Made very welcome and Ingo went out of his way to advise me , and make my stay comfortable.

Beautiful traditional moorish townhouse furnished tastefully with an eye to detail. Extremely attentive staff whose tips of what to see and how to get about were very helpful. Lovely breakfast too. If you want to feel history, stay at this delightful family owned and run hotel.

Staying here was the highlight of our trip. We received useful and detailed information from the hosts, the room was perfect, and breakfast was outstanding. This small boutique hotel has an exotic aura reminiscent of Granada's past, while it also made us feel truly at home. We made use of the parking space close by, which was spacious and easy to find.
Loud music during the festivities of the weekend continued during the night, but the hosts could not prevent that.

Historic building in good repair opposite Alhambra amidst a maze of tangled alleyways and largely well kept houses, religious buildings and restaurants/cafes. The family running it couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. On our first night we were the only guests yet they still laid out an enormous breakfast that would feed a tribe and made a great omelette! Everyone should see Alhambra before they die!

Lovely hotel team, esp Ingo, very helpful and knowledgable. Hotel is authentic building, beautifully restored. In the middle of Albaiçin. Once you parked your car in the garage, you can walk everywhere.

It was on a historical place. We could see a beautiful Alhambra view at night. There is a good parking facility. The owners and the front office staff were extremely helpful. The front office staff Ingo is very knowledgeable, down-to earth and extremely helpful.
Nothing much except bad smell in the bathroom. I think that’s very common in Europe because most of the buildings are really old

a charming and traditional old building in a wonderful location. very close to one of the best viewpoints of the Alhambra and with a very useful bus stop outside. great staff, great breakfast.

The location in Abaicin was perfect for both sightseeing (Bus C32 goes from a stop just outside the hotel entrance to Alhambra) and for visiting local restaurants with a sunset view of Alhambra. The staff was great and concerned with cleanliness and ecology. The breakfast included several great items such as homemade lemonade, marmalade, bread and cake.
No complaints.

Brilliant location. Such a comfortable small family hotel. Awesome views of the Alhambra from our bedroom window. Such kind staff. They even made us a picnic breakfast to take with us when we left.
Can't fault anything really

Lovely little hotel run by friendly helpful staff, Ingo gave us loads of information about the local area and was always around to answer any questions. Nice clean rooms, homemade breakfast and handy parking. The tea/coffee and homemade lemonade available downstairs was a very nice touch. Decor was in keeping with this historic old building, lots of wood and a lovely Andalucian patio.
We loved Granada and we’re glad we stayed in the Albaicin, we loved the mirador San Nicolas nearby with great views of the Alhambra and fantastic guitar players playing all day. Be sure to buy tickets to the Alhambra a month in advance, we thought a couple of days would be fine but none were available for weeks! We walked a lot around the Albaicin, sacromonte and down to Paseo de los tristes and the main town of Granada and there are plentiful and reasonably priced taxis to return up the hill! Comfy shoes advised! We would stay in Hotel Santa Isabel La real again when we visit. Thanks Ingo!
Only improvement would be a full length mirror in the bedroom!

The staff are very kind, helpful and sweet. Everything was very clean. The breakfast offering was nice.
The room was quite small. And, with the window directly above the street during Semana Santa, it was also quite noisy. No fault of the hotel, but it did make it harder to get a decent night's rest.

Beautiful hotel, generous staff, excellent breakfast, and a prime location. Direct buses to all the major sites and just up the street THE lookout spot (San Nicolas) for drinks, food and a night time view of the Alhambra! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days and would definitely stay here again.
Nothing. We were carless (relied on convenient buses and taxis), but driving a car in the area looked difficult for tourists and parking is paid.

The front office staff were incredibly helpful and friendly Gave lots of tips and advice. Room was super comfy, amazing location, delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Could not speak more highly of our experience. Ingo (manager) and the family that own the hotel are lovelier than lovely. Very welcoming and friendly, probably the most congenial we had in our 9 days around 5 different hotels in Andalusia. The room was perfect for our family of three with a comfortable toddler crib and huge bathtub for our 3 year old. Overall a very charming spot right on the 31/32 mini bus line essential for getting downtown ...would not have wanted to be anywhere else in Granada. Steps (really) from gorgeous views of Alhambra and a very cute square with tapas bars and restaurants that are great options for a late afternoon snack/drink. Lovely breakfast spread with eggs made to order and delicious homemade cake, marmalade and lemonade.

Location was amazing. Hotel was intimate and cosy. Room was comfortable and clean, amazing views to Alhambra. All staff were super friendly and helpful particularly Ingo. Maybe 1 or 2 English Tv channels would have been nice?

fabulous location, small family run hotel with wonderful help from Ingo for local amenities. bus runs every 10 mins to Alhambra from here, takes about 20-25 mins and costs €1.40 each, bargain!

Lovely breakfast and they made a picnic for us as we left too early one morning.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Excellent location for tourists with 5 minutes walk from the famous viewing spot for the Alhambra which is mentioned in almost every travel guide book for Granada. Right next to the circular routes buses c31 and c32 that take you all the way up to the Alhambra, the cathedral and Alva run area
Nothing that I did not like. I would recommend that the hotel puts anti-slip mats in the bath tubs to avoid accidents.
