In addition, each of the two twin beds have a trundle bed- perfect for kids! These bedrooms share a newly done bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. There are large decks off of each bedroom, providing additional lounging space and more opportunities to take in the sun and views. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room. You are surrounded by boutique and award-winning wineries in the Dry Creek, Alexander and Russian River Valleys. Dine out for fresh wine country cuisine in Healdsburg and Geyserville, or buy organic produce directly from the area's many farms and farmer's markets and enjoy dining al fresco on the deck while watching the sunset over the Dry Creek Valley. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This property is about 10-15 minutes from more wineries than you can think. It may be a bit further away than some other locations, but in all the best ways possible due to the absolutely GORGEOUS 360 view - which is even better than you will see anywhere in the area (which is saying a lot, since everywhere in the area is fantastic). The owner is very attentive and is in the area to help out if there does happen to be anything you need!

This property was the perfect spot for my friends to all come together and celebrate the beautiful Dry Creek Valley and the many amazing wineries. Perfect for a bunch of adults to reconnect by the pool, or a couple families to enjoy a great weekend in the prettiest area of Northern California.

The house was located a short 20 minutes from downtown Healdsburg. Close enough for easy access but when you are at the house it feels like a different world. House is located high on a hill with magnificent views on all sides!
We were 2 couples and the house worked very well for us. Loved that 2 of the rooms had king size beds! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Cool old Cabin feel, but bit run down.
We stayed May of 2022. This is an old and charming house way up in the hills. Beds /Bedding were fine. Views amazing. Location is on top of a ridge up a one lane road about two miles. Wind really blew when we were there. Grounds have gone to seed, including area around pool. This is not any sort of luxury place. In window AC units, Dyson fans/heaters in every room, worn out pans in kitchen, functional but not fancy. Found communication difficult right from the start. Host doesn't want you to commit until you have chance to be vetted. As a no pet, non smoking couple in our 60's with adult children, most VRBO's are happy to have us. So initial booking was tough because I was rejected and had to resubmit my offer. Then the day we were traveling there host advises we need to sign some documents to get access. It was stressful and a hassle to do this while in wine country on a Saturday. It worked out in the end and we had a overall positive experience.

Great getaway in wine country but be ready for wind
Location was very private but realize that last two miles is straight uphill on a very crazy single lane road! Views were breathtaking but winds were very cold and constant. Healdsburg is down in the valley, a bit spendy, but a quaint town. Too bad they didn’t have kites in the game closet.

Excellent property
Clean property with beautiful views. Did not enjoy outdoors much because of the rain. Definitely recommend this place. Owner could be reached easily.

Great location and amenities but could be improved
The location and property were great but they could be improved. I didn’t like that we were basically responsible for caring for a cat without any heads up about it. We got to the property and there were bowls out for a cat with food and water right by the door. Every time you open the door the cat tries to run in. Every morning you are woken up very early by a cat meowing at the bedroom door very loud for food and water. The kitchen has ants. The hot tub was great but the straps for the cover are broken so any wind would blow the cover off, meaning every morning the hot tub was not usable for several hours while it heated back up from being uncovered from the wind. The location and actual amenities were great but they need better upkeep and there should be some notice about the cat.

Fantastic girls’ getaway
This was a fantastic find. The view is stunning and location great. Three friends and two 21 year old daughters enjoyed this perfect getaway. Thanks to Laurie for everything.

Last minute getaway
We booked this place at last minute and the host did her best to accommodate our schedule. The heated pool was perfect for our kids when they played in wetsuits because of chilly breeze. The house could use some updates. But I am not complaining here considering the price and privacy. Dyson heater and wall AC unit in each room are quite loud. There were water and food for a cat by the front door when we got there and a stray cat cried by the house quite often and tried to get inside whenever it can. It got inside once and it was quite hard to move it outside. It also knocked the glass door of the downstairs bedroom and cried around 11pm and 2am… We would have been a lot happier without the cat with this stay.

