Lovely staff and clean but double room quite small for large suitcase use.

Um hotel bem localizado, bem gostoso, o pessoal da recepção muito atenciosas e o café da manhã muito gostoso! Eu gostei.

Hotel pequeno, porém bem gostoso, o quarto ele é pequeno mas bem decorado o banheiro tb. Confortável.O café da manhã muito gostoso.

Não tem elevador, vc tem mala vc tem que subir c/ elas nas mãos.

Great location

Great location and very light inside with colours and windows

No coffee machine or kettle in room. Would be better if had a coffee vending machine or something similar

O atendimento de todos funcionários, em especial, de Gaspar pela atenção e simpatia. OBS: O quarto atende a casal sem filhos. É que carregue malas pequenas, pois os quartos são pequenos! Para nós tudo foi ótimo! Ficamos muito satisfeitos!

Love the staff and hospitality !!

The room is amazing - clean and comfortable. Do expect to bring your own lotion, toothpaste, toothbrush and shaver tho. Location is just 8 minutes from city centre. Food around is more authentic than city centre !

Destinazione consigliata per brevi soggiorni di scoperta del territorio

Struttura appena ristrutturata (in fase di completamento i lavori ai piani alti) in posizione strategica nei pressi della stazione e a 5 min di passeggiata dal centro. Molto pulita letto confortevole personale cortese colazione varia e gustosa con buffet caldo (con uova crêpes e pan cake) e freddo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Due soli lati negativi: affaccio su strada rumorosa al mattino presto e (ma vale solo per i ‘puristi’ del cappuccino ) bevande calde con macchina dispenser

Un giorno a Faro

La colazione davvero buona come anche comoda la posizione e il parcheggio per l’auto che si trova con estrema facilità.

Unica nota negativa e che non sia sottovalutata sono i cuscini…soffici e piccoli tanto da non rendere gradevole il riposo. Cambiateli perché per una notte ok ma già a partire dalla seconda notte, non è gradevole.

It’s acceptable for two stars

The staff was not friendly. Very limited selection of breakfast. Eggs were not fresh. No cold water provided. Nowhere to leave the luggage early in the morning as no staff in the reception.

Perfect to work and travel

The hotel is compact but has everything needed to have a good stay :) the staffs are very nice and willing to help, I could not give any claims regarding it. I needed a room with a table to work and they proceeded to exchange the room for me in the followed up day.

Comfortable and close to the centre

The Name of the hotel should be visible to all- My taxi driver could not find it-local shops/ people couldn't direct me to it, I was very distressed when I rang as I had been walking around for an hour, with a bag on my back in the heat, having just arrived from the airport- A lovely young girl at reception helped calm me down and I had a lovely stay thereafter

Very good

The breakfast (included in the room price) was amazing! A mixture of hot and cold food, my friend and I would look forward to it everyday. Great location as bus and train station are a five min walk away, room was spacious and air conditioning was great. Staff very accommodating too - they helped us out with a tour that they’d ere advertising to see the Benagil caves which was great value too!

In terms of cleanliness, there was a smell coming from the pipes and drains in the toilet and shower that smelt like sewage which we flagged up to the staff but it was not fixed. I would still recommend this hotel however!

It’s great for a short visit; comfortable clean rooms & good location.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is very close to the sea and town centre where all the restaurants and cafe are located. A nice salt gift was given to us upon checkout, which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and we like the little balcony.

The breakfast quality! The milk in the coffee machine was awful. Some of the fruits were rotten and did not look fresh. There is no jam & the pastries did not look appetising except for the custard tarts. The lady serving the buffet does not top up the dishes when they are gone, so most days we could not have fruit salad. There was only one type of very bland tasteless cheese. The bathroom did not have enough toilet rolls. The pillows are uncomfortable.

The bathroom had a horrible constant smell coming from the drain:( They put yoghurt and milk in my pack for taking away (couldn't have my breakfast on the last day: left at 5 am) and I was stopped in the airport for it(airport staff bin them....so no breakfast for me and my daughter:( Please let the staff know about this.

Good stay, reasonably priced and great facilities

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel in general and the facilities. I also enjoyed the breakfast with the hot and cold buffet.

There were ten strands of hair on the bathroom floor.

The room was small but very nice, comfortable and spotless. Really nice bathroom too and we enjoyed having a balcony. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the street was quiet. The hotel was very kind and prepared a take away breakfast for us as we were checking out early for our flight. The hotel is very close to the city centre, it’s right next to the station and only 10min drive from the airport.

We unfortunately had ants in our bedroom although any snacks we had were unopened/sealed and still in a backpack stored in the closet when we spotted them after a couple of hours. The balcony door didn’t close well but we only stayed one night so that was not an issue. The building is old and despite the renovations we could hear all neighbours using their bathroom throughout the night. Noisy neighbours upstairs came around 22:30pm and kept talking and moving stuff until late, and a baby could be heard crying several times so we had a bad night sleep which is unfortunate as I was travelling with my 5yrs old and we had to wake up at 5:45am for an early flight.

Good position, but the city should take care of the neighborhood look

The hotel is in good position to reach the city center in just 5-10 minutes walking. The hotel is quite new and modern, room and breakfast were okay, nothing extraordinary but totally in line with the expectations.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located is not very nice, full of old empty building, including one big abandoned factory just in front of the hotel. This does not make a good impression on tourists, but it's not fault of the hotel, the city should take care of that. Also the view from our balcony was directly on an abandoned backyard. Regarding the hotel itself the only real problem was that there was no safe in the room, and that is a service that should not be missing in every hotel.

Perfect location! Enjoy a nice & clean room with sunshine!

Location is perfect! 10mins driving from airport and walkable distance from Faro train station. Old town and most of the attractions are very accessible by foot with 20 mins as well. Rooms are exactly what you see from the pictures. It is sparkling clean, nicely working A/C, firm mattress(personally found this is the best). My room even has a little balcony that allows you enjoy the sunshine!!!!! Blockout curtain also available in the room so you can have a sweet nap in the middle of the day without bothering from the light. Breakfast is also decent which includes few bakery options, hot breakfast, fresh fruit and so on.

The balcony window is super sound proof and barely heard noice but unfortunately the door needs to work on it a little bit more. You can hear what’s happening clearly in the hallway at 4 the morning but that’s very minor affect for the whole experience.
