It is a very nice property and well located near the city centre. Every tourist attraction is in walking distance. The property has a nice kitchen living room and bedroom.
we really liked everything about it
8.0
Very comfortable bed, great bathroom facilities, ideal for short stay if you do not mind coming up the hill
A few minor missing kitchen items like teaspoons and napkins, kettle and cutlery could have been cleaner, noise from upstairs neighbours was loud at times

Really good bathroom with amazing shower. Nice location, just a short walk to city centre. Clean place and very comfortable bed.
Nothing.

The apartment was as per photos, so you know exactly what you are getting visually. The apartment had good heating and was comfy. Landlord allowed us in slightly early to get rid of our cases which was kind.
The neighbours noise from above was unbearable! It completely ruined our stay. You couldn't sit in the lounge as it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. It was constant heavy footsteps and banging. It didn't stop! I imagine due to the noise they may have wooden floorboards up stairs but the sound is so loud below. I am aware from other reviews that the landlord is aware of this but it appears nothing has happened and you can not rent out an apartment to people when it is this bad without warning tenants, especially at the significant amount we paid for the 3 night stay at the apartment. It isn't fair and is extremely poor service. I feel really let down as we had been so looking forward to getting away and relaxing - however Bath itself was fantastic! I saw a review where the landlord commented to someone that it was a young family upstairs, which it may well be, however there were also a few adults/teenagers as I could hear their voices and don't expect there were children there with the loud music playing on the Saturday evening. Just because we are renting a property does not mean that this is acceptable to have to put up with! Such a shame as the apartment itself was fine.

The place was very warm & inviting. Everything we needed was there (except teaspoons for some reason).
We found ourselves slipping a lot on the leather sofa but other than that we was very comfortable.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Excellent mattress on bed.
Outside and lobby lights not working. Keysafe instructions inaccurate. No bin in bathroom. No USB charging points. Information folder
not left in an obvious place. I feel it should have been left on the dining table.

- The location was good for walking into town plus it was a quiet area so we slept well
- The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure
- The kitchen was well equipped for self catering as well as washing machine facilities
- The flat was charming with character typical of Bath; exposed stone walls in the bathroom, lots of Georgian windows and a lovely back courtyard
- The dishes were not entirely clean, we presume as other guests cleaned them themselves so some stains remained on dishes such as glasses and mugs
- The bathroom tap was very difficult to control and often water spurted out uncontrollably
- Something to consider is the hill that the flat is situated on if you have reduced mobility. Nevertheless the view is great from the top

Location
A bit tired in places, could do with a deep clean. Freezer didn’t have a door, completely frozen over, paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom.

Comfortable and well located.
There were some small things that were overlooked - no oven gloves, broken corkscrew, dirty baking tray - and some things that would have been nice to have - larger bath towels and more than one tea towel.

Everything about this property was stunning, there was such attention to detail in every room: the living room was cosy, the kitchen was clean and well furnished and the bathroom had a beautiful detail wall made of the typical Bath stone and heated tiles which were an absolute luxury!! The bedroom had a spacious wardrobe, comfy bed and a lovely small patio area too. The location was extremely convenient, close to every manor attraction and a short walk away from the city center.
Virtually nothing as it was lovely in every way, only thing is the bedroom did get a little cold in the evening but the bedding made up for it so didn’t suffer at night.

Excellent location - ideal for a weekend in Bath
Very comfy bed
Helpful host with any queries we had, local guide in the kitchen too which recommended some great places to try

When we arrived couldn't get television to work but host was contacted and came out to try and fix it. The host had left tea coffee and the basics which was good. On a good bus route.
It was slightly tired and required some work. Bathroom was in need of update black mould around Bath and bottom Bath was rotten. Couch was old and required replacing. Could do with a coat of paint. Not as clean as could be we had to wash crockery on arrival and needed a deep clean. Linen was short only I tea towel. Bedroom could do with a dressing table no where to put make up or dry hair. No proper instructions for heating and no normal TV channels.
Location was at the top of a hill and the surrounding area was a bit run down and there appeared to be students everywhere.
Felt that this was a basic apartment for what we paid for it.

Needs cleaning and decorating. Especially bathroom.
Bath plug hole, backed up, waste came up through Bath whilst emptying washing up water in kitchen sink and it stunk the bathroom out.

Lovely stay and ideal for the two of us and good location for Bath sightseeing. Good communication with Dan from the beginning. WI FI ok, sofa comfortable and mattress ideal for me as firm. Good amount of storage. Milk, olive oil and condiments also provided. Shower sufficient and towels good. A couple of glass flutes for prosecco and tumblers for short drinks would have been good, but we found Circo cocktail bar and excellent in all aspects and the Green Park Brasserie was excellent for food, drinks, staff and ambiance.
Good value for money and would stay again. Thank you Dan and Jenny!
Pillows are a little lumpy. Some other bits shared with host x

Close proximity to the centre of Bath
Comfortable bed
Apartment not cleaned when we arrived, however, cleaner turned up whilst we were putting our bags in to go straight out
Bathroom ceiling very mouldy and in need of a lick of paint
Would have been nice to have left a courtesy tray + a pint of fresh milk in the kitchen - we came back from the music festival at 11.30pm all shops closed
Outside in the little seating area - in need of some attention - lots of detritus and chairs broken

-Good location, cute little flat, cosy and homely.
-Just what we needed as a base for a short stay, we were out quite a bit for a wedding.
- Lots of info given by the host before our stay and always good to know if we needed, they were on hand (luckily we didn’t) helpful info about the area (where’s good to eat etc.) in the apartment too!!
- appreciate tea bags and sugar being supplied!!
- Shower head couldn’t be moved higher as it was broken and it wouldn’t stay in position, fine if you didn’t need to wash your hair, but the bathroom floor did get a bit wet because of this.
-Kitchen tap and kettle could do with a good clean as both had a lot of limescale (a bit off putting)
-we couldn’t open windows which would have been nice to get some fresh air, especially would have liked to open the bathroom window as no fan in there.
-mould on bathroom ceiling really bad, because of the above point, bit of a shock to see upon arrival!
- some noise from upstairs but not an issue if, like us, you’re out and about in the day!!
