Good location
Stayed because a storm came through. They tell you not to park in the street cause might be towers and then charge you $20 to park in the garage. I booked the very last room they said…so they’re at capacity b/c of the storm. I understand capitalism and making money but when the whole city is without power and folks are in need, I think a discounted parking rate would be not only appropriate, but appreciated

Very good location in The Heights. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Price was higher than I normally like to pay. It would have been nice not to have to pay extra for parking.

The hotel was very nice and in a location that I needed to be. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rates were very high. The parking was on the street or you had to pay $15 for the parking garage. There was no complimentary breakfast or coffee. The coffee maker in the room wouldn't brew.

The location was ideal. The facility was excellent, with great service

The location was perfect. The staff and hotel was impeccable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean and the rate was beyond reasonable for the area. Very impressed with the hotel. Parking was reasonable per day and garaged with easy elevator access. I'm relocating to Houston and staying here while I get my affairs in order really made my trip stress free and relaxing.

It was near to many things in Houston.
It is next to to the expressway and this made the rooms very noisy and hard to sleep in. I asked for a quieter room and got one that was even worse, with an AC unit that made the room vibrate. The third room I was given was a little bit quieter.

The staff were very friendly, the lobby was very nice and there was a little coffee bar. The room was very comfortable and we will definitely stay here again!!

Very nice.
No plastic bags to line the trash basket, especially in the bathroom. This is not hygienic. We had to bring our own!

The lobby is much improved. Staff great as usual.
Noisy a/c system, bathroom venting that you cannot turn off. all night too loud.
