Located in a quiet prestige area, this beautifully crafted period masterpiece will delight any traditionalist who appreciates the workmanship of old and all of today's modern conveniences. Be tempted by the local Mends and Angelo Street cafe strips where you'll find everything from English breakfasts, pizzas, pasta, vegetarian, or fish & chips to gourmet smoked salmon or age beef sirloin. If you enjoy outdoor activities try the catamaran hire, swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing or just chilling out to the peace and quiet along the river.

The resort style courtyard with swimming pool (glass fencing) is a real feature so come, unwind and relax with a BBQ and your favourite wine in your own private outdoor entertaining area.

This stylish newly renovated character home is located just minutes walk from the Swan River foreshore and cafe strips in the famous Angelo Street and Mends Street.

The lovely South Perth oasis is a 20 minutes taxi ride to the domestic and international airport and the Perth CBD and Burswood Casino are a mere five minutes drive away.

The bus stop is 2 minutes walking distance away which will take you into the Perth City Bus / Train Depot, and also Curtin University and Carousel Shopping Centre.

Perfect family vacay!

Perfect family vacay!

My family and I had the best time at this property. Chris and his parents were so accommodating and made the 11 of us feel right at home. We had everything we needed at this property and it was clean from the get go. Would highly recommend this place for a family get together - be it for a nice bbq, pool games or simply for a chilled holiday ! We have no regrets and will definitely be booking this place for our next stay together :)

South Perth Oasis was well situated in South Perth with modern features, a well equipped kitchen, a great pool and a high level of cleanliness and order. We had a great week with extended family, and will definitely recommend it to family and friends visiting Perth in the future.

My family and I stayed at the South Perth Oasis for a week as my husband and I married at St Columba's Catholic Church (across the road!) and it was perfect. I have a large family and there was enough room for everyone to stay comfortably. The outdoor area and the pool were fantastic (especially for the kids!) - my only recommendation would be for some shade in the pool area. The owners were lovely and came to see that everything was OK with our stay. Even the neighbours were lovely! Great location- not far from the foreshore so we could walk along the Swan River every morning and walking distance to Angelo Street for shopping and cafes. Couldn't fault our stay - Thank you Chris.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property with my family who were visiting from the country. Very comfortable for everyone, perfectly located with easy access to the city/river and the nearby shopping strip has everything you might need. Chris facilitated an easy booking & check in and I would definitely recommend this well maintained and clean property.

The house was perfect with all mod cons necessary when enteraining family and friends over the Christmas, including large serving dishes and a large BBQ. Thre were 6 of us and daily visitors yet we never felt cramped inside or out. The pool was great with shade and a clear view from the decking so we could see the kids. The Christmas lights on the trees at night added to the atmosphere. It was a home away from home and only a 5min walk to Angelo street for great coffee and shopping. We had a suberb stay and would go defintely back there again.
