Playa Bonita is a secured building with 24 hour front desk staff and maid service is provided twice weekly. I stayed here for a friends vacation. There were 12 of use staying in different units and mine was by far the best. I have stayed at the property in 6 different units but I will absolutely be booking here again in the future.

We loved our time at this location! We’ve rented this condo before and will likely do so again. Our only criticism is that it would be nice to have more information about the TV, stations available, etc. Also, more details on the keys (I got locked out) because I locked the internal condo door as well as the gate and apparently we did not have a key to this door. Also, the directions for controlling the air conditioning units would be helpful. After challenges we were told that one remote controlled all units but that is not made clear in condo. Simple improvements to enhance our stay, but we will still be back.

This 4th floor condo was very well appointed, secure and safe. Staff and other tenants were friendly and awesome. Great pool area. Also, having a dedicated area roped off on the beach was nice. Owners were accessible and very helpful when we needed them.

This property exceeded our expectations! Great location right beside Blue Chairs, easy walk into all the restaurants and nightlife of Zona Romantica. The condo had ample space for 4 of us. We loved being right on the beach listening to the waves each night as we went to sleep. Highly recommended! 2 king sized beds and 2 bathrooms made it very comfortable for all of us.

This property is even nicer than represented because what you can't experience from reading the listing and looking at the photos is the sound of the surf and the glimmer of the sun dancing off the ocean. The condo was also very clean and very comfortable. Then there is the convenience factor. There are multiple restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as well as a convenience store 2 blocks away, and a liquor store a 1/2 a block away. The beach is directly across the street and there is a private area just for the people in the complex. Our recent stay was arguably the best vacation we have ever had, and much of that was due to this condo unit. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!

Doru was so friendly and easy to get a hold of. We loved this location at Playa Bonita. I will stay here again. I have been going to PV for over 20 years and have been going 3-4 times a year for more than 10 years and this was one of my favorite places to stay. I felt like I was at home here. My sister came for the first time and she absolutely was in love with this condo. The staff was so friendly and everyone else staying there was really nice. I had other family staying at another condo and they were jealous. Location is the best for Zona Romantica. The pool is exclusive so you cannot have guest but we didn’t mind with the beach right there. Thank you Jim and Doru! I will be back.

We took too long finding Puerto Vallarta, but once we did wow ... the location chosen was perfect. Private beach area, service from 2 beach clubs, one on each side. Great for people watching. Sunset from balcony every night, fireworks most nights. Best vacation . walking distance to lots of restaurants.

We unknowingly came during “bear week” Grrr! Lol. And it was wonderful. Everyone was sweet, accomidating and just kind. It was wonderful to see folks confortable in their own skins and be them selfs. They looked so free! We did lots of shopping, found many wonderful taxi drivers and had a ball! Fidel at the front desk was especially informative and really made thing things run smoothly. We are planning on coming back soon - perhaps we’ll even bring our daughter and her girlfriend. Don’t be shy.. take a walk on the wild side!!! 😉

Excellent responsive owners.This condo well appointed, very clean, extra towels and in condo laundry room. Beds and liens are very nice. The kitchen has everything and more for your needs. Only poor comment was to a few front desk staff, they were not very warm and welcoming, my husband is Mexican and said he did not feel welcome by some staff. Overall we love the property. Thank you

The condo needed a good cleaning. Small things needed repaired or replaced. Patio furniture very uncomfortable, which is where we spent most of our time..tp , paper products etc stocked didn't need to buy anything but food. Which was great. Washer/dryer big plus as well. Overall had a good stay, just needs some cleaning and more attention to detail.

We were in town for 5 nights and this was our sixth time in PVR. We typically stay in the hotel zone but we loved the location of this property. It’s right on the beach and very walkable to multiple restaurants. The property was clean, the air conditioning worked great, there were plenty of towels for showering and the beach. Check in was smooth, the building was secured and we had to be buzzed in each time which made it feel very safe. There was always a taxi waiting right outside too in case we needed to get a ride. The Blue Chairs was a great place to get drinks and food at our own beach. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The condominium was great. It was cleaned, updated and provided everything that we needed from a Nespresso machine, wifi, comfortable furnishings and nice beds and linens. The check in was smooth and quick. The front desk was friendly, welcoming and always had a great smile, specially Amanda. The location was superb and we will definitely return to this unit on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

This is a great two bedroom two bath condo right across the street from blue chairs beach. Comfortable beds, great air conditioning, wonderful staff working the front desk. Highly recommend this place. Doru, the owner, is very responsive and accommodating.

Recently stayed for a week and had a wonderful time here. Condo has a great view and hearing the waves was a great way to sleep. Concierge staff was very friendly and helpful. Condo is a quick 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and bars. Would not hesitate to stay again as it had everything we needed.

We have been going to PVR for years and love the general location near the pier. Playa Bonita was exactly what we wanted. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were all great. We enjoyed that you had some nice wine glasses available so we could drink wine and watch the beautiful sunsets from the 4th floor deck. It was perfect, and we’ll definitely be back. Great location and quiet building

We just returned home yesterday from spending a week in this condo. It was very comfortable and so convenient to so many things in the Zona Romantica. One of the benefits is that there is a private beach for Playa Bonita directly in front of the building and right between the Blue Chairs and the Sapphire Beach club. We never had to fight for chairs no matter what time we went down and it was serviced by the waiters from the Blue Chairs. This was a real bonus and made the beach very accessible. The one comment we would make about the condo itself is that the air conditioning box in the hallway is extremely noisy and made it diffidiclt for the person sleeping in the second bedroom to have a good night’s sleep. Perhaps this is something that can be looked at. We would certainly consider booking again for next year!
