Même pour une nuit n’y allez pas

- une seule serviette pour un couple , même après réclamation, une serviette d’invité a été rajoutée , donc : une serviette de corps et une petite serviette d’invité pour un couple: UN SCANDALE. Le monsieur a la réception du lendemain très désagréable,petit déjeuner infecte: des petits morceaux de pain de la veille découpé à la main, même pas grillés;pain au chocolat de la veille mou et élastique et un malheureux verre de jus , voici un petit déjeuner à 10€! La chambre ressemble à une geôle , pas de prise à côté du lit, on a dû mettre la tête coté pieds pour pouvoir se servir de la prise. ,Obligé de tenir le pommeau de douche d’une main pour se doucher dans une baignoire dont le pare baignoire non étanche laisse fuir de l’eau , dans la salle d’eau . Même pour une seule nuit passez votre chemin ! Le quartier est loin d’être celui pris en photo, il se situe à la périphérie de bergerac,je pense que rentrer tard à pieds ne me rassurerait pas. Rien n’est vrai dans leur annonce.

Ne peux pas noter cet hôtel particulier car il y a eu un dégât des eaux provenant du bâtiment accolé, le propriétaire nous a proposé un autre hôtel qui était correct mais en cours de restauration

Bed was zeer slecht. Waardeloos.. bedwantsen die een race hielden. De winnaar staat op bijgevoegde foto. Rugpijn overgehouden van het bed.

Exceptionnel accueil et convivialité

Nous avons adoré l’accueil du gérant, toujours de bonne humeur, avec toujours une attention particulière envers ses clients et les enfants sont plus que bien venus. La chambre quadruple était parfaite.. spacieuse, propre et confortable. Je vous conseille de faire un petit détour à la brasserie où tout est fait maison, les desserts et petits déjeuner délicieux … les prix vraiment abordables et vous serait très bien servie. Un grand bravo au patron pour l’ambiance harmonieuse qu’il a su donner à son établissement… à notre prochaine visite sur Bergerac nous reviendrons ici c’est sure !!! A bientôt (Gare en face, facilite pour se garer).

Location was good only 10 minutes walk to main square. Manager was friendly and helpful and lovely breakfast Room was big enough and comfy bed. .

Located near the train station and 10 minute walk from old town do Bergerac. The room was a bit smelly when we walked in but this soon went. The owner and his wife were very charming and couldn’t do enough for you.

Great location friendly staff I would recommend

the location was great, the staff were really friendly which made a big difference for me because I was travelling alone with my baby. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the man’s name but the guy behind the bar/reception area went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable on my travels and I really appreciated it, so thank you if you see this!

If I have to comment, I would just mention the lack of amenities available like a kettle/some shampoos etc. it’s not a big deal. apart from that it’s totally what anyone should expect for the price, everything is totally aligned with the price of the stay so overall I’m really happy and I would return

Owners were really lovely and helpful. Helped arranging taxis for us and supplying anything we were out of. We requested an anti slip mat for the shower and it was there the same day. Ate at the Bistro and the Tagine was super tasty

Good value central hotel with no frills

location, easy free parking across the road at the gare. The owner was a really nice guy. we didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food.
