Lovely place to stay, highly recommend. Breakfast and the pool area was gorgeous
Unfortunately the lack of privacy in the room design was a bit of a let down. Due to there being only a half fence and plants on the front of the room, if you wanted to open the blinds and curtains, everyone walking into the resort can see straight into the bed. As it is the main and only path into the resort and down to each room and the pool area, traffic was constant so had to keep the curtains shut the entire stay.
Please provide your staff hats working around the pool and restaurant!! Extreme UV and they are covering their forids to shield the glare when walking drinks out to customers.

La stanza era particolare e molto bella.
Il ristorante buonissimo e affacciato direttamente sulla piscina.
Il personale del ristorante e della zona piscina era di una gentilezza estrema. In particolare Grace, giovane e sempre sorridente.
Anche il personale della spa era gentile e ci hanno sempre messi a nostro agio.
Il wifi non funziona molto bene.
Il personale della reception sembrava un po' perso.
Non è stato tenuto in considerazione che eravamo in luna di miele e all'inizio ci è stata data una stanza direttamente accanto al cantiere. Sentivamo rumori dalla prima mattina. Dopodiché ci hanno spostato su richiesta a una stanza più vicino alla piscina e tutto andava bene.

This is very unique place, you feel like like it’s your house. The decoration, the details is so thoughtful, from cute baskets to both sound system, made my stay like I went to my own summer house. Such a beautiful place, I wouldn’t add anything to it, it’s so perfect!

Location, furnishings and overall vibe are wonderful. This resort looks exactly like the photos. The private pools are wonderful and the 3 bedroom villa is absolutely phenomenal.
Some of the issue with the room/s we booked over 2 weeks were:
- Little to no shower pressure from the outdoor shower
- Aircon not working at full speed, meaning very hot rooms in April (38 dgrees outside)
- In one room the wooden bathroom door didn't close all the way, so cold air escaped during the day
- The lock looks great for aesthetics but it's a bit of a pain. Would be good to get swipe cards instead as fiddling with old locks is challenging at night time
- Breakfast is lacklustre. We instead chose to skip breakfast on our last 4 days and headed into Fishermans instead.

This property is beautiful. Architecturally very attractive and pleasing
The staff were all excellent and very efficient and polite and the restaurant was high quality and varied menu.
Our air conditioner did not work well so our room was always hot. The ceiling fan was noisy and kept tripping out.
Bean bags around the pool may look good but are hot, damp and mouldy. Also very difficult to get in and out of. While trendy they are impractical.
This resort is a small boutique setting, somewhere most couples seeking a peaceful holiday might desire, however they open their pool area and restaurant up to public, almost like a beach club. (This is not advertised on their website )
You must reserve a pool seat or you miss out to members of the public. Many family day visitors bought their children in too so it was very noisy with squealing splashing children. Perhaps what you would expect from a big family resort with kids clubs, not a smaller boutique resort.
For this reason I would not stay here again even tho the accommodation, food and staff were great.

Nette Anlage, schöner Stil, stimmiges Gesamtbild und gutes Frühstück mit schöner Aussicht.
Die Einfahrt zum "Hotel" lädt zum sofortigen wieder umdrehen ein. Dauerbaustelle inmitten der Anlage. Personal wirkt teilweise genervt. (sehr untypisch). Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht dem was vorgegeben wird. Modriger Geruch beim Betreten, die Auflagen im Freien und auch innen sind übersät mit weißen Flecken. Unschöne Stellen am Fenster. Das WC war undicht da lief das Wasser raus und die Wasserspuren vom Duschen an den Wänden sehen sehr unschön aus. Das Duschen inkl Haare waschen ist fast unmöglich, da kaum Wasser aus der Dusche fließt. Das angegebene Kingsize Bett war eine Standart 180x200 Matratze die am Boden liegt und das obwohl wir fürs Kind (6 Jahre) sogar extra bezahlen mussten. Der eigene Pool war extremst gechlort. Das schlimmste im Zimmer sind die hellhörigen Wände bzw Zwischentüren. Man hört nicht nur den Fernseher sondern auch das nächtliche Stöhnen. (sehr, sehr deutlich) Wer auf Privatsphäre wert legt, sollte daher den gesamten "Bungalow" inkl. Obergeschoss buchen.
Sehr viele Tages Gäste in der Anlage. Viele Liegen werden für diese Gäste reserviert.
Wirklich schöne Anlage aber Preis/Leistung stimmt einfach nicht überein.
Haben für weniger Budget in anderen Hotels weitaus mehr geboten bekommen.
Werden nicht wieder kommen.

