Staff are not concerned about customer comfort

Bed was comfy

The shower was very poor - the water was not very hot, and more annoying is the fact that the shower head did not stay in the right position, the holder for the shower head was not strong enough so water was not sprayed in the right direction - absolutely useless! No bottled water in the room What compounded my irritation was the member of staff who handled my checkout asked the routine question of "Was everything ok?"...when I told her no, there was no interest in why...so I asked her if she was interested in what had gone wrong....it was absolutely clear that there was no interest in how customer experience could be enhanced

Enige positieve is de ligging vlakbij La Défense

Oud gebouw, ongezellig restaurant ( echt op zijn Frans), ramen die alle geluiden door laten ) kamer 571) . Erover geklaagd om dan een stillere kamer te krijgen aan de binnenkoer. Maar vanaf 7:00 volop lawaai van de nabij gelegen dienstlift (kamer 440). Voeg daarbij de luid kwetterende poetsvrouwen...Dat allemaal voor maar 330 euro per nacht

Second time I’ve stayed there and would definitely stay again.

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast choices.

The shower overflowed and we had to wait for over a day for it to be unblocked.

6.30am breakfast there was no croissants bread or normal water to drink. Payed a lot of money and no basics. Very disappointing.

The lobby looks nice and the location convenient for my purpose.

The bathroom was not clean and the toilet seat was very old and cracked. Absolutely unacceptable after COVID to have uncleanliness in the bathroom as it makes you question everything.
