This two bedroom, two bathroom, 2-story, 1600 sq.ft. condo in beautiful Grand Haven has everything you need for the perfect getaway! This unit has on-site access to restaurants, coffee shop, dry cleaners, nail salon and more.
High Ceilings and open floor plan make this ideal for families and small groups. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar.
Master bedroom has private bathroom with double sinks and walk-in closet. Both bedrooms and both bathrooms are located on main floor. Large balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. The large second floor loft area features a sleeper sofa for added sleeping, desk, and a second private balcony.
Additionally this unit offers a large 4k TV with Blu-ray player and streaming service in the living room plus a 4k TV in each bedroom where you can bring your subscriptions to use Netflix, Prime, Hulu, HBO, or login with your own cable service app using the free high speed 400MB WIFI. Unit also includes a washer and dryer. There is access to 2 large community roof top deck right at the end of the hallway. Elevator and open parking for your convenience.
You will be given your own personal code for the door that will only work during your stay and removed when your stay is over. Please note: This building uses open path to enter the building. The app must be downloaded to your smart phone in order to gain entry to the building.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Taras place. It is up to date with all the essentials and easy to use all of the appliances and if i need anything I heard back from Tara within 10 mins max. Even early a.m. I will definitely be back to stay anytime we go visit my Aunt in Grand Haven! Was such a comfortable, lovely and caring place. Honestly felt like Home away from home! We had a wonderful holiday weekend at this property. There was plenty of space for my family of four. It was great to spread out, relax and just enjoy our time together. We traveled to the area with friends, but this house provided us with our own reprieve at the end of each day. It was very clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. Host was also super nice and very easy to work with. We’re definitely hoping to come back!

I've stayed in this building one other time, but Tara's condo was exceptional, both in terms of the condo itself and the cleanliness. We had a group of four (two couples) and it was very comfortable - each couple got their own bedroom and bathroom. There's an additional loft area upstairs too, with a sleeper sofa, which we didn't use. You're also a short drive or walk to downtown Grand Haven and the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We took our three children ages 3, 7 and 11 on a little mini trip before school began and had a wonderful time in Tara's condo! Her communication was top notch, it was very very clean and comfortable (beds too). Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, loved the loft area for the kids, TV's in every space. We were so busy with all the fun things to do in the area we pretty much came home, ate dinner and crashed but everything you need is provided, right down to little soaps and makeup remover in the bathroom, very impressive! Our 3 yr old went right for the thoughtfully provided toys in the cabinet, which was nice since we didn't bring many. The restaurants right below were so convenient. Thank you so much Tara for a superb time, we would absolutely stay again!

Clean, comfortable, spacious stay in Grand Haven
This was a great place to use as our home base for biking in the Grand Haven and Holland area. There was plenty of room to spread out, there were fans in all the room and the amenities made us very comfortable. There was a nice balcony too.

Excellent Condo, Good Location, Great Host
Stayed at this property for a week with five other friends (6 total). The condo is spacious and accommodated us perfectly. There is a Master bedroom and bathroom suite, a second bedroom and bathroom, and a large loft upstairs with a pull-out couch and a day bed with trundle.
The condo was well stocked with kitchen items and bath towels, and the host provided several beach towels and three beach chairs.
Communication with the host, Tara, was excellent and fast. Check-in was super easy.
The only consideration for anyone wanting this condo for the Coast Guard Festival (or any other Festival in GH where traffic may be a concern) is that you may have to drive a little more than expected if you don't want to walk. For reference, the location was a 10-12 minute walk from the Musical Fountain, and a 15-17 minute walk from Pronto Pups. The beach/state park/lighthouse is a 25-30 minute walk, but we had a Recreation Pass so were able to drive and park onsite. We ended up driving and parking in downtown GH for a few nights out, but it wasn't a hassle. Parking at the condo was plentiful and we never had an issue.
This was a fantastic place to stay and I cannot recommend it enough!

Fantastic Condo
This was the cleanest, most comfortable place we have stayed. The beds were wonderful, couch and chairs were comfy, lots of space to spread out and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. (Coffee filters, spices, salt/pepper, sugars too!) We struggled with the TV but Tara was quick to respond and help us out. The location was close enough to everything in Grand Haven, which was a wonderful place to vacation, btw. I think the only thing that we had any complaints about was the street noise… some folks think it’s appropriate to be as loud as possible on their motorcycles driving through an area that echoes. At night. Goodness. Bring earplugs just in case if you’re a light sleeper! (No matter where you end up staying)

Grand Haven was a beautiful town to visit and this was a great place to stay. Very clean and stocked with plenty of amenities. Pretty much everything you need is here even games for the kids and beach chairs to use. If you want something within walking distance of the beach this might not be it, but it’s a 5 minute drive at most to about anywhere in Grand Haven you’ll want to see. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for 3 generation trip!
Traveling with a teen to senior, this condo with loft provided everyone with a private spot as well as plenty of room to relax together. The condo was very clean and complete with everything we needed and more - even beach chairs and a beach bag! We enjoyed the fresh air sitting on the balconies - and the dining options available without leaving the parking lot. Especially the Paisley Pig GastronPub! Super convenient to “downtown” and the beach. Tara made everything super easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable stay in Grand Haven
We absolutely loved our time here at Tara's place! Clean, spacious, and cozy, it served our family well. Tara was responsive to all our questions and made us feel welcome.. Parking was sometimes hard to find on the weekend, but we did always find a spot. The loft gave extra space, and we enjoyed the extra details such as games and books for kids, DVDs, etc.

Our family of four had plenty of room to roam and sleep here. The master closet is the perfect size for a pack n play. Everything was well stocked, easy to find, and very clean. We had a fantastic visit.