This resort will make your jaw drop with its beauty and attention to detail. First of all truly amazed by how photogenic it is. The outdoor shower is surreal. I never make pictures in the shower, because who does, but I really had to here! Wait until the influencers find out ;)
Next surprise you get a room tour and your own phone for the room? Love it!
And last, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We also had some amazing cocktails and food right at the poolside. Fantastic breakfast.

Die Anlage ist klein aber sehr schön gestaltet. Wir haben uns im Zimmer (mit Terrasse) super wohl gefühlt. Das „Bett“ war super bequem. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Obstkorb. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich.
Es gibt sechs Frühstücksmenüs, die leider nicht durchdacht sind. Man muss sich für eins entscheiden und den Rest (sollte man noch was brauchen) extra kaufen. Wir hatten immer zuviel Brot und nichts mehr zum belegen. Die Bowls haben uns nicht satt gemacht. Insgesamt unbefriedigend. Der Strand ist nicht der schönste und auch teilweise (wenn man am Strand spazieren geht) voller Glas. Besonders gestört hat uns aber, dass hotelfremde Personen die Liegen am Strand wegreservieren, sodass wir an einem Tag nur mit Glück noch zwei Liegen bekommen haben. Das Publikum sind volloperierte, um 11 Uhr betrunkene Weiber und laute Proletentypen. Aber vllt hatten wir auch nur Pech. Wir fanden es unangenehm. Noch eine Kleinigkeit für die das Hotel aber nichts kann: Bophut an sich hat deutsche Großstadtpreise in Restaurants. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Das Personal war echt sehr bemüht, das beste aus der Sache zu machen.
Sie waren immer freundlich.
Eigentlich hatten wir es gebucht, weil es ein „kleines“ Resort ist. Dass dort ein Beach Club ist, war nirgends ersichtlich oder beschrieben. Bedeutet, dass morgens schon die „Fotomodels“ kommen um sich abzulichten und tagsüber von überall Leute kommen und sich in den zu kleinen Pool drängen.
Wer beim Frühstück auf etwas Abwechslung steht, ist hier ebenfalls falsch!
Es gibt Schinken gebraten oder Natur, das war’s!
Sauberkeit wird hier auch sehr klein geschrieben! Die Sitzsäcke am Pool sind alle verschimmelt und die Liegen am Strand, haben ihre besten Tage hinter sich.
Nebenan wird neu gebaut und das „alte“ Resort, lässt man vergammeln.
Das Reinigungspersonal muss z.B. mit Spaghettimop arbeiten, welcher den Schmutz nur verteilt und nicht sauber macht. Kalklöser ist ein Fremdwort.
Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und haben als „Entschädigung“ von booking.com einen Gutschein von 25€ bekommen.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung es gab sechs Möglichkeiten zu Auswahl die man ohne weiteres durchmischen konnte. Könnte ein wenig mehr zur Auswahl stehen. Die schlechten Bewertungen (Baulärm,Essen Zimmer die Bevorzugung der Tagesgäste) die vor einigen Wochen aufgetaucht sind können wir nicht bestätigen, es wahr alles sauber die Zimmer, der Strand das Hotel alles in bester Ordnung. Das Personal war Top hilfsbreit, es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Ja es wird daneben das Espirit Karma gebaut. Baulärm war so gut wie keiner zu hören. Da ist bei manchen Hotels der Straßenlärm in Thailand schlimmer. Zu empfehlen ist das Zimmer ganz vorne mit eigenen Pool und Terrasse am Dach. Essen im Hotel (3x) war lecker und die Preise sind nur gering teurer wie rund herum. Sollten wir wieder nach Koh Samui kommen würden wir das Karma wieder buchen, falls es verfügbar ist, oder die neuen vom Espirit daneben. Die Weltklasse ausschauen.

