only good thing about the stay was location of apartment.

liked the location of the property

apartment was totally basic. not enough kitchen utensils. it was very hot in the rooms but no cooling facilities like a/c or table fans. No wardrobes in the rooms. no hooks to hang clothes.

Very disappointing, but amazing location.

Location was amazing. A minute walk from the old square.

First of all, if you like a lie in, this apartment (at the time of our stay at least) isn’t for you! The first morning we were met with workmen with pneumatic hammers taking off the rendering at 05:30 in the morning Every other morning during our visit they allowed us a lie in until around 06:00 - 06:30. The apartment block had a square in the middle which was an access with stairs to allow the other residents/guests to gain access into their apartments. Most of them seem to be having maintenance work or painters/plasterers working often until midnight. Under the apartment was a very busy supermarket whilst handy for groceries was often noisy. We had the middle bedroom which had nowhere to put our clothes. During our visit we had to move in a couple of the dining chairs so we could put our clothes on them. The curtains in the living room were not wide enough to give us privacy to the workmen carrying out their work a couple of metres outside the window. On occasion, there were up to a dozen workmen there. The TV never worked during the duration of our stay even though we highlighted it to them. The beds had slats supporting the mattresses and on two of the three beds, the slats kept slipping causing the mattress to fall almost to the floor by simply getting in and out of bed. The shower was tiny and the shower room did not have any shelving for the toiletries and soaps etc. With the work being carried by out it was difficult to keep the windows open as when we did open them the dust was awful. The communal dustbins were shared with both the workmen and the shop below so were invariably full. We felt that security into the apartment was often compromised as the outside door was often wedged open by the various work groups. A number of the light fittings in the rooms had lamps that were not working. The sofa had a number of splits and was in need of replacing. The attention to detail was somewhat lacking.

Great stay overall!

Beautiful property, lovely decor and clean. Excellent location.

Shower in the smaller bathroom only ran cold water. We were not given the initial entry code to the building, just the lockbox inside the building but this was quickly sorted by a quick call to the booking.com team.

Spacious apartment close to everything

The location was perfect and close by to everything Krakow has to offer. Very helpful staff that always answered my questions in a matter of minutes. Spacious apartment.

The shower in one of the bathrooms could be fixed in the hose. Could also be stored some more toiletpaper for 7 people. It was a little loud during the night from one of the neighbours when they had a nachspiel in the backyard. It would also have been nice to have some kind of cleaning cloth for the benches.

Their service was fine, but the apartment is not maintained well.

Floors are very squeaky. water in the shower is rapidly changing from cold to hot. couch in the living room is very old, dirty and damaged. beds are unstable, barely holding in one piece. One bedroom with the view into staircase 😳didn’t have a curtain - fortunately, we found the curtain in the wardrobe and had to climb those tall windows to put it in place..

might sound picky, but the buzzer on entrance and exit into the communal staircase was extremely loud and echoey and made it tricky to sleep in the evening and morning as each time someone from the entire building goes in or out it makes a very loud buzzing noise within the apartment

Fab spacious apartment in great location.

The location was superb, really close to the central old town square and very handy for trams and buses. The apartment was big and spacious with well setup bathrooms and kitchen.

The apartment was quite noisy, due to its location and proximity of neighbours. A bit more privacy at the bedroom windows would be good as 2 rooms are overlooked. My daughter slept on the sofa bed in the living room and the curtains were white, so not at all dark. Noise cannot really be sorted unless windows are changed which would be super costly, so ear plugs would be good. Maybe

Great location and spotless clean apartment

The location was brilliant, it couldn't have been more central. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return

Only two minor things that we didnt like - the shower hose would not stay in the holder and made showering a little awkward. Also in one of the double bedrooms there was no storage or hanging facility for clothes.

Perfect stay

Great location with attractions, restaurants and supermarkets on your door step. Super clean and warm. All the little extras provided by the host were appreciated. ( Tea coffee shampoo and conditioner ) There was only one door key for the apartment but the key safe worked really well with the group coming back separately at different times during the day & evening.

Nothing we didn't like about this apartment.

Spacious apartment waking distance to city centre.

Spacious apartment with good amneties, many rooms, great for groups, great location 👌 city center. Two bathrooms, good bath tub. Very helpful staff helped us out in an incident with the lock box and provided with alternative apartment. Recommended absolutely for group of friends.

We got unlucky with the electronic lock box for putting our key in the night when we came back to sleep, so we couldn't take out the key, it wouldn't open.. I had a phone call with the staff, it was past midnight, but she was very patient helpful and provided us a temporary accommodation which was 👌. In the morning they sent a technician and fixed the keybox. Thank you for taking good care of us!

In our family opinion the apartment definitely is not worth the price

Positive points are central location, pretty good bathroom and kitchen.

The apartment was very disappointing: extremely not cozy, cold (+18+19), old noisy parquet floor with holes, stains on walls, a hole on a bedroom door. There are no carpets near beds. Sound isolation is also poor, and you hear all sounds from a street and stairs.

Location was beyond great

The floor was so filthy...actually everything was, smudges on chairs, doors, handles. We attempted to clean it ourselves but there was only the hoover but no mop. It was impossible to walk bare foot.

Lovely apartment with perfect location.

Apartment was absolutely perfect for six people, so spacious, clean, modern and had everything we needed. Access through key box is easy. Staff went above and beyond and got us a portable fan, like we requested, plus always responded quickly. The best part though - the location, you couldn't ask for a better one! Main square is less than a minute's walk. Made our short stay in Krakow perfect! We would definitely choose your apartment again :)

The refrigerator doesn't really work, it's basically a cupboard - we bought some cream pitas and cheese in the evening that had gone bad in the morning. The bedroom in the middle could use some kind of clothes rack, it was a bit inconvenient to to keep everything in the suitcase. No air conditioning and can be a bit hot in summer, but staff was helpful and provided a fan for us.

Awesome spacious apartment. 10/10

I loved everything. The size is incredible! The location is great. It's one minute from the main square. The place was clean and we had all the things we needed. The management always responded very quickly to our queries and helped arrange an Auschwitz tour for us on short notice. If I come back to Krakow this is where I will stay!

To get out of the main ground floor entrance was a little awkward as you need a key and we only had one set. But that is a minor issue.
