La pulizia, la struttura, la piscina ma soprattutto la gentilezza dello staff

This is a very nice hotel with a relatively large swimming pool, considering its size. Swimming in the pool was quite refreshing after the whole day's walk throughout Assisi's old town. The hotel is located in a very quiet and pleasant suburb of Assisi (about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Assisi main gate).
The breakfast could be better. The number of choices was small, particularly for a vegetarian (e.g., there was no vegetable). Apart from that, all the rest was perfect.

Friendly staff, lovely hotel and good amenities.
Rooms were a little dated but to be expected in Assisi

Room was spacious enough for two. The view from the rooms and pool is breathtaking. Breakfast was a continental type breakfast and had enough choice for us. The dining room was very spacious and gave each table 'breathing' space. The pool and surroundings were excellent - plenty of sun loungers and large umbrellas for shade. The pool was large enough (looked like 15 to 20m?) to undertake a good swimming session, if required. The hotel itself is approximately a 25 minute stroll into the main square in Assisi. Walking back in the dark was problematic on one night as the road lights had been switched off...so take a torch just in case.
The only negative was that the superior rooms were in an annex to the hotel, which was situated near to a quite noisy road. No problem if sleeping inside with the windows shut and the air conditioning on as the double glazing insulated the room from the noise. These rooms also have a balcony, which overlooks a small parking area and also quite close to a plant room (for air conditioning, maybe). So, if you are wanting to have a quiet drink on the balcony, the noise can be a distraction.

Lovely pool, location outside of Assisi but still walkable. Reception and bar up to date as per photos, rooms were cleans and comfortable with good air conditioning. Restaurant was decent the time we ate in it and friendly staff.
Rooms were not as up to date as some other parts of the hotel but were clean and comfortable and good quality just not as up to date as the reception and bar areas.

Excellent location, lovely hotel, friendly staff and exceptionally clean. Food in the restaurant was great too.

This was a great space to stay. You're staying in a small Hamlet in Chianti. Close to a lot of wineries, and there is a winery on the property. There is a bar, an Enoteca, and an amazing restaurant on the premises. The breakfast was exceptional.

Good location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

The room (n.64) was lovely with a superb balcony looking out towards the distant mountains etc. Bed was great.
The staff from arriving to leaving was always, kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was typical Italian but always plenty to choose (cold meats, cheeses, fruit, cakes, cereals, fresh bread etc.
Dinner at night was great and a good choice and cooked and presented to a high standard. Good choice of wine etc. All at a reasonable price.
Hotel position was fantastic being only an easy (flat) 15-20 minutes walk to Assisi.
We didn't use the spa area so cannot comment on that.
The pool and area looks lovely so would definitely come in the summer when it's open.
Overall we would definitely come again in the summer. Highly recommend this great hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay memorable.
If I was going to be really picky I would have liked a kettle in the room but I was able to get hot water from hotel reception with no problem which was good. Perhaps also a hot selection at breakfast would have been nice but as I said still plenty and good selection to eat anyway so not a problem and these are just my own personal likes not dislikes 😃

great vibes. Classic building with surprisingly modern decor (in the common spaces).
Our room was on the small side and a bit dated, mattress a bit hard but great overall experience.

The location 1 Km away from Asisis. The service at breakfast time; the waiter was very nice indeed. The garden and the view.
We stayed in a room facing West, for that’s reason, the room was very hot and the AC wasn’t connected by the person in charge who was rude and not able to manage our needs. We had to open the windows and the room filled with mosquitoes. The first night was actually nightmare. The older guy in the Front Desk treated me in a way no guest deserves. Poor breakfast

The worst hotel in my Life. Theo worst ser vice room .Theo worst service of staff. He said: you have a reservation with Booking,, thus your room will be the worst root.

Relaxing, peaceful environment away from the busy center of town. A twenty minute walk into city center which is above the scenic valley.
The service staff were all friendly and helpful.
Our room was lovely. I will recommend to friends.

The property was very well located with only a short walk into the town. It was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The staff and the restaurant were great too!

Beautiful hotel. Gorgeous setting swimming in a prestige pool looking up at the mountains and the view spreading out below
The only thing that could have been better was eggs for breakfast.
That’s all

NOTHING! Everything was great!

We loved this hotel. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and all the facilities are super clean
It has a decent pool, and the spa is awesome: it is small, but fully equipped. When you hire it, you are the only guest, so it feels very luxurious. The hotel also has a very decent restaurant
I cannot fault this hotel. My son didnt want to leave!

This property is incredible and was very unexpected. It's a beautiful, well-kept oasis with manicured gardens, a beautiful pool and an exceptional view. They have a great family room for people traveling with kids (multiple beds if you have more than two kids). The staff was friendly and accommodating, which was greatly appreciated. Our only regret was staying for just one night! A short walk from town, or you can eat on site - it's up to you.

Great views. Quite a relaxing time to just chill by the pool. 5mins walk to the bus stop to the Assisi own centre (fairly frequent schedule), 15mins walk to a decent grocery store. Loved hanging in the balcony and soaking in the summer heat. Shower had a mini seat, working hair dryer, mini fridge, tv had English channels.
Dinner at the restaurant wasn’t the best (4 euros for 4 pieces of grilled veggies, i.e. not even a whole courgette, is sooo overpriced) and breakfast was also quite below average for a gluten free person (there are options but quite limited for how much you have paid). Kinda old updated furnishings. Air con had only one setting it seems, and would come off and on through the night. Walls were very thin and you could hear the next room speaking.

the view and the pool were great. also the proximity to thw old town.
our room was dark with windows to patio, so we had to keep the shades.
