The property exceeded our expectation. As we booked the cheapest room available in Rome we were prepared what we are getting at. But the room was spacious enough, clean, comfortable bed, they got us even towel. The location is really good right next to Lidl shop and metro Rebibia.
You have to share the bathroom and the owners are living in the same property and also using these facilities. But I never waited to get in the bathroom. Mornings can be pretty loud but you can still barely here or see any of them.

Good accomodation for the price. Great location for us, really close to the metro station and it takes about 20 minutes to the city centre. Safe parking available inside the property.
Sometimes it was difficult to share one bathroom with other visitors and the shower is really small.

Good location, a short walk from blue metro station and Lidl supermarket. Its 20-30 minutes to central attractions by metro.
Very welcoming Estephanie, always in touch and responsive to our requests.
Very good accommodation for a couple of days to visit Rome attractions and museums. Spacious room, comfortable bed, balcony, quiet apartment and location.

Very comfortable place to stay, the room is very spacious, neat and clean. The girl who gave the keys explained everything well and helped a lot. I'm sure I would stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality.

There is a steep hill to walk up and then there are 4 sets of stairs to go up. Considering I had one piece of luggage that was 50 pounds plus a backpack and a 25 lb carry-on, this was not pleasurable. There was no advanced information as to the steep hill or the amount of stairs I would have to go up. Otherwise I would not have booked it. The room did have a fan ( no A/C)which was nice. The bed was large and the room was a very decent size. Unfortunately there was only one bathroom for four rooms(up to 2 people in each) so they were several times I had to wait to use the bathroom. It was the last stop on the train line, but it still was ok getting to Rome central station. The shower stall was the smallest I’ve ever seen, you can see in pics. You can’t even turn- 18 inch by 18 inch I think. The was mold in the shower stall also(pics), especially on the folding door. The person cleaning would actually have to get in the shower stall to clean it.. when I made the booking, It said all taxes and fees included yet they tried to charge me after I left some tax. I had one other place to try to do this but three other places I stayed did not, so I’m not sure if this is valid or they’re just trying to make extra money. When I’m booking a room and I check show me total price , tax and fees, I don’t expect to be charged extra money. I’m not sure if this is the fault of Booking.com or the facility.

Having a well-equipped kitchen (including coffee etc.) was fantastic! Being really close to the metro made it easy to reach all the main attractions for 1.5€ one way. The property felt very secure. The rooms are large. Great value for money in Rome
Only having one bathroom between four rooms does mean it is quite busy. The bathroom smelt a bit odd (I think maybe from mould)

It was nice to have your own room.
The beds were really uncomfortable. The neighbourhood was okay but I would not stay there again.

Private room with a lock. The view of the colourful, flowered trees. Quiet residential area. Grocery store 2 blocks away.
The distance from the city centre. The room was very cold and not enough blankets. It's not a touristy spot - just to keep in mind. The shared bathroom.
3.8
The room and bathroom are clean, with excellent and complete facilities. The hostel is closed to the metro station.
The location of the hostel is quite far away from the city centre, nearly took 40 minutes to reach the main attractions by metro. Also, the host doesn't speak English and instruction for check-in was not given clearly, so we ended up entering the wrong room at first.
3.8
The bed and sheet was comfortable.
There was no heating. The windows was very thin so all the noise and cold come inside the room. When we arrived at night there was always cigarette smell. The decorations ware awful. The bathroom was not enough. The communication with the owner was very hard.
3.8
Very good, very kind, frindly.
3.8
Very large and comfortable room with good heating. The kitchen is also large and well-equiped.Good for people arriving by car as it has parking and convenient connections by metro to the centre.
As well as that it has a nice pizzeria at the end of road and a nearby Lidl, which is useful.

Location, value for money, clean
Really tiny shower, very small, check out time till 9a.m. ridiculous, at least till 10, it would be better
3.8
location great, 2 mins to the metro station, same for Lidl...out of the city centre so away from the tourist prices, room and kitchen area nice and very clean. Also the people running the show are very nice, helpful and friendly. Good all round value.
Can't really think of anything, simply good value for money.
3.8
The owners are quite nice.
The check-out is clearly to early. The shower is ridiculously small.
3.8
Easy to reach from Tiburtina bus station as well as real easy to get into the centre of Rome. Easy checking in system.
3.8
Really nice place, very clean with AC. The location is perfect. It is very calm and quiet mostly. Rebibbia metro station (from which you can get to the main city using Metro line B) is a 5 minute walk from the place. There is a LIDL as well, the same distance from it which is open til the night every day.
Some of the guests were very loud into the night at like 1-2 am. It was a bit difficult to communicate because the owner's most well known language is spanish.

Kitchen and bathroom was cleaned daily. Big room with comfortable bed. Great value for Rome. The location was good being close to a Lidl grocery store and a train station. The kitchen was nice and had most things needed. They had a laundry machine that they kindly let us use.
The communication from the owners. The front door was hard to open until you figured out you needed to rotate it very hard clockwise. Every time someone new came I'd hear them struggling as well. This would have been nice to know from the owners. Same thing with the key to enter the appartment complex gate. It is the blue key and you need to wiggle the key and remove it a little to get it to work.
They did not want to communicate on booking.com and requested WhatsApp. I found this odd but did it and saw that all our communication was deleted after my stay.
The shower was very small. I'm a big guy and it was tight and hard to move around.
One bathroom for four rooms. If it's full then you could be using one bathroom for 8 people.
Overall the price, location and cleanliness made this worth it.
3.8
The the shower cabin is cramped.
3.8
The location was really good. Rome doesn't have a
good public transportation system, so being close to
metro station was really useful. The host was super
nice, he is helpful, he offered us coffee and he was
very polite too. So overall, very good stay for the
money, easy to visit historic places.
The bathroom is common, and depending on who
are the other people you are staying with, the
experience in this hotel might change. There was a
group in one of the rooms, and they used the
bathroom all the time, we couldn't take shower or
use the bathroom when we liked most of the time.
The location is good, but it is also a bit on the
suburbs, which might not feel very safe at nights.
