About this villa rental
The seafront villa is located along the coastal road that leads from Cagliari to Villasimius, is perfectly positioned to reach the center of Cagliari in just a few minutes and at the same time is very close to the most beautiful beaches of south-eastern Sardinia.
The villa is accessed via 2 private streets that lead to the entrance gates, beyond which you reach the large garden where there is the L-shaped veranda which combines two spectacular almost identical specular houses with the shared garden and terrace.
On the veranda there are two separate entrances and entering each one you find yourself in the refined halls with a design architecture composed of a sitting area and a dining area and among these is the important fireplace.
Also on the ground floor there are courtesy bathrooms and bright and equipped kitchens.
Going up the stairs you reach the large hallway of the sleeping area which leads to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The whole structure therefore has 11 beds with the possibility of an additional bed and 4 bathrooms with shower plus 2 courtesy bathrooms.
From the large terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the greenery and the sea.
The garden ends overhanging the narrow beach just a few steps from the water and along a few steps a small door opens and you exit directly onto the sea.
The villa with the particular shape of the pagoda roof (covered with copper) has a barbecue immersed in the green of the garden so you can enjoy the relaxing outdoor dining.
Precisely for the care dedicated to the garden, for all the details chosen with taste in the interiors and in the architecture itself, this is an absolutely unique villa.
The size of the garden and the high boundary walls guarantee total privacy.
To complete the endowment of this hospitable structure, with an eye to the youngest guests, there are the trampoline, the swings, the five-a-side door and other inflatable sea toys.
The area is served by buses, supermarkets, pharmacies, post office, boat and raft rental, restaurants, pizzerias and bars.

In February the sun shone every day
We arrived as a family of 7 including 2 young children.
We had exclusive use swings and trampoline in the amazing garden...my children were really excited about it!
In this lovely villa you can enjoied beautiful views. Located right on the water...whit direct access to the beach!
Our host were attentive and very welcoming. We had a relaxed and chilled stay, if we needed any advice on local restaurants, trips, beaches etc she was always on hand to advise and make bookings for us. Lots of beaches and great restaurants close by (within 15 min drive).
This lovely villa is air conditioned, luxuriously furnished and fully equipped.
We're sure come back again next summer.
Highly recommended!