Amazing views in private place!
The views! We had a wonderful time swimming, playing bocce and enjoying the house. It's a charming place with modern upgrades - like the comfortable beds! So nice to have such privacy, peace and family time.

Our Favorite Place!
So much is said about the views which are incredible, the massive decks off of each room, but the pool! So warm, very long for laps, not too deep so its kid friendly, and a step ledge that runs the length of the pool. I hope others take advantage of this great home!

Gorgeous view of vineyards and forest. Nice isolated property where we swam and played bocce ball. House had all the amenities we needed.

Amazing private oasis
We had a wonderful time going off the grid for a few days. The house is amazing! We spent most of our time in the picturesque pool, lounging and enjoying the sunshine. I highly recommend this location for a private getaway.

Beautiful home, amazing views!
I just spent Thanksgiving weekend with my 2 adult sons here. We had an absolute blast and so enjoyed our stay. The house is on the west side of the Dry Creek Valley, up a 2 mile well paved road which gets you the most incredible views looking east over the valley. 3 very good sized bedrooms, all with a deck or patio offering more privacy. 2 full very well equipped bathrooms too. Well equipped kitchen and an EXCELLENT grill! This home is set up to celebrate and explore the outdoors, great hot tub, beautiful pool and huge outdoor dining area/terrace. I had a few conversations with the owner and she nicely set us up with some free tastings. We also discovered they we are both huge fans of a couple of places in common. (Medlock Ames and Bella). We only went out one night (Spoon Bar), as we wanted to enjoy the property and we all love to cook. This property is set up for a wonderful visit to the Healdsburg area. We are coming in the summer!

Awesome views! Perfect for a relaxing weekend!
What a great home with most of the living space outdoors on the decks and near the pool. With the amazing weather and views you'll want to spend all your time out there! Very secluded and private so you can enjoy the peacefulness at home or choose to take the short ride into Healdsburg.

Most beautiful views and perfect home for our trip
First off, I will start by saying Laurie was amazing to work with - made herself available when we needed further discussions and provided top notch recommendations. There were 8 of us in town for a friends wedding, six women and one married couple. The married couple got the master which was perfection for their privacy and us girls to stay altogether upstairs. The maid was able to accommodate our bedding requests easily and left other linens in case we wanted to use the pull out couch bed. The pool was beautiful and we spent a lot of time admiring the views there. The hot tub was a nice temperature but could’ve been cleaner, the water was a bit yellow. I am only giving this this a 4/5 stars because of the location and lack of paid transport offered (Uber’s, lyfts, taxis). Laurie 100% warned us about this issue but for folks like us who were wanting to enjoy wine country without worrying about drinking and driving, it was a constant frustration. We all agree the girls weekend wouldn’t have been what it was without the house and views but it was a trade off for transportation offerings which is why we gave it a 4/5 stars. Besides that and the hot tub, everything was perfection, including the town of Healdsburg, wineries and working with Laurie. All 8 of us agreed we would stay there again!

Breathtaking views & Convenient to everything
My wife and I celebrated 15 years of marriage visiting Sonoma and Napa and we couldn't have been more pleased with our time at this amazing home. The views and the outdoor spaces are second to none, and made our trip so relaxing and enjoyable. The home had everything we needed and we were greeted with a bottle of wine from a local vineyard. The beautiful mornings and evenings made our trip so special and memorable, we hope to return soon!
Laurie was helpful and communicated with us the whole time -- she even let us know that a neighbor had extra farm fresh eggs from their chickens and arranged for us to get some! It's that kind of thoughtfulness and attention that will make us think to stay here again.

Beautiful, Relaxing Ironman Race Week Retreat
The house was perfect for our family during race week for the Ironman Santa Rosa 70.3 triathlon. Quiet, beautiful, and easy access to Lake Sonoma, bike course, and Santa Rosa. The owner was great with communicating any needs. Wish we had time to stay two weeks!

