Our stay was awesome. Convenient yet secluded to Hot Springs and Paint Rock Farm wedding venue.

We loved the location of this cabin. The property is huge and it was easy for us to each have our space. The property is decorated beautifully and the landscape is amazing.

We loved this house , especially the front porch decorated with all the cozy blankets for cool evenings and morning coffee.
Close & easy drive to town for shopping and dining.

We had an amazing stay! I was in town for a big, bike race and I stayed with my husband and family at this lovely home. The location was perfect! You could see the mountains from the porch. We had everything we needed to be comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked to prepare a nice dinner. Our pups enjoyed it too. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here last Christmas, and were surprised by all of the upgrades to the house when we checked in this year! The cabin was very clean. The mattresses feel new and are very comfortable with new quilts, really nice sheets. The extra touches like lotion & soap, shampoo & shower gel, blankets and the Christmas decorations were so nice. The coffee bar even has k cups! There was a wonderful welcome basket for us with lots of goodies to munch on.
This cabin stays warm during the cold weather and the gas fireplace makes it feel so cozy. The large outdoor fire pit is great for s’mores and conversations. We love this place and can’t wait to come back next year!

Wonderful cabin that’s just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet, yet close enough to town, that you can be there in minutes.
We enjoyed the bonus loft gaming area, as it allowed the kids to have their own place to play, while we adults relaxed in the living room. The hot tub was great, and the kids were really thankful to have a room with three twins- no need for siblings to share a bed!
All in all, a great stay.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and it’s perfect. Plenty of room, always clean. All you need to bring is your food and you’re in for relaxation. Owners are always easy to communicate with. I cannot say enough positive about this rental.

This is the second time I have stayed at this beautiful cabin. The first was with my boyfriend, and this time with three wonderful girlfriends. We spent the entire weekend at the cabin, crafting and cooking and enjoying each other’s company. We couldn’t be more pleased with the accommodations, the cleanliness and the owners who are just superb human beings, and go above and beyond to make things fabulous for your stay.

We enjoyed the amazing scenery at peak fall season in the mountains. The cabin was decorated beautifully for the fall. Especially enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. The owners were very welcoming and made our 25th wedding anniversary special!

We loved our stay at this sweet cabin! We stayed for a weekend with our family- 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 2. There was plenty of room for us to spread out through-out the house and for the 2 pack-n-plays! Also, the upstairs bedroom has a closet large enough for a twin bed/pack-n-play… a great, sunless spot for a sleeping baby!
The house was decorated so cutely! There were tons of Fall/pumpkins/scarecrow decorations and the rest of the regular decor made us feel right at home in the mountains.
The porch was lovely- rocking chairs, more decor, and even a few cute little fairy houses that our toddler loved discovering. The view of the mountains was best visible at the back of the driveway, so you can’t see it well from the porch, but you do have a beautiful view of the forest around the house. There was an awesome fire pit beside the house, too, but we didn’t get to use it.
There were 3 TVs in the house, plus the fridge was stocked with water bottles, a nice ice maker machine, plenty of coffee options with all the cream, sugar, etc you’d need - even a second coffee maker with everything you’d need in the upstairs suite!
We had one question for the owner while we were there and they responded quickly.
Overall, this was the perfect spot for us to stay for a weekend getaway to the mountains! We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy mountain cabin.

Two sister with husbands. We were very comfortable. The cabin is on a beautiful lot in the woods. Very secluded but real close to town. My only criticism is that it could be slightly cleaner. Many of the dishes had to be washed before use. The drains wouldnt drain, but the owners were very responsive when we notified them. That speaks volumes because things do happen.
The town of Hot Springs has lovely people and very good food at the restaurants. Great trip!
We appreciated how the owners put effort into making their place cozy and comfy. Thank you!

Structure of house was beautiful with the rustic wood walls and beams, but it wasn't very clean. Bedspreads were old and dingy, along with the living room furniture and rug. Very dark lighting indoors. It is a nice secluded wooded area and front porch was wonderful! There were cute decorative items.

It was great it was quiet and nice the house does have thin walls but that wasn’t a issue for anyone it was great over all the town is right there and the view is beautiful best place me and my family have been in a while.

We have stayed at many places in Hot Springs and this one was wonderful! Its super close to town which we loved, but its also very tucked away and private which was also great! The beds in the house were very comfortable, and thats super important to us! We loved the coffee bar! The house was very spacious for our family, the internet worked great, and we loved the porch and outdoor space! I definitely reccomend booking this cabin!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The cabin is located near everything we were looking for. We went hiking every day and never drove more than half an hour away---there are SO many great places to hike nearby! The town of Hot Springs is only 5 minutes away, and it has a small market, a Family Dollar and a couple of restaurants. The cabin had plenty of space for our group of 5 to spread out both inside and outside--we loved the fire pit and the hot tub! The beds are comfy, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, including a crock pot and an instant pot. The gas fireplace inside did not work, so check ahead of your stay if that's important to you. There is no cable TV, but the internet worked great! The owners are quick to respond to communication. We lost power after seeing a branch fall onto the power lines and thought our visit would end early, but they were on top of it and had someone taking care of it within just a couple of hours. If you are looking to relax away from the crowds, this is the place!

