our room was just rhight for our stay and was a great room ,we stayed on a number of time and it is always good we wood defenetly recomend this hotel and indeed we have

the only one thing that is not good but dose not ,make us not to like the hotel is the bacon and sausages are not so good , but we understand that it is wat wot it is ,it is still a great hotel

everything was lovely I was a bit apprehensive after seeing some photos and reading some reviews but I was very impresse

the apartment was lovely very new lookin and spotless clean and the balcony was massive

the pool was in the shade every single day for the. whole week.

We liked the way the staff treated us made us feel at home, our room was great, being that we both have disability, s the walk in shower was great for us both, thanks to you it made our holiday

Disappointing

The room was fine and looked recently redecorated. We ate breakfast everyday. The location was okay. The cleaning staff did a good job no complaints.

Everything was fine regarding the apartment living up to expectations what did spoil it though was the front of house staff on reception. From checking in to checking out with the exception of the nice lady who checked us out there were no smiles no manners. One guy in particular who worked the evening shift was awful. The first evening I asked if I could have the keys for room 646 PLEASE and he literally stormed out of his little office stomped across the room and grabbed the keys at this point I turned to the my partner in disbelief to see if she was looking and he literally threw the keys onto the desk and stomped back to his office. I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking he maybe just having a bad day but no sadly this continued all week. I am a polite person who always says please and thank you and having visited Spain many times over the years have never been come across this before. This was our first break for 3 years the first in Salou and sadly this guy gave a poor reflection of the hotel and Salou.

worthwhile and would do it again.

The room was large and clean, the staff were helpful and polite. the food was good and there was plenty of it. the location was good, away from the noise but close enough to walk everywhere.

my bedroom faced the stairs and lift which made it quite noisy during the night. there are no door handles on the outside of the door which means you have to pull it shut which a lot of people thought meant slam the door shut, so all night you got doors slamming shut.

Buffet meals were very good.

Air conditioning is very poor in our room, room 346. Only cools the hallway, does not cool the whole apartment, even when all inside doors left open. No fan inside bathroom, no ventilation. Also check out time of 10am is a bit too early, 11am is reasonable. California Gardens offer 11am check out.

Apartments were spotless stayed on 6th floor had a lovely balcony so close to beach and in the centre for everything shops pubs would definitely stay here again if ever in salou

Had breakfast included was only alright only went for breakfast 2 days out of 10 day stay orange juice was like diluted orange a bit noisy at night from night club across the road but got used to it

Poor and cost me a lot of money eating out for all meals everyday even though I was half board.

The location

The pool was too small. no balls allowed no inflatables. what sunbeds they had where reserved every morning and the hotel let the guests do this no problem, which is unfair on the guests who are up early and wanting to sit by the pool. the food was very bland and not much choice either. staff on reception where not very helpful or friendly towards the English and bent over backwards for the Spanish. if you are English I would not recommend staying at this property. it does not have many English staying guests. Mostly Spanish and French and a lot of the staff have very limited understanding of the English language. For the price I paid I will definitely NOT return to stay here.

Very convenient location and perfect apartment but lack of information given to us by staff cost us a lot

Very convenient location and Comfortable room and clean room.

Pool times could’ve been a bit later, it would close at 7pm and the sun would still be shining and hot. 8/9pm would’ve been ideal. We were also never told when checking in that we have access to the hotel across the street, which has a much larger pool, mini golf , a bar by the pool etc , we had spent all of our holiday at the pool in the apartments which was small and wasn’t a deep pool, having only the pool itself and no other facilities unlike the hotel pool. it was disappointing only finding out by another guest on our 9th day out of twelve that we have access to the hotel pool and mini golf, which as i said is a lot better, and it should’ve been told to us at reception as it didn’t mention it on the website / ad.

Location, cleanliness, staff. Having a big balcony, and a living room. Not sure if has been refurbished, bathroom in particular clean and fresh. Nice desserts. Hope to return.

Liked much, but no kitchen cleaning products. Road noise at night. Very little space at one side of the bed.

There was no microwave kettle toaster bottle opener or sharp knife no coffee table English channels were listed but were not available on hair dryer or bin in the bathroom no net curtain on the main window so no privacy there

Mother & daughter getaway!

Location was great, close to shops & restaurants, supermarket across the street. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Beds comfortable too.

No kettle in the apartment & no bin in the bathroom. Balcony could do with a clean!
