by cowardly management.
Property failed to disclose major ongoing construction work directly adjacent to the unit. Heavy demolition and construction noise begins daily at 7am, making both the advertised terrace and entire apartment unusable during daytime hours. Despite multiple attempts to contact the property through Booking.com over several days, we received no response or resolution.

A great place to stay for a lively, Central location with lots of activities and a wonderful host!
Peppe is a wonderful host and did all he could to make our stay comfortable with thoughtful extras like milk and coffee, juice, snacks and toiletries. His recommendations were great and he responded quickly to any request. The beds were very comfy, the showers fantastic, the garden terrace is lovely and the balcony has great views of the lively street below. It was also helpful to have laundry facilities in the apartment. The location is great for walking to the surrounding restaurants, markets, attractions and a night at the opera. We also enjoyed an easy trip by train to see the Temples in Agrigento, and by bus to the beaches of Mondello.
Even though we enjoyed the nightlife, it goes on til the wee hours, so don't forget your earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

A wonderful introduction to Palermo
Location absolutely in the centre of things! Our host was so caring and helpful. The apartment was ideal for 2 couples staying and has a really delightful and surprisingly spacious terrace area. A really exciting and convenient place to stay.
It was not a problem for us, but inevitably this is a noisy area until quite late as it is so central and surrounded by restaurants and bars. We liked the buzz and feeling of being where the action is, but if you are a light sleeper or want somewhere very quiet, probably not ideal.

Perfection in Palermo!!
This apartment was perfect for us! Spacious and clean, comfortable and modern. The terrace was amazing! Also good Wi-Fi and workspace if you need to WFH, even with video calls. Also the host is extremely accommodating and makes wonderful recommendations. Highly recommend!

Best Palermo accomodation
Peppe is the best host in Palermo, although maybe we aren't the dream guests with 3 kids. The flat has everything you need, for small groups, couples and families. It is comfortable and neat, spacious and has a shady extra large terrace perfect for summer days. It is the spot to be in Palermo, everything is within a walk distance and regarding shops and food you just need to exit the building. 3rd floor with an elevator, perfect view of the main street. If you really are a Vuiton customer, just go to Politeama 😊
For us as a family with different age kids everything was perfect.

Good place + Good host = Super combo!
This property is perfect for family with kids. Home away from home kind of feeling. Spacious 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms within the heart of Palermo city is the best part. My family and I had a lovely 3 nights here. Peppe is an amazing host.
accessibility to the flat. Lift is super cramped and tiny if you’ve a lot of luggage’s