It's perfect, secluded, well-furnished property just up the hill from Hot Springs. For being a tiny town, Hot Springs is a pretty hopping place! If your stay at this property includes a Saturday, make sure to go to Iron Horse Station for their ribs, best I've ever had in my life!! Even though it was just us as a couple staying here, we could've easily lodged our entire family. Beds are super comfy, the hot tub is rejuvinating, and all the cooking equipment you could ever need. Communication with the property manager was great. Great location, a quick drive to a multitude of hiking trails and local attractions. All in all, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and it had what we needed. The cabin was not spotless, but the areas that mattered (kitchen, bathrooms) were clean enough. The host was easy to get in touch with when we had questions. It was quiet as well.

This cabin is huge! The property is nice and we loved the hot tub. It’s really close to hot springs which makes it easy to go into town for activities.

Our family wanted a weekend getaway where we could enjoy Mineral Hot Springs, a hot fire and a Cabin in the woods with Mountain Views. That's exactly what we got!
We enjoyed the Hot Tub on the property as well as a Reservation at the Hot Springs Resort with a Mineral Hot Tub on the River.
Lovely Stay, thanks for Hosting!

This property has an excellent space for a group of people who are looking for a relaxing vacation. The out side of the home was perfect with the hot tub on the porch, and a lot of outside seating to relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain view. The fire pit was perfect for night of smores and chatting. The heating in the house was regulated well making for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals. The use of the washing machine and dryer was very helpful.
We have two complaints about the house. It was not clean when we arrived. The cobwebs were everywhere, behind the door, under all the furniture, ceiling beams, and ceiling fans. The tubs were not cleaned as was evident by the ring around the bottom of the tubs and the fact that we had to Drano and plunge both tubs for them to drain properly. The other complaint was the amount of animal activity taking place in the space between the roof and the ceiling of the upstairs master bedroom. It was so loud and a little unnerving the hear so much noise in the ceiling all night.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and the hot tub was so nice.
The kitchen is stocked. Plenty of pots, pans & skillets. Lots of plates, bowls & silverware. Nice coffee maker with coffee, and styrofoam cups too. The house was decorated for Christmas which really made our Christmas stay perfect. A large gift basket was waiting for us with treats, cocoa and even buttermilk biscuit mix. It was 5 degrees while we were there and unfortunately one of the pipes burst. The owner came immediately and fixed it. I will definitely be back next Christmas!

We had a great time staying at this cabin. The check in process was very easy and the communication with the host was easy as well. They responded and were helpful during our stay and before our stay. There is some road noise and the walls and floors must not be insulated very well because we could hear everything throughout the house. But other than that everything was perfect! We had a great time and would go back again.

A well constructed cabin with all the amenities needed for a short duration stay. Nice location just up the hill from town. No views though until the leaves fall. Floors and surfaces were clean with plenty of towels. Does need some TLC = kitchen cabinets, especially lower ones kinda grubby, loft windows looked like frosted glass, need cleaning and cob web removal and for sure change the shower curtain liners, that black mold along the bottoms was gross.

Beautiful place had a wonderful time! The only thing I would change is the lighting on the stairs going to the porch! Dark and slippery when wet! My daughter that’s going blind got to enjoy seeing the trees changing colors and that made my heart feel good! One off her bucket list! Thank you for a Wonderful stay! God Bless the owners and thank you again. Cecil owens and family ❤️💕❤️

We would definitely stay here again. Pictures do not do this place justice. May I suggest a diagram of the place and a lay of the land.
Driveway was steep but paved. Our two wheel drive vehicles had no issues going up. It can make for good exercise. You will need to climb a small number of stairs to get to the house. Super Private. You wont be able to see or hear the neighbors. Some road noise, but did not affect the tranquility.
First floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Second floor has the loft and Master bedroom & bath. The master bedroom is quite large with an extra bed in the closet. The loft has a futon that can offer another sleeping area. There were two large beds, four smaller beds, and a futon in total.
Kitchen had some spices. Cooking area was adequate. There is a crock pot, microwave & coffee maker.
What to bring- flashlight, bug spray, charcoal for the grill, dish washer detergent, ear plugs, toilet paper & paper towels. What was supplied- laundry detergent, hand soap, hand sanitizer, trash bags and dish soap.
The cabin is on the side of a hill. There are steep areas, but there is enough flat land for the kids to play with stomp rockets. The house has a nice porch that wraps around 1/2 of the house. Plenty of sitting areas outside.
There was plenty of dead wood for the outdoor fire pit. You may want to bring something to process it.
Nice watching the sunset from the hot tub.
The town of Hot Springs is nestled between Gatlinburg & Asheville. Hot springs is cute but small. People are super friendly. I was apprehensive about going to a small rural town being a person of color, but had no issues here. Everyone will smile and say hi to you. There are plenty of hiking trails and access to the river within 10-15 minutes of the cabin. The welcome center was informative, I would stop there first if possible.
Some things to consider- house creaks when you walk around, there is no insulation between the floors, so you can hear everything- talking, walking etc. Beds are a little soft, which I loved, not so much by our friends.
Hosts were very communicative & friendly. Quick to respond to our needs.
Some compromises, but to be fair, the cabin was half the cost of other cabins in the area. One quarter of the cost of cabins in Gatlinburg & Asheville. It is well priced for a cabin that can accommodate multiple families.
Took my Model 3 to the cabin. Host was gracious enough to allow me to charge.

Perfect location!
We had plans in Asheville, Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smokys so Hot Springs was the perfect home base.
The cabin was homey and was the perfect size for our family. I spent the evenings on the huge porch relaxing to the sounds of the mountains. We would gladly stay here again!
