What can I say? You will literally step off the back deck and you are on the beach! Set in the neighborhood of Bayshore this awesome home is one of the few ocean front homes with direct beach access and peek a boo ocean views. Sunrise and Sunsets are incredible and the beach is wide open for exploring, fires, running, walking or shell collecting. Comfortable and Cozy ~ you may never want to leave but Newport and Yachats are just minutes away! Waldport is known for its amazing crabbing and Salmon fishing!!

NOTE: I am happy to have your dogs come along. I have had trouble recently with (wet) dogs on couches, bedding, tubs etc which makes it extremely hard on housekeeping. If housekeeping has to spend extra time with pet issues I will charge an extra fee of $40 per dog per stay. I am happy to not charge if you pick up after your dogs! I do want to keep allowing them so help me out please:)

The home itself is all on one floor. The garage sits below the house so there are 14 stairs to get to the main floor.

The open concept of this home allows for wonderful time with family and friends and has a puzzle table to boot!

Spacious kitchen with all the amenities, large center Island, Dining room with a view and table and chairs for 8. The Living Room has 2 large picture windows with 2 swivel recliners, and 2 full couches for gazing at the beach/waves, snuggling up with a good book by the fire or just chatting with family.

3 bedrooms have 2 king beds and a bunk room that includes 2 full/Twin Combination Bunks. The Master Bedroom has a view of the Beach/Waves and the 2nd Master has a view of the Alsea Bay Bridge and Town Lights.

The master Bathroom is spa spacious with a Jetted Tub, Shower and double sinks. The 2nd bathroom has a full tub/shower set up and double sinks. There is also a large laundry room. The mud room entry will allow you to shed any shoes/coats before you enter the upstairs! Please come and have a wonderful time! You won't be sorry. It's a cool house!

Nice house close to the water. Large kitchen, dining, living area. Comfy furniture and room for 8 to hang out comfortably. On the downside, the house is in need of a deep, thorough cleaning. When I removed the garbage disposal cover, there was a foul smell coming from it, so I put some baking soda and lemon in it which took care of the smell. The washing machine liquid detergent dispenser was clogged badly and did not dispense and had a foul smell to it, also had some mold in it so had to remove it completely and buy some powdered detergent. Overall, it was a great time with the family.

This was the perfect house for our week stay on the beach! Our kids loved having sand right out the back door, and we really liked them being able to play right there while making dinner or relaxing. Having the ocean so close is amazing! You can hear it from the back door and it's just a short walk from the house. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is perfect for a family gathering. The beach is gorgeous and uncrowded. Everything you need is provided from beach toys to cheese graters. Debbe is very responsive and always ready to make your stay special.

Host was helpful and flexed so we could have an extra day. The Oregon coast weather is iffy- the weather wasn't great while we were there but was good the last day, I appreciate the host letting us stay an additional night so we could enjoy the beach. House was clean and as pictured. No concerns, would stay here again.

We have stayed out this house 7 of the last 10 years. It is perfect for us. When our children were young, they played in the sand outside the back door. It is a short walk to the beach with miles of sand that is somehow not too busy. We love sitting on the nearly empty beach every night watching the sun set. The beds are comfortable. The house is cozy. I highly recommend spending your summer vacation in this home!

The house wasn't very clean. The coffee pot had moldy coffee grounds in the basket. carboard box stuffed in the corner with toy and so many toy on the back porch we had to clean them up to use it. One of the table chairs seat was broken. And a lot of the cups and dishes had chips in them. Sorry we wanted to like the house it was just frustrating.

What an amazing location, and perfect large space that has everything you need! Watch the sun rise across the bay off of your front deck, and enjoy a very private open beach to watch the sunset. The house is even better than described in the listing, and is very well stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at this wonderful house. My husband walked in and said, "I LOVE THIS KItCHEN!" It is a great kitchen with lots of space and a large island. The house is well cared for and well supplied. Plenty of room for family games. The sand is right outside the door. We like watching the seals on our evening walks. Our entire family ages 12 to 70 loves it here! Debbe, the owner, is a good communicator, informative and easy to work with.

We enjoyed our stay here! Communication w owner was quick and wonderful. Home is as pictured. Beds were very comfortable, linens and towels nice, furniture was comfortable, kitchen well appointed and had everything we could need. We liked being able to take the outdoor chairs down to the beach. The sand off the back deck was so fun for my kids to play in. Slider off back deck didn’t lock. Very quiet neighborhood. Overall a great vacation!

We have stayed twice at this property and have enjoyed it both times. The owner is very responsive and even accomodated a last minute date change due to an airline cancellation for some of our guests. This home works well for multi-generational or larger groups as the primary bedroom is separated from two other rooms (kids bunk room and another bedroom). We love that kids can play right outside the backdoor while others can be inside keeping an eye on them. Easy access to the beach over the low sand dune. Very well-stocked kitchen and great room concept.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood next to the beach. Great place for families and pets. Open floor plan on main living space with enough counter space in kitchen to spend time with family and friends. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. There is no outside hot tub (the only tub is in the master bath).

Loved the owners suite. The tub was amazing. The dudes hide the ocean view, but it is just a short walk right to the sea. You couldn’t have asked for more. Even a dog dish for our Weiner dog. Three nights went quick. Maybe a longer stay next time. Thank you so much.

House is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated. Beds and linens comfortable, better than hotel. Spacious bathrooms. Soaker tub with a lookout window was cute. Did not try tub but step in shower was clean and water pressure good. Great kitchen, well stocked. Easy to make meals. Great room for late night movies. Internet strong, no issues with buffering. Short walk to top of sand to see ocean. Only one small mainly cloud covered sunset, would be pretty if clear. Then again December on the coast is like that. Great, private, middle point for touring north and south on 101. From Tilamook to Florence.
