Home from home and a very reasonable price.

Breakfast was help yourself Continental Breakfast and there was a wide choice available including fresh seasonal fruit including strawberries. The decor of the whole place was extremely tasteful, I even had my own sitting room to relax in. Bed was really comfortable, I had an excellent nights sleep and the room had been aired before I arrived.

Amazing place and with everything you could possibly need. Carole is a fantastic hostess and will brighten up anyones day I loved it!! My booking was very last minute but was overwhelmed with a lovely feeling of being at home!! X

A brilliant location in a small very quiet village. This coupled with a host who was totally committed to ensuring my stay was first class ensures my return when in the area again. Thankyou.

Friendly host, characterful house, quiet location, nice complimentary breakfast, great value.

Possible improvements might be filter coffee in the kitchen and more powerful wifi.

Very pleasant place to stay.

Lovely lady who runs it. All very well furnished and comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection available to choose from.

Shower fitting needs some attention as it is not fully functioning with all the side jets etc. It looks like it would have been excellent when new. However, this is a minor issue as overall our stay was very good.

charming but needs tlc

the building is lovely and has a lot of village charm. The owner was very polite and kindly put breakfast out for us to help ourselves as we had an early start. Having a lounge was nice for relaxing.

the television in the living room was partially broken. Lots of little bits of the property needed tlc. There is a door that will not stop bumping in the wind! Had expected more from the previous ratings.

Lovely house. Great value for money. Carole is an excellent host, very hospitable and accommodating. Happily recommend Tudor Farm B&B.

There is very little in terms of amenities in Elston village.

As someone who travels every week and stays in countless properties week in week out, I have to say this property is one of my highly rated ones, immaculate condition, very clean, and withought a doubt the softness sheets and quilt I have ever slept in, in a hotel/guest house, the owner was a nice young lady who was very kind and pleasant to ensure my stay was 10/10, thank-you I will rebook if I’m ever back in the area

Amazing!

I just woke up and I found letter special for me that breakfast it's downstairs that is surprise me, I felt so welcome there. I had very nice experience. Carole she is amazing, very friendly, and good person.