High above everything
We spent a long weekend here with some great friends. As promised, the house was up a long private road and off to itself. Since we've visited the Dry Creek area, we didn't mind being out of the town a little ways. Although, it really doesn't take too long to get into Healdsburg.
The views from the property were really spectacular and we spent our late afternoons and evenings enjoying the property after tasting wine during the day. We lazed in the pool, cooked on the grill every night, and viewed the amazing star show. The house was really quiet and peaceful and we had a great time catching up with friends.
The house is comfortably furnished and we had everything we needed. The pool was covered and had a great automatic cover that left it at a great temperature.
This is a great place to kick back with friends and enjoy the valley views from on top of the world!

Secluded and lovely getaway home, close to everything
Loved our time at this home, perched above the valley with sweeping 360 degree views. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids, and we enjoyed the sun and relaxing setting as we sipped wine. We had two sunny days and two rainy days, and enjoyed them all. At night and during the drizzly days, it cooled off very quickly but the pellet stove in the living room provided a surprising amount of heat as well as the perfect ambiance for cozy nights in. The house was well equipped with anything you'd need, and the fantastic Big John's Market (and the rest of Healdsburg) was just a 12-15 min drive away. The owner is very responsive and helpful, and had a ton of recommendations for restaurants, leisure, tastings, and other activities in the area. She left a chilled bottle of wine for us, which we enjoyed upon arrival. She also left us some passes for tastings nearby, which we didn't wind up using but appreciated nevertheless. We also used Joanna's Nannies to secure childcare for one day, so that my husband and I could enjoy wine country like proper adults. Such a nice getaway - we've already recommended the house to several friends who saw our pictures and wanted to know where we had gone.

Everything we needed, plus THE VIEWS!
My husband and I stayed here to attend a friend's wedding and it was truly a wonderful weekend. About the house: clean, private, light-filled, well-appointed with everything we could possibly need (kitchen is perfectly stocked), convenient/central location (we enjoyed Barndiva, Matteo's and Chalkboard - all amazing!), spacious with decks and outdoor space (hello, gorgeous pool and sunshine), comfortable (I don't sleep well away from home, but I slept better than I had all year...i'll be back), and views of stars for miles. Living in San Francisco, I never get to see stars, so it was a luxury and a treat. The owner was a breeze to work with. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We look forward to another one the next time we head up to Healdsburg for a long weekend.

Family fun and breathtaking views
I stayed at this property with my two children and in-laws to chase the sun and get out of the city. It was a perfect set-up for us, cozy with plenty of space for all of us. It is centrally located and very convenient to go into Healdsburg during the day and for dinner. It is very clean and comfortable, and there are several decks and outdoor space to enjoy the views.
The views are breathtaking and the property is very private. There is a great outdoor eating space and grill. We picked up food to eat outside and grilled in the evening. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a hot tub right off the master bedroom. There is a large beautiful pool as well that we thoroughly enjoyed. It has all the amenities you could need for kids--pack and play, high chair and toys.
We would stay here again, we had a great long weekend!

Perfect for families- comfortable home with spectacular views!
Our family had the best time in Healdsburg. The house is great for families and is clean and has everything you need. We cooked at home and enjoyed having wine outside enjoying the views. Laurie was a great host and answered all our questions and provided great suggestions on family friendly wineries and great restaurants nearby. The house has amazing views and the kids loved the hot tub and the pool. We cant wait to come and stay here again.

Beautiful scenic spot
This home sits on a hill with beautiful views. We loved our time there and are ready to go back. We enjoyed coffee out by the pool in the mornings and a glass of wine in the evenings. You look one direction and you feel as though you are in the mountains and then you turn and you are looking over vineyards and valley. It is a very relaxing place. The house is great with it's big windows letting sunshine in......bright and airy. We did some cooking there and had all we needed. It is close to great wineries and downtown strolling and eating. We highly recommend it!

