Lieu et établissement superbes

Logement très agréable et idéalement bien placé. Et il est très facile de se garer. La personne de l accueil est très agréable et de bons conseils. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter.

Great accomodation in Stresa.

Fantastic apartment in the centre of Stresa Town. We had apartment 10 with 3 balconies, 2 with lake views and a large one overlooking the spa area, which was perfect for relaxing. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom facilities were really good. Couldn't fault the apartment of the welcome we received.

Ein Apartment zum Wohlfühlen

Casa Diverio ist eine hübsche Unterkunft ,chic eingerichtet, tolle Terrasse mit Jacuzzi ,prima Lage Supermarkt nebenan.

Küchenausstattung hätte etwas mehr sein können . Anleitung zur Bedienung des Induktionsherdes wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Great apartment in amazing location

Fabulous location in town centre with ferry to Borromean Islands at end of road. Carrefour next door. Music from nearby Square to chill on the balcony. SkyBar, open air bar on top of nearby hotel for fabulous views.

No parking and difficult nearby - drop luggage off then try the railway station < 10 minute walk.

Excellent stay at Casa Diverio

Casa Diverio was an excellent place to stay. We received a lovely welcome. Our apartment was beautiful and in a central location, helpful for exploring, shopping and the train station.

We liked our stay. We had no issues.

We had the most wonderful week in Stresa with the most brilliant accommodation!

The apartment is located in a very central position so easy to walk everywhere. Suzy was fantastic ... quick to respond to emails, happy to provide great advice ... and even drove us to the railway station on our last day! The apartment was very roomy and comfortable and had air conditioning. The spa on the terrace was wonderful at the end of a hot day. We can't recommend this apartment highly enough. Brilliant!

Your own apartment in Stresa.

Very reasonably priced. Friendly landlady who goes out of her way to help. Air conditioning. Rooms are provided with a 10% discount card for the grocery store downstairs. Refrigerator, stove and dishwasher in the room. Private balcony, as well as a common terrace with Jacuzzi. 15 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the boat dock.

Keep in mind this is a guest apartment and not a hotel, so there is no 24 hour reception, no breakfast, no room service, etc. if you don’t need these things, you should be fine.

Excellently located and big cosy apartment with all equipment

Excellent location (right in the middle of the center of Stresa), big apartment with all equipment needed. Easy to access with elevator to get to the room. We stayed with our 1 and 1/2 y.o kid: a baby bed was carefuly prepared as well as a high chair, thank you so much for the attention. A Carrefour Market is right next to the entrance, so this is perfect to purchase groceries last minute. Would definitely recommend Casa Diverio!!

Parking your car in Stresa can get a little tricky in the high season

Relaxing, enjoyable, delightful.

Great location, spacious and comfortable room, and terrace. Susy was very helpful with recommendations and information regarding restaurants and activities etc. A lovely stay in the beautiful Stresa/Lake Maggiore!

Wonderful home away from home.

Casa DIVERIO is in the center of the beautiful little town of Stresa. Beautiful rooms, nicely decorated for a cosy apartment feeling… two steps away from the lake. Ceanliness was impeccable! The owner Susy was of such great help all along the stay, I highly recommend this hidden gem.

wonderful apartment, downstair is a carrefour a hidden gem very spacious I did not meet the owner but good communication via WhatsApp everything is so smooth, can't wait to go back.

Nothing, just unfortunately the hot tub closed for repair.

Good Central location

Smartness and upkeep of the rooms. Good colour scheme. General equipment was good. Soundproofing was good. Bed was comfotable.

Curtains were not wide enough to cover windows without shutters Bathroom curtain rail was broken. No can opener.

Overall good

Excellent location in the heart of town, although some noise, which is to be expected. Very warm welcome and excellent check in process. A modern apartment with reasonable facilities. Nice balcony and seating area.

The apartment is above a supermarket which takes early morning deliveries which can be heard. Not their fault, it's ok, just to be aware. The cleaning was below par. Quite a lot of crumbs on the table and floor from previous guests. Only enough coffee pods and dishwasher tabs for one day.

Beautifully appointed apartment close to the centre of Stresa.

Very comfortable and well appointed. Comfy beds and excellent shower. Were given lots of info about the boats, places to see and restaurants.
