Cute breakfast in a basket that was different every day. Nice eggs and local ingredients, and always on time. Nice spacious room with everything you needed in the kitchen. Spotless cleaning every day. Nice touch with the beach towels you could borrow. Nice spacious balkony where you could eat breakfast. Strategic position as it is just outside the centre of Marmaras but within a short walking distance. If you come by car, this is very good as it is difficult to park in the centre (during high season) and you can get to the main road easily. It was a short walking distance to the beach, about 4 minutes.

A bit pricey, but we did stay in high season.

I had a wonderful stay at Thetis Boutique Luxury Apartments with my family. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach just few min walking. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The best part was the breakfast that was delivered to my room every morning. It was delicious and varied, with fresh bread, cheese, eggs, fruits, coffee and more. I enjoyed eating it on the balcony with a sea view. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Neos Marmaras.

We booked a normal double room for short vacations. When arrived a rude receptionist gave us a room for handicapped persons. No space available in bathroom even for toiletries. There wasn't even an armchair in the room. Fake advertisement !!!

The hotel has a very good location - very close to the beach. You can leave your car in front of it as there are many parking spaces on the street. The hotel is made with quality materials and with the customers' comfort in mind. The window's insulation is very good and once you close them, you don't hear the traffic noise. You can also have a good night's sleep as there are rolling blinds that help keep the sun away. The breakfast is served in the room and it has a very good variety - every day it's something fresh and different. The staff is very polite and responds well to requests. Overall we had a very good stay at the hotel and I recommend it for a good stay at Neos Marmaras.

The place is very clean and cozy. The hosts are very kindly, smiley and friendly oriented. It' s close to the beach bars and to the centre. The breakfast it was tasty and on time every morning. If you searching hotels in Neos Marmars, this place, maybe is the best place there.

It would be good if there are common areas around the hotel as well as a children's area.

New modern building, beautiful and comfortable furniture, perfect location close to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. Breakfast is very well served in the rooms and food is in good quality and very delicious. Thank you dear hosts hope to visit you again!

We had a wonderful and perfect stay at Thetis Boutique Apartments! The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, it made us feel like we had been there before. They do a great job, are always interested to help and have a lot of recommendations in the area as well as for excursions. Highlight of the day was the breakfast basket, served to our room to enjoy it on our balcony. Everyday it was different and a nice surprise. We felt spoiled. The hotel is located close to Neos Marmaras‘ nice beach, as well as to the village, everything you need, you’ll find within walking distance. It was calm and a perfect spot to enjoy the evening, when we didn’t go out for dinner or drinks. We had a Deluxe Double Room with seaview, the room holds a small kitchen, we’re you can easily prepare food for the evening. Otherwise a lot of great restaurants and taverns await you for the evening! Just ask the hosts. Whenever we come to Sithonia again, Thetis will be our place to go!

Usually photos do not represent reallity. In case of Thetis this was not the case. On the contrary reallity was even better. Really glad we booked and for sure will visit again. I can easily recommend. Friendly staff gave excelent recommendations to eat or visit. Great breakfast in room, quiet location but still on walking distance even with the baby along us.

I couldnt find anything to add to this list. General feeling was great. So nothing to say we didnt like.

Very nice and carrying hosts. A good and tasty breakfast was brought directly to our room. The room was cosy, large enough, cleaned each day. We appreciate and enjoy our stay very much at this facility. We recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Brilliant stay! Excellent apartment, service and great location

Everything about our stay was brilliant! Thanasis and Venetia were brilliants hosts and gave us great advice on the local area for our 3 night stay. The apartment was great, with our apartment having a balcony with a beach view. Apartments were very spacious, modern and cleaned thoroughly every day. The hosts also provided breakfast in bed every morning at a time of your choice and the breakfasts were absolutely brilliant! This was the best service I have ever experienced in holiday accommodation and could not recommend enough

Thetis apartments are located in a quiet place in Neos Marmaras very close to the respective beach. The city centre is almost 15 min walking distance near the sea which is very nice. The breakfast was delicious incl. very healthy snacks, homemade marmalade, juice, coffee etc. Also, Thanasis & Venetia have been very helpful and supportive and provided us many information. Extra plus the laundry service.

Location is very convenient - 5 min walk to the beach. There are shops, taverns and restaurants also in few min walking distance. Hotel is new, very clean and comfortable - all you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help.

Now this is a really pleasant place to stay in Neos Marmaras. Beautiful, large rooms. The most comfortable bed so far. Nice view. It was easy to find parking place around the building. Really kind and helpful owners. A family business taken seriously, and they are still developing. All in all excellent place.