All the comforts of home in a spectacular setting
Top of the world indeed!
What an idyllic setting to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of wine country. Perched atop the ridge line above Healdsburg, you have stunning views of the valley on on side and nature preserve on the other. With decks off every room, you can enjoy whichever view you prefer.
The house is comfortable and well appointed, but the real star is the setting. If you're not outside by the pool or sitting on a deck you are missing out. The best part is you can enjoy the peace and comfort of your own space, but at the same time are only 10 minutes from the square in downtown Healdsburg and all it has to offer.
This is a great spot for a quiet retreat, or command post from which to plan your wine tasting route.
Laurie is fantastic. Very easy to work with, and quick to provide insight or recommendations, She was obviously interested in making sure we enjoyed our time there.
Can't wait to go back for a longer stay!

Beautiful home for a great weekend getaway
We loved our stay at this oasis in Healdsburg. The setting was idyllic, the house was clean and well-appointed, the beds were comfortable and the host was very easy to work with. She responded to all of my questions and needs in a timely manner. If you're looking for someplace to book for a family vacation or just a relaxing getaway weekend in the woods with some vino, then look no further.

A Perfect Escape
Our family of four rang in the new year at this sweet home in an unbelievably gorgeous location. After the winter holiday hubbub, we were looking for a beautiful but quiet getaway and this house fit the bill perfectly. The home was clean, charming, comfortable and well-appointed. Our family debate the whole stay was over which deck offered the more beautiful view (answer: they all do!) We spent our time hot tubbing, hiking, playing games by the fire, cooking, and enjoying the views. My advice is to bring all your groceries because you won't want to leave! We look forward to going back in the warmer months to enjoy the beautiful pool.

Beautiful view, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
While not luxury accommodations, the home was well worth the money. The view and property was beautiful. The arrangements work well for 6-8 people, and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing.

Underwhelmed
While the location and grounds are beautiful, we felt the home was not prepared properly for our stay. There were basic problems with heating, we were unable to use most of the outdoor equipment because of cleanliness issues, and had to deal with a few other maintenance problems that seemed minor to the owner, but took up way too much of our short time at the property. We wish we had paid the same amount for a much better quality and well-maintained home.

Beautiful private hilltop escape
This property is beyond compare! Our summertime stay meant we spent most time outdoors - lazing in the hammock and sun-loungers by the pool, swimming, and dining on one of the many decks. And of course, the nightly hot-tubbing for shooting star-spotting was wonderful. The home is very well appointed - incredibly comfortable, clean, stocked with towels, linens, kitchen implements, bbq etc - really everything you could possibly need and all super easy to locate (which means more time doing the fun stuff!). I have to say the most magical experience was waking up early in the morning and finding ourselves on our own little "island" as the fog had settled in the valley - leaving us with views above the clouds. It goes without saying that the wineries of this area are stunning - both in environment and their wines. One final and very important note: the owner of this property is fantastic - prompt, clear, helpful, generous - I could go on and on. A true pleasure to work with. I can't wait to go back and share the experience with more friends and family. THANK YOU!

I was surprised just how many excellent wineries - many small, less-trafficked, family-run - were within a very short (less than 15 minutes) drive from this house along the Dry Creek River valley. As the pictures attest, you get great views, with the house sitting atop a ridge, and really feel away from it all even though downtown Healdsburg and 101 is only a 15-minute drive. The rooms are nice, there is ample terrain to walk around outside the house, the grill fired up fast, and the multiple decks are great.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this vacation rental. Since it's located at the top of a private road, it was very remote and relaxing. What I liked most about this place was that you were able to experience a nice view from EVERY window/patio in the house. And every bedroom had a patio. This home was also modern but very comfortable, with all of the bedrooms being very roomy and well furnished. We also appreciated the outdoor furniture and the grill, which made for a very pleasant experience!
The location of the home is great as well. We were within minutes of great wineries such as Bella, Quivara and Raymond Burr. I would definitely stay again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this relaxing and peaceful property and had a wonderful time. The views are amazing during the day and the stars are breathtaking at night. The hot tub was such a nice way to end a day of wine tasting and dinner in downtown Healdsburg. I stayed in the master suite downstairs and the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom looks newly updated with a very nice size shower. I highly recommend this place especially if you are looking to "get away" from it all. However, the nice thing is that the home is still very close to all that Healdsburg has to offer. We will definitely be coming back!
