In all a good stay

The staff is super nice and there’s buffet breakfast, all the facilities are clean, and the rooftop is really nice to sit on it and have a little bit chat

Is a little bit far away from Sorrento station and we have to take one stop from as S Agnello, there are only two washing machines so is not being very considerate

Ambiente frequentato da giovani provenienti da diverse nazionalità. Le stanze grandi e luminose, i servizi puliti. Lo staff cordiale e disponibile.

Suihkut ja wc tilat olivat kamalia. Ikkunasta näki naisten suihkuun. Oleskelutilat anket. Kaikki huoneet (dormit) eivät ole sellaisia kun booking com sivulla, vain osa on. Osa on todella huonoja, perus kerrossängyt ilman pöytää, valoa tai pistorasiaa -> huijausta!

Fantastic hostel

Great hostel, Great free breakfast Nice cheap food and drinks available Huge terrace Good atmosphere Clean nice room with comfy beds and lots of space I was very impressed (6 bed female dorm) Tip: make sure to book a dorm room with an ensuite bathroom as the shared communal bathroom is not as nice!

good value and interesting place

they accepted my request to reserve a bottom bunk in advance wich not everywhere does. Interesting concept in an old convent with a big bar and restaurant. Location ok as in between the coast and the town so both are easily walkable, as is the railway station/ bus stop. Free breakfast was good enough especially considering the price of the whole package

Not a cosy hostel- bland decor, very big and airy with very high rooms although many people would maybe like that. It didn't help that it was unusually cold for April and with no heating in the building (or innefective due to the high rooms) it felt even less cosy. The toilet/ shower block was quite a distance from the dorms if you needed to get up in the night though it was well equipped. I'm not sure it can be a proper hostel if it doesn't have a kitchen or a communal fridge or even a kettle to use. Because they have their own bar and restaurant it's not allowed to bring your own food or drink in and the bar is not exactly budget price at 5 euros a big bottle of beer compared to 1.35 in the supermarket, though the restaurant was resonable price.

Good but not exceptional.

Great rooftop, comfortable beds, included continental breakfast.

Cleaning is not very thorough but good enough-bathrooms should be done twice per day. The showers in the girls bathroom are pretty much see-through with no where to put your stuff.

Nice Budget Hostel in Amalfi!

We had our own private room for 4 people just off the rooftop which was very private and spacious. Beautiful view from the rooftop. A short walk to get the train into Sorrento town and trains did run regularly. Close by to food and shops and good value for money considering you are in the Amalfi Coast! Would recommend to a budget traveler if you are looking for a cheaper option in the Amalfi.

Wifi didn't reach our room and we couldn't get data/reception. Breakfast was a bit average, coffee wasn't nice at all.

very nice rooftop bar with good food and friendly staff. also free breakfast was very good

no toilet seats. aircon didn’t work so had to leave window open which was noisy. hostel very removed from everything and it’s a long walk into Sorrento

Great hostel

The beds was comfortable showers hot and everything was clean. I was a bit uncertain about staying here when I read a review about bed bugs, but as I said the place was clean. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

In the description it said bar and coffee shop on site. The bar was not open while I was there however, you could order drinks and a meal but everything came in plastic cups and paper plates

Good value for money but needing repairs and cleaning improval

The staff availability and friendliness. The buffet breakfast. The affordable prices for food and drinks.

I paid a bit extra for a room with a private bathroom that I couldn't use. The shower drainpipe was blocked with other people's hair (from previous months and years). I had to complain twice for them to unblock it. The tent over the restaurant let water in and this area (biggest common space) looked dumped my whole stay. Most facilities need renewal, so the whole hostel will look cleaner. I checked out 2 days earlier and they refused to refund any money to me, although they could have sold my bed to another customer for a higher price (and they probably did).

Superb

Nice neighborhood, you can walk to the center of Sorrento, it's near the train station and it has wonderful terrace. We were in a private room with bathroom on the second floor, it had a nice view.

Oké hostel (that has more the vibe of a hotel) for a relatively cheap stay around amalfi coast but with staff that isnt

Roof terrace and breakfast included

The attitude of the staff. They were very nonchalant; for instance went they told us we couldn’t go to the main area of the roof terrace where the bar was because of a private party (from people outside of the hostel) and were very dismissive/rude about our feedback/complaint. Also there were no cushens on the seats on the roof terrace. When we asked for the cushens the staff told us that they only bring them out in case of a private party. So no comfortable chilling on the roof terrace. There was no soap in our private room and in the communial bathroom.

Good

The building was original and spacious, it had a lovely big rooftop. There were lockers in every room. There was an air conditioning, which was a big plus. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The staff was helpful.

The bathrooms were dirty. They should be cleaned more often. The men's toilets were smelly. The toilets don't have a toilets seats. There was no place for toilet paper, so people put it on the floor, as a result it was completely wet and unusable (as floor was wet all the time). The shower cabins were really transparent, so there was no privacy. There was some mold in the cabins.
