Posizione ideale vicino all’università e a mezzi pubblici.
La toilet si era intasata, e dopo una chiamata veloce hanno subito mandato qualcuno ad aggiustarlo.
Staff molto professionale e disponibile. Un ottimo servizio.

Great location although no parking. Nr5 was a nice large and comfortable apt. Nr6 was cozy apt in the attic (slanted ceiling) not suitable for tall people.
It was cold January night and we were left with no heating until the following morning around 10am. Emails and phone calls unanswered until the morning (getting ready for funeral at 12!).
Security Deposit of £600 by bank transfer still not returned after 9 days after check out. Security deposits requirement should be printed in BOLD not small print.

Very spacious, comfortable and well located.
Nothing, it was all great.

Location
When we arrived, the whole place smelt of sewers. We lifted the toilet lid to discover a blocked toilet full of faeces. We contacted the host to be told a plumber would come the next day. There were 6 adults in the apartment who could not use the toilet for nearly 24 hours. We were offered a bathroom in another property a 10 minute walk away. We were not offered alternative accommodation. We had no choice but to use the toilet facilities at Cafe Nefo a 2 minute walk away. It was my son's graduation that day as well. I was given 50% off the 1st night, which is a disgrace. I will not be recommending or book again.
In addition, the apartment was tired and needed a fresh coat of paint, especially the window frames. The entrance was also dirty and the carpets stained. The photos of the apartment and building were therefore not accurate and infact misleading.

it’s looking a little tired needs a general tlc to bring back upto scratch.

the space, the decor, the light. it was beautiful.
There were a few things that didn’t work/missing which stopped me from rating it a 10:
no lead to the speaker
only 1 pillow provided for the sofa bed
hob was difficult to use and the online instructions did not match the model
shower gel was empty
dishwasher didn’t work
tv was glitching
it didn’t stop the s enjoying our stay but would have been nice to have had those extras.
3.5
The shower was really difficult to adjust the temperature. I gave up as it was too hot to stand under and I couldn’t change it.
Also, couldn’t get on Netflix as remote didn’t work. It wasn’t an issue as we were out and only sleeping there, but if I was there for longer i would want it working.
4.5
Well decorated, spacious apartment in perfect location for exploring Bristol
Could have done with an extra comfy chair as well as the sofa

The price, view, location, beds, whole place done to a very nice finish.
Several snags needing repaired, but not enough to stop us really enjoying the apartment.

We loved the location of the property. Very comfortable beds and sofa bed.
There was a strong smell of curry once we had entered the apartment which was still hanging around by the morning. The dishwasher had a fish smell to it too. There was a clump of blonde hair in the corner of one of the bedrooms. The shower door was hard to open and close, we had to use the shower head in the bath as the shower only had boiling hot water coming out of it. Once shower was on it was very difficult to turn off again.
4.5
Clear instructions on email which was really handy!
Some of the manuals for the apartment weren't too clear? For example we had to Google how to use the heating system as it was very warm and we couldn't work out how to turn it off, but we soon worked it out and the flat was much more comfortable.
4.0
very good location, spacious and clean accommodation comfy beds and nice and quiet
small things but I didn’t realise there was no hairdryer as that is standard in most properties, also the shampoo and shower gel could only be used for the bath and not the shower as fixed to the wall.
4.5
The location was perfect, apartment was so spacious, clean and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed.
It was really hot in the apartment, even after trying to turn the heating off

Good location. Kitchen fairly well equipped.
We requested bed linen for the sofa bed but this wasn't provided. We only realised at 11pm when we tried to make the bed. I called the support line, rather than bringing the bed linen to our apartment, they instructed us to retrieve it ourselves from the basement.
Only 4 towels were provided for a party of 5.
The apartment was in the loft, accessed by several flights of stairs, some of which were very steep, no lift. Difficult with children and suitcases.
The photos of the apartment made it look much nicer than it actually was. The walls in the hallways were scuffed and dirty.
4.5
Really comfortable and everything we needed.
Beds great. Shutters so dark when wanted.
Really clean. Great value compared to 2 hotel rooms.

The property was spacious and well kitted out with good quality kitchen appliances, utensils and bathroom facilities. The living room and bedrooms were comfy and spacious. It felt safe and was a good temperature.
Parking was difficult as it is on street and heavily restricted to resident permit areas. The description on the website said parking was available but actually this was misleading because you have to request a permit when you check in online, which costs extra and they don’t guarantee they will have one available. There wasn’t one available for me so I had to walk a few hundred yards with luggage and two small children.

nice looking good location and low hassle
double bed too small for two , windows poor so noisy - basically couldn’t sleep
3.5
everything except for no lift to carry large luggages
no lift in the apartment. our apartment is no 5 on 3rd floor so it was difficult for us to carry 4 large luggages upstair.
4.0
The place is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there. However, the pictures on the website we saw are not quite the same as the actual apartment we stayed. Maybe there are too many flats with too many pictures for other flats, so we got a bit confused. However, It's still stylish and modern. So overall we are okay with it.
The location is a bit far from the train station and it's up the hill. But it's very closed to the beautiful Clif suspension bridge and interesting Bristol museum. We thought we rented the ground floor of apartment according to the website we saw, but it ended up we were assigned to the top floor flat 5 with lots of stairs. We have 3 kids plus one pushchair plus one big luggage. You can imagine how difficult for us to walk from the train station with kids and luggages for 30 mins to the apartment and to go up the hill on the way and even to carry all our heavy stuff on the stairs in the apartment. We wished we could know more details that it's not closed to the train station from the very beginning and the apartment has no lift. If we knew all the details ahead of time, we probably wouldn't choose this apartment for our stay this time because we don't have the car and we took national rail to Bristol. Thus, location is quite important to us. But overall, the apartment is very clean, modern, and comfortable. We still enjoyed our time there.

Relocated the day before and never stopped in the accommodation we booked in June. We booked Fredrick Place as it had 3 beds, we were given Arabica House with only 2 beds and the hosts did not respond to request for additional bed and bedding. Arabica House was noisy with passing students (it's near a large student accommodation block) and poor sound proofing (i.e. banging doors in the apartment block). They have not responded since or dealt with my complaint - just blanked - very disappointing service, I won't be using this provider again.

The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive.
We booked Frederick Place but after we paid we received an email ref access to the place. We got relocated to a different flat without telling us upfront, neither via booking.com nor the landlord. Hence we had to stay in a very different area of Bristol. The flat had no terrace. It was not very clean. The bed linen were dirty. It was very noisy. The staff reacted to the feedback however we were very disappointed about the whole situation.
4.5
Great location, very comfortable and lovely space.
I found the booking process stressful, taking £300 deposit wasn’t very friendly. It would have been better if you had explained the entry system better so we could have easily accessed the apartment.
