Sad. wondering if there are good Alcoholics Anonymous meetings in Sherbrooke, which was not too far away from North Hat

This great property in downtown North Hatley… Close to a lovely restaurant and another hotel that we almost needed to stay in… See below.

There was no one to let us in to the suite that we were directed to by the owner. The door was locked. When we spoke to the owner over the phone , he gave us the passcode three times and it was three different passcodes same numbers just different orders. He said he’d come down to let us in, but he never showed up . Through the window, we could see that there was someone else’s luggage in there. . The conversations we had with the owner were not coherent on his end.. it was cold and rainy and nerve-racking to think we didn’t have a place to stay however, once we realized the owner must be incapacitated so we just stayed in one of his other suites that was open. While it wasn’t the two bedroom suite that we were expecting or paid for the door was open had three beds and we only used two… it was well stocked and supplied was clean and perfectly adequate Other town people spoke very highly of him, but said this wasn’t unusual.

Comfy, beautiful, and relaxing stay

The host was very welcoming, offering us to use his Kayak and providing us with recommendations about what to do and where to eat, etc. The location was also very nice. The apartment was cute with very comfy bed.

I think I said it already

the apartment had character. very comfortable, spacious, and very clean. not modern (no dishwasher for example) but in my opinion added to its charm. excellent location in a lovely little village. we had a very memorable 4 days there.

Lovely location in a sweet town.

There isn't an actual second bedroom. There is a murphy bed that pulls down in the living room.

The location in North Hatley couldn't be better. Frederic was very welcoming and the facilities were excellent.

Everything was just perfect for our need. Clean, comfortable beds... they even had cofee for the morning. It was a short but very nice stay. Very well equipped, the kitchen was a bit small if you plan to spend a few days.... Otherwise, I highly recommend.

Great location, spacious, comfortable beds. Easily slept two guests.

A bit dirty - quite a bit of dust on the bedframe/side table. The other guests staying at the Lake View were very noisy in early the morning - kids yelling and running up & down the stairs for about 30 min straight.

Very responsive host, good value for money

Early 20th century wood house with lovely big veranda, well situated in North Hatley, easy walk to park, restaurants, lakeview.

A number of big trucks passed by early morning disrupting the quiet of this tranquil village, a construction site nearby?

Very good

The property is in a great location with a small grocery store next door and a few restaurants within walking distance. It was very well equipped. Lots of parking.

The shower is in a claw foot tub and shower head quite low.

It was lovely.

There were so many lovely extra touches to make you feel so at home. There was butter in the fridge, paper towels and sauces in the kitchen. Extra blankets on the couch to watch TV, and everything was squeaky clean.