Fantastic villa, nice personel, Great food. The area is however very busy.. the main road very busy. You can’t hear at the hotel, but just outside. But again… fantastic place, and if you want the center of Koh Samui this is the best place.

Sehr schöne Anlage. Liegt nicht weit von Einkaufs und Erlebnissmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants entfernt. Frühstück ist OK. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön Designt, Bettwäsche und Matratzen sind sehr gut. Sehr gelungenes und stillvolles Design, dass sich durch die ganze Anlage zieht. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend gegenüber den Gästen.
Um es vorweg zu nehmen, wer etwas zum relaxen und Entspannung sucht ist hier absolut falsch. Der Pool, Strand und Restaurantbereich ist für die regulären Hotelgäste ausreichend, aber es ist hier so, das Tagesgäste von Außerhalb das Resort überfluten; An manchen Tagen mehr, an anderen weniger. Der Pool und Strandbereich ist laut und viel zu überfüllt. Es bleiben an machen Tagen kaum Liege und Sitz Möglichkeiten für die eigentlich, bezahlenden Hotelgäste. Ständig irgendwelche Menschen die Instagram Bilder machen - es ist wirklich unangenehm. Auch das dort am Pool Gekifft wird und es geduldet wird finde ich fragwürdig.Für den Preis gibt es auf Koh Samui deutlich bessere Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für Leute die nicht auf dieses Sehen und gesehen wert legen. Im Grunde ist es ein Freibad und Restaurant, dass nebenbei noch Zimmer vermietet; zumindest hat es bei uns diesen Eindruck hinterlassen.

Geweldig hotel met een heerlijk ontbijt, je kan kiezen van de kaart en verder heel de ochtend koffie en thee bestellen. Hotel ligt mooi, over het strand 15 min lopen naar Fishermens village. Aanrader is het restaurantje op de hoek aan de weg bij het hotel. Hier diverse malen heerlijk gegeten. Restaurant bij het hotel is ook prima maar wel wat prijziger. Verder een prima plek om Koh Samui te bezoeken. aanrader is om een dag een taxi te boeken en alle highlichts te bezoeken. Zou hier zeker terug komen.

너무너무 불쾌했어요. 공사장 뷰에 방을 준것도 빡치는데 공사장 인부들이 사다리 같은거에 올라가있으니 언제든지 내 방을 올려다볼 수 있는거예요. 거기다가 화장실에서는 계속 역겨운 악취가 납니다. 아로마 오일을 더 부어달라고 계속 말했는데도 소용 없고, 욕실에서 야외 샤워실로 나갈 수 있는 샤워장 문은 고장나서 비바람이 불면 문이 계속 열립니다. 공사장에서 허니문을 보내라고? 방은 풀부킹이라 바꿔줄 수 없다고 하더군요? 다시는 카르마 리조트를 이용하지 않는 것은 물론 추천하지 않을 것입니다. 수질도 그닥 좋지 않아요. 남편은 물갈이를 심하게 했습니다. 수압도 안 좋고요. 굳이 가성비로 이 곳에 방문하는 헛수고를 하지 마세요.

I absolutely fell in love with the interior and exterior design of this place. The attention to detail and the overall aesthetic were simply superb. Plus, the icing on the cake was its convenient proximity to all the main attractions. It made exploring the city an absolute breeze!
From my experience, I found that this hotel has a more streamlined approach, reminiscent of a conveyor system, rather than the cozy and personalized feel of a boutique hotel. The shared pool and restaurant area, accommodating both hotel guests and outside visitors, made it overcrowded. It would have been lovely to enjoy a more intimate setting during my stay.

The view and hotel looks nice
The front door to the villa.. all rooms are the same. We have stranger got into our front porch pool villa and trying to get in our room. Lucky we came back while he is doing that. Hotel front office said it happened all the time. Ha.. like very normal for them but for us it was not cool. So don’t leave anything in the front seating area. Even door lock someone else can still get in.

When I couldn't find a space to chill by the pool, the staff made sure that we got a place besides the beach to chill. Everything was great!!
It's not something that I didn't like but I just wished the breakfast options had a little more variety and were not made in pre-packages.

everything, best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. very luxurious, food and staff were amazing and I had 2 massages during my stay at the hotel spa which were both amazing! thank you karma, we will definitely return !
