This luxurious brand new construction vacation rental home will provide you the best vacation for your family and friends.
Each inch of this brand new home has been built having in mind our vacation rental guests and taking into consideration their desires for the best vacation stay. Our House has been custom made to cater the most exquisite guest who look for perfection with the most high end finishes through out the entire house.
From the moment you enter into the house the panoramic mountain views will take your breath away from every angle of the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and hall ways. The open floor plan with a thirty five feet Fleetwood sliding door and the countless twelve feet panoramic windows creates a seamless transition between interior and exterior. In the center of your living room a massive custom made quartz column holds a beautiful double sided fireplace that can be seen by every angle of the kitchen and living room. All of the house floors have Italian marble, and all counter tops are custom made Quartz through out kitchen and bathrooms.
Kitchen has a twenty five feet island with large seating area and its very well stock for small and simple or large family meals. Custom made quartz through the entire kitchen, hansgrohe fixtures and all top of the line Miele appliances such as the cooking stove , fridge, double oven, microwave and a very nice built in espresso machine for our coffee fanatics!
All of our five bedrooms are master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms where every detail has been carefully though to make your stay a perfect one. Each bedroom has its own plasma with cable tv.
The luxurious resort essence that you will feel as soon as stepping into the property is also due to our 2,000 Sq. Ft. pool which provides a 14*14 spa that fits very comfortably ten people, four waterfalls with four fire bowls, a massive tanning self of over thirty feet to lie down or to have your kids running and playing as if it was their own small pool. It also has a bar with stools to have your favorite drinks while in the pool, two islands in where to sit or lie down, and several sitting areas inside the the water to make the pool a unique experience. By the pool bar there is a sunk in fire pit, bbq, outdoor fridge and sink so that you can relax, cook or drink while conversing with your family or friends in the bar area.
Outdoor space also offers outdoor dinning, putting green with three holes for our golf lovers, plenty of sitting areas and loungers which transforms the outdoor living an experience which does not envy any world high end boutique hotel

Option 2: Heating the pool is $250 per day and it takes approximately 24 hours to reach a temperature of 84°F.
If only spa heating is desired, $50 per day.

We booked the Mesa for my husband's landmark birthday. The property was perfect for our group of family and friends, with 5 large bedrooms each with an en suite and a stunning pool/spa/lounge area. All amenities were provided with thoughtful details such as extra bedding and towels, all toiletry, and even an electronic pump for pool toys. The property manager Hector was so accommodating and easy to contact, and I really appreciated the videos on check in for enjoying all the amenities the property has to offer. We can't wait to visit again!

The this house is AWESOME! The inside is perfect for a family/multi-family rental house. The outside is like having your own private resort pool and lounging area. It was Absolutely amazing! The Host Jesus was great to deal with and got us in the house at our requested time and came by and gave us a quick "how to" on a few of the different systems, and we were set. Thank you Jesus! Beyond how nice the house was, What we really appreciated was how nice the house was setup for a rental house. Every bedroom was ensuite, the kitchen was fully stocked with every piece of equipment you could ever need, and best of all, I didn't feel like I had to step on eggshells around the house. Or be overly concerned the kids would break something or stain something. It was setup great for low-stress lounging, but still super nice! Thank you for letting us enjoy your fantastic house, we will be back.

Hector and Jesus were very quick to respond to any questions I had.. Jesus even came by to show us how to operate the bedroom blinds (they are remote controlled), TV, Pool lights/equipment..there were a couple little things need attention (hey Hector or Jeaus never know if someone before us accidentally damaged anything if they don't tell Hector/Jesus) but they took good care of us and they got on it quickly.. My family and I so enjoyed the house and Pool (and we spend a lot of time in the pool) the built-in Miele Coffee machine was awesome i enjoyed making Cappuccino,'s and different coffee drinks.
Thanks Hector and Jesus for having us at your FUN TIMES VRBO.. see ya again

What an amazing stay… a must see property! We spent a girls weekend with college girlfriends celebrating my 50th Birthday. This house provided the perfect setting and a wonderful retreat. Jesus and Hector were fantastic hosts, answering every question and anticipating every need. Thank you for a weekend to remember!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location is excellent (quiet neighborhood with amazing views, close to hiking trails and downtown), the house itself is modern and clean, and the outdoor space makes a day at home feel like a luxe resort getaway. When we had a small question about the property (couldn’t figure out the remote-operated window shades) we had an immediate response and resolution from the property manager. Would absolutely stay again!

Our family stayed here for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The home is gorgeous and Hector and Jesus could not have been more helpful. Huge home, lots of storage, gorgeous furnishings, appliances and amenities. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the be auto of Palm Springs.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures and Hector, the host, is a very nice guy. He was very flexible and accommodating. Each room is comfortable with a beautiful living room and outside. Highly recommend!

My family and I (5 adults and 2 teens) really enjoyed staying in this house. There was plenty of room to spread out with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. The large kitchen is well equipped with cookware and utensils, so we made a few dinners at the house. The backyard is quite large with an opulent pool and hot tub, fire pit, and grill. We loved hanging out in the yard and the pool with views to the mountains.
The neighborhood is well located in the southwest part of Palm Springs, near shops and restaurants.
Hector and Jesus were wonderful hosts who were very responsive with the few questions we had. We wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again!

