SPA weekend with my love.

The staff was very polite. The room was clean and comfy. The SPA center is clean and the water is hot. The food was delicious. We will definitely return. There are several supermarkets nearby, as well as street food if you want something different. We tried everything in the SPA which was working - sauna, steam bath, ice massage, salty room, one big pool, one small one with massage, jacuzzi and hot shower. There were some facilities which didn't work.The mehana (restaurant) was great.

There were jacuzzi's outside but they didn't work and also hot beds didn't work too (relax zone).

Страхотна релаксираща семейна почивка

Посрещнаха ни приятно, в една топла битова атмосфера. В стаите нищо не липсваше. Храната ни беше разнообразна и вкусна. Възможността да ползваш топъл минерален басейн и джакузи с по- топла вода, а за разкош сауните работеха постоянно. Хареса ми много леденият кът. Останахме със сина ми много доволни от фитнес уредите.

Мога да кажа, че нещата , които не ми харесаха са нищожни и не бих си позволил дори да ги коментирам, защото удоволствието ми бе на макс.

Очень красивое и уютное место в которое хочется вернуться!!

Шикарный отель. Пожалуйста самый красивый в Банско. Уютные номера, почти идеальная чистота. Отличный тренажерный зал, чистое и очень просторное спа с множеством саун бассейном и джакузи. Порадовало наличие соляной комнаты. Очень хороший ресторан( механа) на территории отеля, большое меню, хорошие повара. У нас приключилась в отеле странная история. У ребенка пропали 2 разных новых носка🤣, причем это случилось как то странно . Она их распаковала, никуда не выходили, никто не приходил. Перерыли весь номер и не нашли🤣🥰. Мистика какая то. Рашили что унес «домовой», больше не кому, так что если найдете 2 разных новых носка) один с мышками другой с кошками, то знайте, где то их ждет пара🥰🤣 и мы обязательно к вам за ними вернемся . Ребенок в тех самых оставшихся носках на фото.

Понравилось все. Не к чему придраться. Не было чайника, по первой просьбе нам его выделили. Пожалуй только завтраки слегка однообразны .

Приятен, уютен и чист хотел. Добра храна и обслужване.

В спа зоната има какво да се желае още, но има всичко нужно.

Хотел Танне е много уютно и приятно място за почивка. Стаите са просторни, чисти, топли и приятни. Стаята ни беше с балкон и гледка към планината. СПА зоната е на ниво. Има и зала с игри, където можете да се забавлявате с децата. Храната в ресторанта е качествена и вкусна.

Great hotel

We loved the hotel.very clean and beautiful.the spa was great.nice and helpful owner.although the wasn't air conditioner,we opened the window and we had a pleasent cool wind .

Fantastic spa, large and clean room, garden is beautiful, good breakfast, overall it's great place.

The waitress in the restaurant is the only member of staff that was nice and deserves some credit

Everything. Very well located, in the center of Bansko but very quiet. 8 minutes walk from the Gondola. Beautiful hotel, the room was big and very clean (was cleaned everything day). Nice spa area, heated pool and jacuzzi. Nice garden for the kids to play. Rich breakfast.

Very good

Tanne is a little bid outdated hotel not far from the gonodola in the center of Bansko. The rooms are good, beds fine and the breakfast is basic but sufficient. The hotel has a nice spa/ welness with pool, jacuzi and saunas. Bathrobes in every room.

Hotel Tanne is the right choice for families, those looking for a boutique place and SPA

The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the staff of Mehana Tanne. Also the fireplace in the restaurant was great. We ate there all but one night. Kids loved it. Our room was double-decker and very large. There were 2 bathrooms with bathtubs and 3 toilets. It was a room with a fireplace. We did not have any heating problems. Parking was available. Breakfast was adequate by Bulgarian standards. Gondola lift is 10 minutes away, but it wasn't a strenuous or boring walk. We had no difficulties with our 2 children. SPA area jacuzzi, pool, steam bath, salt room and saunas were great. The children had fun in the playground in the garden of the hotel. They enjoyed it more because it was snowing. We as a family were very satisfied. When we go to Bansko again, the address where we will stay is certain.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Very good

Nice and helpful staff, good location (10 minute walk to ski lift), free parking, warm and comfortable. It's not a modern hotel but a traditional Bulgarian hotel with great character.

Staff was friendly, ready to help

We stayed 6 nights. First 2 breakfasts were very limited choice. Probably, because we were only 2 families in the hotel. In the next days when more people arrived to the hotel , the breakfast choice was good. We stayed in October and the warm system still did not work.

Everything is excellent. There is free parking lot. The hotel is clean. The swimming pool is also clean and the water is warm. The personnel is very helpful and responsive. The price for this quality is really good.

Could be better

The room was clean and spatious and the view to the mountains was really nice.

It’s that kind of place where even tough it’s difficult to pinpoint the things you didn’t like, you know that definetely could have been better and in total, they could work harder on all aspects. For instance, the staff was ok but they gave the impression that they were bored or tired, they didn’t had that “welcome” attitude. The breaksfast was mediocre for my taste and definetely not worthy for a 4 star hotel, they only had instant coffee for free( included in the price you pay) and if you wanted “normal” coffee you had to pay extra. Also, a description tag in front of every dish would be nice so you wouldn’t have to ask what you eat. Small details make the difference.

Warm welcoming from Mr. Victor. Parking Free facilities. Spacious clean room. Warm swimming pool water. Nice fresh prepared three choice dinner meal. Very good variety breakfast

Minor things, just to mention The often use button of elevator number 2 floor lost the print. No operating flat battery swimming pool wall clock.

Nice. i would visit the hotel again.

The hotel is well maintained, in good condition. Stuff is welcoming and facilities are ok.

The only disadvantage for me is the bed size - I am over 1'90 and it feels a little short. That's however a minor issue.
