The staff is extremely kind and always available to help and give tips about local activities. The facility is absolutely stunning, very clean and in a cozy little village. The SPA is definitely worth trying. Vezzano Ligure is in a great location, very quiet and only 20 mins drive from La Spezia, Lerici and Sarzana. We had a great time!
Everything was great!

Historic location in a traditional Tuscan village with great views over the hillside. Comfortable and clean.
Parking wasn’t so close and needed allot of stairs to access room. Not a problem for us, but maybe other visitors may have an issue.

One of the staff members were friendly
Scenic outside the hotel
Parking was accommodated for as it was up a hill
Weak internet
Although it was described to have A/C, the AC wasnt connected and upon asking the receptionist, she said it wasnt working
Not all staff members were friendly.
Hotel smelt like cigarettes ie needs more ventilation
Staff did not show us around and did not explain to us how to use any of the included facilities eg spa
Our room was right at the reception entrance and so if anyone was at reception, you can hear the chatter (which was all the time)

Great location - a tiny village on the hill with great views and lovely small paths with beautifully decorated houses. I suggest a short walk to explore the architecture. Great breakfast. Close to La Spezia (30 min drive by car) and Cinque Terre.
The hotel has no elevator, but that's expected in such location. Uncomfortable beds.

Everything was perfect: from the room to the staff! Everyone was so nice to us, it was a real pleasure staying here. The room was very cosy and the hotel is really close from La Spezia, where you can easily park your car and take the train to visit the Cinque Terre! We also booked the SPA which was a nice break in our vacation. Also: ask the hotel about the little restaurant (L’osteria!!) in the village, they offered to book it for us and it was delicious!
Nothing!

The staff was very nice and friendly, they help us plan our day hike to cinque terre.
Breakfast was very nice and had a huge variety of choices.
We booked the SPA and really enjoyed our time there, the facilities are great... we wanted to book a massage but we ran out of time, so we will leave it for next time!
We booked the smaller room, I was worried it would be too small... but felt comfy and big enough for the two of us.
Nothing all was great!

The breakfast was great and an easy system online makes for a quick breakfast but if you don’t feel like having what you ordered the night before I they will not change it.
The shower could have been better along with the pillows on the bed. The WiFi was terrible in my room and the location is far from the shops. This did not bother me as the views and isolation away from the city is what I was looking for

Cute little hotel in a beautiful old village
it was a bit noisy

Very tasty and varied breakfast. Wonderful place in a small town on a hill.
Insufficient wifi connection. Parking further from the hotel. Near only one restaurant

The staff were super friendly and nice people.
The hotel was very pretty and felt very historic, yet renovated and in good condition.
Pets were welcome without any additional charge.
We did not have time to visit the spa.
The road to the hotel is steep and nerve wrecking. Finding parking is a challenge and the hotel has no designated places.
There is only 1 restaurant in the town and it was packed - not possible to eat without reservation. This is something the hotel might inform the guests about, especially during busy evenings, otherwise people either go hungry or need to drive down the unpleasant road, to other town. Not very nice, if you just finished a long drive and looking to relax.

Situated in a pretty and genuine local village, this hotel has all the conditions for a good and relaxing time.
Breakfast was quite good as well.
The wifi could get improved and the plugs on the walls could be adapted to most modern technology. We had to unplug the fridge to use the socket for our devices.

Stanza ampia, pulita. Hotel pet friendly. Staff genitilissimo e disponibile.