This property is incredible and located in a neighborhood with some amazing history! We rented it for the week of Thanksgiving. We didn't use all the rooms, but the place easily could sleep 5 couples. It's very quiet and peaceful...the rules about noise were very welcomed as we wanted some quiet time away from busy life. The hosts are wonderful people, very warm and helpful. The house is stocked with some basics for cooking. They have a whole set of beach towels and every shower is stocked with the essentials. The beds are super comfortable. While the price is a bit expensive, we found the beauty and peace of the property worth every single penny. We look forward to visiting again. Don't hesitate....do something special and memorable for the people you love and spend a few days here!

The house is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. For such an expensive place to stay, however, the house is neither properly maintained nor adequately equipped. Upon our arrival there were two patio umbrellas, both of which were broken; one was replaced the next day but the other wasn't replaced until the fifth day. The lounge chairs were filthy, pool towels were ripped, the pool lights did not work, and one of the fire torches along the side of the pool is not working properly and, as a result, I lit my hair on fire when lighting it! The bedroom fan is broken as are the window shades in the master bathroom and the first time we used the toaster, it caught on fire! There is no manual in the house from the manager letting guests know important details such as explaining how to lock the master bedroom door to the outside because it isn't working properly; therefore, the first night we had to sleep with the door unlocked.
There are essentially two rooms in the public area of the house: the kitchen/dining area and the living room. Although the house sleeps 10, there are seats for only 7 people in the living room and one of them is broken.
The house lacks the typical items that are found in a high-end rental home such as pantry items, food storage supplies (foil, plastic wrap, zip lock baggies, clips to close things such as potato chip bags, bag of sugar and flour), coffee pods for the coffee maker.... Upon our arrival the light on the dish washer indicated that rinse aid was needed however there wasn't any in the house. As a result we had to make a separate trip to the grocery store just to pick up basic household necessities which was incredibly frustrating particularly after traveling many hours to get to the house.
A surprising and frustrating discovery was the fact that both the spa and the swimming pool could not be heated at the same time- you can only heat one or the other. Had there been a manual in the house, we would have been aware of this and many other critical things. One night we came home from dinner and wanted to use the spa but the water was cold; because there wasn't a manual, we texted Hector to find out why when the heater was set to 103 degrees and he got angry that we were bothering him at 9:30 pm!
Unfortunately our vacation was not as wonderful as were our other stays at homes in Palm Springs because of these problems which would have been avoided if the house was properly maintained.

All-in-all, we had a great experience made better by the house managers, Hector and Nico, who both did a really great job!!! Thank you ….

All the rooms were ensuite which made our couples retreat that much more relaxing. The pool and lounge chairs couldn't have been better and the view of the palm trees and mountains were breathtaking.
Hector was great to communicate with even if it seemed like we were reminded about the noise ordinance a few too many times...but I get it, they're just protecting their investment.
Hector was very accommodating with our arrival and departure times and even had an AC unit repaired that had gone out while we were there.
We'd definitely go back!

Hector was a great host, provided excellent arrival and stay information and was available for any questions that arouse during our stay. The house has a total WOW factor from the moment you enter. Ample garage space was a plus for golf clubs and rental cars. The neighborhood was secluded and beautiful! We were a short distance from downtown and all the amazing Palm Springs amenities. The bedrooms were all perfect, with incredible bathrooms, no one was shortchanged in a less than perfect room. The kitchen and living room alongside the floor to ceiling sliding window walls made for a Beautiful and luxurious experience all day. The pool was over-the-top amazing, the pool chairs were well-maintained and so comfortable, the spa, the pool, the outdoor fire pit, were all absolutely outstanding. There was a nice grill and a large outdoor picnic table for outdoor dining, and the golf area is just as perfect as the pictures look.
Several past guests commented on the noise policy, it was a non-issue for us. Hector was upfront and transparent with the Palm Springs city ordinances, and it never impacted our trip experience at all. The environment around the house is so peaceful and beautiful several of us mentioned that music would’ve disrupted the experience. We spent the mornings and afternoons at the pool laughing and talking, went out to nice dinners at night, had a private chef come in, and enjoyed late night in the pool or having fun in the house, it was an amazing experience.
Thank you Hector for the experience of a lifetime! We were celebrating several 40th birthdays and all visiting from the Midwest this was the perfect trip for our group of friends.

The kitchen table is huge and was used for eating and playing games. Comfortable living area inside and out. The pool is huge and so is the hot tub. It was a cool week for us so the outside didn't get used as much as we would have liked. Never got to meet Hector the property manager but we communicated perfectly with our phone devices. We will definitely be back.

Everything great except noise sensitivity is unusual. iPhone music at pool in the middle of the day being a problem is a bit extreme. Understand it’s a Palm Springs issue with the ordinance but need to really emphasize this issue on listing.

The property was stocked with everything we needed and Hector was attentive to any and all needs. Lots of space for everyone--we grilled, hung out in the kitchen, pool, and spa. We are now Vrbo fans. There was some initial sticker shock at the cost, but what we got was far beyond what we would have had with separate rooms for the same number of people at a luxury resort.
