Interlaken 24 - Spacious June Lake condo with amazing views of Gull Lake! Deck and BBQ.
This spacious family-friendly condo is just steps away from Gull Lake and a short walk to the village. 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms make this a perfect accommodation for a large family or even two families. The views are spectacular and the outside deck is a great place to relax with your morning coffee or grilling in the evening. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV perfect for a family gathering place. The dining room table is large and seats 8 people to enjoy a wonderful mountain meal or take time to play games together as a family. The kitchen is well-stocked and open to the living space. The condo also features a washer & dryer and lots of closet space. Bring your tennis racquets and play on the courts overlooking Gull Lake. Please note: There is no garage use at this condo.

Interlaken sits overlooking the beauty of Gull Lake. The surrounding mountain peaks are stunning. There are many trails to hike from this area and just a quick walk or drive to Gull Lake and June Lake Marinas.
There is no Public Transportation in June Lake. Please plan to drive or ride your bikes.
Once we receive your reservation we will send you a vacation rental lease agreement via email. Please return within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.
**Tax not included in nightly rates** Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM. All properties are non-smoking. By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Smoking: All of June Lake Premier Reservations properties are non-smoking. If the property smells of any tobacco product or Cannabis, your credit will be charged for any services/equipment used to remove the odor. Please do not smoke inside the property. All smoking must take place 30 feet from any structure. Check-in time is 4:00PM. Check-out time is 10:00AM. We expect you to honor these times as the housekeepers need to clean and prepare the unit for the next guest’s arrival. If you have special needs and would like to check-in early, we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee this. Weather: We do not refund any monies for weather related issues or smoke due to forest fires that may affect June Lake or the surrounding areas. Please research weather conditions or call us with any questions or concerns you may have. Weather is the Eastern Sierra can change drastically in a short time. Credit Card: Full payment is due at the time of booking a reservation. When a guest pays for a reservation using a personal credit card, you are also acknowledging that this credit card will be held on file as the security deposit during your stay and used for any damages caused by anyone in the responsible person’s party. Reservations Payment in full is accepted at the time of booking. Refunds: There are no refunds for departing early. Please take this into consideration before you do so. Illness, medical emergencies and poor weather do not qualify for an early departure. Age Requirements: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a property with June Lake Premier Reservations. Our staff reserves the right to ask for identification to verify a person’s age should there be question. All guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by someone who is 21 years of age or older. Pets: Pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Please do not risk this as you will be asked to vacate the property immediately should a pet be discovered. If you have a service dog and plan to bring the animal along, you must notify June Lake Premier Reservations before arrival. Lost & Found: Should a guest discover they have left an item behind, the management will be happy to go to the property and look for it. There is a $20 fee to go to the property and look/retrieve the item. Guest will also be responsible for the cost incurred to mail it to its destination. Occupancy: All of our rental properties have a designated occupancy limit. This limit has been set by the Mono County Chapter 26 Ordinance. All guests must comply with the occupancy limits. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction. Remember children and infants do count as people are a considered a part of the occupancy limit.

This was our second year in a row at the same house. Location, facilities and everything is great. However, on both trips we have not been able to operate the main tv on the living room to watch all channels. Plus this tv is crazy undersized even to the wall bracket holding it. We were there to ski, but we’re not able to watch sports during down time. Maybe the owner could consider improving this.

Great place for our multi generation family trip. Beautiful view/location and cozy place with what felt like a lot of history. Great book collection and would go back. Beware the mosquitos from the lake..

Although I would hate to have to dust all the knick knacks in this condo, my family and I all grew up in Yosemite and raced all over Mammoth and Tahoe through the years. We found the comfort of this home, WITH all its ski memorabilia, very easy to settle into. The book collection alone will have us coming back in subsequent years! We hope. The beds were comfy, and for three middle aged couples having a private bathroom which each bedroom suite was a real plus!

Pros: Beautiful views, big rooms, well maintained condo. Everything you need is available. Owner is awesome and very helpful
Cons: lake that you see in picture is not accessible as you see it, you have to walk around to get to lake. Its a hike

Stunning view in this comfortable Chalet condo
We had a lovely restful stay in this homey, spacious condominium. All of the furnishings were very comfortable. It was lovely to see the sun hit the mountain in a rosy glow early each morning. We enjoyed the unsurpassed view and lovely 1.9 mile walk around Gull Lake. This is an end unit and we found it to be very quiet even with all of the windows open. Lovely space to stay in. Hope we get to come back!!

June Lake condo
A spacious property. A wonderful view. Because of the elevation at 7700 ft, no A/C. There were some noisy neighbors over the weekend which was not a good combination with needing the windows open to sleep. Otherwise, this is a nice unit, if dated.

Great stay
Came here for fishing season opening weekend with some friends and we had a great time. There’s a beautiful view of Gull Lake and it’s a very short drive into the main part of town. Plenty of parking and the hot tub on the property was awesome after a long day of fishing.
