Comfortable

The bed was extremely comfortable with great linens. The room was spacious, clean, and modern.

Great location, amazing staff but small rooms with ok bathroom.

The staff was amazing and the bed was very comfortable

The room could have been a bit bigger. The bathroom was lacking in luxury. I was expecting a freestanding tub as per the pictures and there was no tub at all. When I asked about a room with a tub I got one with a sunken tub and not the freestanding tub

My stay was devastating

I had jewelry stolen from my room worth 23k and the staff was not helpful in this situation and now I’m being told that it’s a law if things are stolen the hotel is not responsible

I didn’t like that my jewelry was stolen and nothing was done or I wasn’t given the proper help to get this resolved.

Amazing stay

The property is attached to the Galleria Mall but was secure. It was within walking distance to a lot of things to do.

El aire acondicionado del hotel demasiado frío Las sábanas de las camas espantosas y muy mal que no tengan cobijas en el clóset por si tienes frío Tuve que solicitar a las 4 pm que subieran a hacer la limpieza de la habitación Me parece muy mal que cobren el internet

Room and Hotel was delightful. City view and high floor did not deliver as advertised.

The suite was comfortable and upscale

Room was advertised as high floor with city view. Suite was on 11th floor midway up, not “high floor” at all. City view? Consisted of a 20 story (approx) office building dominating the northward field of view from our suite. Open parking lot filled the remaining space.

It was connected to the Galleria Mall which was a bonus for me. Very luxurious feel and comfortable

Great Location! Comfortable Stay!

The location can't be beat if you're going to the galleria! The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was great!

I didn't realize that there are two Westins at the Galleria, and we went to the wrong one first. Not a huge deal, but it seems to happen often enough that they have maps already printed out with directions to walk through the mall to the other one. SO, just keep that in mind if you decide to self park, and double check you have the right side of the mall so you don't have to schlep luggage through the mall.

The best gift ever right inside the mall convenient

The rooftop pool the staff mostly it being very convenient and overall clean and welcoming

Ice machine not working on my floor,no Keurig coffee maker. Only one serving of coffee in room. Expense!

A little disappointed

I like the location, the bar, the fact that the mall was right there. The pool was nice. The cleanness.

There was no coffee available in the lobby. My shower didn't work. The water didn't turn off. Maintenance came quick and fixed it so I thought. The next day the water didn't come on at all. I called for sheets for the sofa bed. The staff that brought the sheets in a timely manner. Smelled like a pound of weed.
