Hat uns sehr gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen

Das Zimmer mit eigenem Pool war sehr gut, viel Platz und extrem grosses, gut ausgestattetes Bad. Eigener Strand und sehr grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und sie Hoteleigene App sehr praktisch.

Das einzige, was und gestört hat, war die laute Klimaanlage.

Wunderbar erholsamer Strandurlaub in einer schönen Hotelanlage

Wir hatten eine geräumige Family Pool Villa im 2. Obergeschoss gebucht. Es sind zwei Zimmer, die über einen Gang miteinander verbunden sind. Der Privatpool war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Hotelanlage ist an einem ruhigen Strandabschnitt gelegen. Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war klasse und das Personal sehr freundlich. Liegen am Pool und am Strand waren immer ausreichend vorhanden.

Prima verblijf, jammer van minpuntjes.

De ligging met leuke eet- en drinkgelegenheden in de buurt. En vriendelijk personeel.

Veel te kleine en krappe ruimte voor het ontbijtbuffet. Lange rij om gebakken ei te krijgen die door koks worden gemaakt. Eenzijdig aanbod van fruit bij het ontbijt. Sowieso is het ontbijt niet erg afwisselend. Maar ontbijt is wel goed. Paar dagen geen echt heet water uit de douche kunnen krijgen, totdat we naar andere kamer verhuisden.

Es war alles perfekt. 100% zufrieden. Manchmal tolle Abenddarbietungen (Feuershow). Das Strandrestaurant immer perfekt dekoriert.

Gelegentlich wird ein Teil des Strandes für Kreuzfahrttouristen gesperrt. Diese Leute sind für ca 6 Stunden eine Zumutug. Leider hat es keine Segelboote zum ausborgen gegeben aber das ist eigentlich keine wirkliche Tragödie.

A lovely location for a relaxing beach stay

Great location on a quieter beach that's away from the madness of the more intensely developed areas of Koh Samui. The resort itself is not too big. Beach front with reserved loungers and a good pool. Breakfasts are really good, and the BBQ on the beach every Wednesday is worth doing! The beach itself was lovely and safe in the water - a large area of shallow water, no surf or rips. So safe for smaller kids to play on. Quite a few beachfront massage businesses and restaurants.

The fitness centre could do with a refresh. Some of the equipment was a little 'tired'

Firstly we were given the room with mold smell A/c works loud Breakfast is not tasty but eatable Restaurant food is awful Beach towels are really old Rooms are old, probably need some renovation but it’s not crucial The reception staff are not helpful, perceive your requests like - ok, tell us again tomorrow Finally, my husband has seen cockroach in our bathroom, maybe we’re just lucky🥺 Even glasses in the room were dirty The TV have smart options but they are locked😂 (so no Netflix, Apple TV etc)

We had a great time here

The atmosphere is very good. The staff is helpful and caring. The hotel is beautiful. The beach is very beautiful and private. The location is quiet and excellent for those who don't like noise and bustle. Very good breakfast. Finally we had a great time here and we were sorry to leave.

The hotel is old and so is the air conditioning system that smells of mold and there is no feeling of luxury when you enter the room. It was a 5 star hotel that over the years has eroded. The pool and beach area is small. The bar does not have professional people who know how to make cocktails.

A wonderful relaxing holiday

We had a wonderful holiday at the Royal Muang Samui Villas. We enjoyed the traditional style of this resort. It provides a tranquil oasis from the bustle of Chaweng, which is only a 10 minute drive away. There are great local restaurants within a short walk from the resort. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There was an excellent range of options for breakfast each day. The gardens are kept in immaculate condition.We loved the facilities of the pool villa.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. There are a few stairs to climb to access the pool villas. We saw this as part of our exercise for the day.

The room was beautiful but didn’t meet expectations due to time constraints on the private pool

The breakfast was delicious and the location was superb

We specifically booked this hotel as it has a jacuzzi and a private outdoor pool but the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly. Also when we were shown to our room we were advised that we shouldn’t use the pool between 5am - 7am and 5pm - 7pm as they have the biggest mosquito’s and they would be out during these times, which really was very disappointing.

Very comfortable and enjoyable resort. Traditional elegance with a great beach and spa and nice pool

The beach is the best on the island and steps from the hotel (sandy, no rocks in the water) and lots of great restaurants within close walking distance. The spa is also great. Housed in a faux cave with a very relaxing vibe and great staff.

We have stayed several times before over the years and most of the current staff are new. They were mostly very nice and and attempted to be helpful but the level of English has definitely declined.

The hotel is old and shabby, the staff are polite but very poorly trained, they seemed to spend.most of there time on there mobile phones, the bar area and pool area is like a builders yard, at best this hotel is a 3 star.

The staff ia really nice and helpful with a very good english. We took the suite with a private pool and garden view. The room is really big, nicely decorated and clean. The beach is beautiful with a direct access to water activities and a cheap and good massage. The breakfast was pretty good.

The water in the shower are not hot enough. The temperature of the private and public pools is really low. The breakfast lacks bread variety and quality. The hotel is pretty big so the room is pretty far from the reception. The hotel also lacks some facilities like pool or a ping pong table. The location of the hotel is not the best in order to get to Chawend and the Fisherman's village you have to ride around 15mins. The private pool view is not that welcoming. Finally the overall design of the hotel feels a little bit too old to my taste.

Beautiful hotel

Quite, intimate and rustic hotel with a beautiful pool and beach area. We stayed in a two bedroom family pool villa which was perfect. The location on the beach and outside near other restaurants and bars was convenient with a lot of choice. Also close to some main attractions, we don't want to leave!

Only a few minor niggles. Restaurant choice in hotel is limited and expensive compared to outside. There is a small kitchenette but not enough cutlery or plates for 4 people.

Paradise at an affordable price

Amazing room with an amazing view. Sitting in your private rooftop pool, in amongst the tree tops watching the various birds, butterflies, and insects. Beautiful place and a very relaxing stay

Not for families!

This hotel is really not suitable for kids! The room is located on the 3rd floor, no elevator, no TV, The most horrible part is that our 3.5 years old daughter was supposed to sleep in a separate room, were there is a pool in between. It was a matter of safety and we decided to leave before check out.
